PoliticsRe: Acting President Goodluck Jonathan And His Too Many Grammatical Errors by skfa1: 9:46pm On Apr 14, 2010
namski:
@poster, I find it difficult to agree with you, much as I believe that Goodluck Jonathan could have done better in the interview. However my own view will be that he probably was a bit unprepared for the interview and therefore did not give the questions the required level of articulation. He no doubt, appeared a bit nervous as well, but having said this, the sincererity of his answers is what matters most.

On the issue of accent, please let us as Nigerians stop putting people down because of their accent. Even English people have accent - go up to north England and the accent is completely different from that of the south, yet you dont hear them make such comments as we experience in Nigeria over this accent or that accent. Please are we now the owners of the language, for heaven sake it is still a second language to us and as far as you are understood, it does not matter how you bloody pronouce any word.

If I have to rate Jonathan on his interview performance with Amanpour, I will give him 6.5 out of 10. He was ok and answered the questions he was asked.
well said

I had a brother who was like the bad guy of our area when we were kids. We did not have a lot of neighbors then. This new family moved in and because of my brother i had immunity to terrorise whoever i wanted to and get away with it. So i saw this boy playing with his bycycle, went to demand to have the bicycle, he refused , I slapped him not knowing that they were a family of four boys. Mehn, till today I dont know how am alive. They appeared from nowhere, see all the children in my area celebrating, the reign of terror ended
LMAO, terror gurl grin grin grin grin

see ehn , if i see you slap anybody for this NL, i go call those four boy come beat you , lol cheesy

@ V3

Mine was terrible with one aunty like that when i was young, anytime this aunt finish cooking (pounded yam) she will call me and we will eat together, after that she will take me to her room and start romancing me on the bed while my mum is in the other flat, i dont really know what was going on then cause i was very young but later when i grew up i always remember.

Trust me , i knew back then that this aunt has boy friend that used to come to see her but this aunt will not just stop doing that to me. There are this twins gurls, we used to be friend till today, i remember back then when this particular aunty will put them on each other to be romancing each other while she continue romancing me.

This life sha, na wah o  cry   cry

BusinessRe: Have You Ever Lost Cash To An ATM? by skfa1: 6:06am On Mar 29, 2010
I always see my self as a lucky guy right from my childhood cause luck always happen in my life

I used the cash machine just to withdraw 10 pound but it gave me 20 pound instead

Another, I went to credit my account in the bank but the cashier put more money into my account by mistake

Sometime ago I was damn broke, i decided to play lottery with my 1 pound, the next day i won 450 pound = 125,000 naira

Years back, I was 1 of the 48 people that applied for Visa but just only me was given a visa rest of the 47 refused.

2004 My name came out of the national visa service website, i was so happy.

Loads and loads of luck dont wanna continue counting them.
