Well meaning Nigerians are scared to go out there to vote for fear of being harassed by thugs who are armed to the teeth. With the presence of the military some people could muscle the courage to go out to vote.

Im a rivers guy, from Abonnema, nd for the record APC cannot win the Governorship election in Rivers state, nd as for the presidential election, Atiku will win overwheminly in rivers state.
Now to this Apc issue, irrespective of the judgement of the supreme court dy wont win in rivers state. A stronger opponent to wike should have been magnus Abe. Every1 in d state knows dat, but godfatherism has killed d party in rivers. Tonye Cole wont even win his LGA, P.S both of us r from the same village. Prior to this tym he has not ade impact even in d village he is from. So wen i see him calling himself a philathropist, i begin to wonder. While Abe is well known in all d ogoni LGAs in rivers. Ryt nw the most influential politicians in rivers state r Wike, Abe, Danagogo, Anabraba, nd ojukaye. D rest r just backyard champions.
B4 u guys say im a wike supporter, i score him low in employment, waste management. As for security, dat is d responsibility of d FG, but wike has tried but not enuf. Some ppl talking abt rivers state, r not from d state, have never been dere, but dy keep talking with authority.

I’m from Rivers as well and Wike’s administration is the worst we have seen. Are u saying those boys causing mayhem in Emuoha and other parts of Rivers are the responsibility of the FG? Wike purported to have granted those boys amnesty but refused to fulfill his own end of the bargain after they had surrendered. What do u think is the cause of insecurity? Unemployment has a ripple effect on any economy and that is what we are witnessing. U said Wike has tried. In what aspect, really? Which landmark project did Wike embark on? Even members of his cabinet are against him, but can not speak up bcs they know wat would happen next. The civil servants, pensioners, students, to mention but a few are all against him. Wike failed woefully, and has no plan for Rivers. Anyone who has bn to one of the rallies would attest to the fact that he has no plan.

remember the court ruling which barred both Cole & Magnus from contesting? the court base its ruling on flowed primaries of both factions. Abe faction had Direct primaries that was supervised by INEC only but APC National headwaters did not participate WHILE Amechi faction had Indirect primaries which was supervised by APC National Headquarters but NOT by INEC.
