Do you think Bush or any other ultra-conservative can contest in New York, Seattle, Massachusetts? 

I am still waiting for an example of an English man who won a seat in Scotland or a Scottish man who won an election in England. Please don't talk about Tony Blair again, he is an English man and his origins were/are easily traceable.
