A Saudi Arabian air force sergeant has been sentenced to 35 years in prison for kidnapping and brutally sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy at a Las Vegas Strip hotel two years ago.

Mazen Alotaibi, 25 will carry out his sentence at Nevada state prison after a judge spared him additional time for lewdness, kidnapping and other convictions during sentencing on Wednesday.But the Saudi's horrific assault on the teenager - which included forced oral and anal sex - left the victim's mother sobbing loudly in court as she told the judge her son's life had been 'ruined.'

The boy, who is now aged 15, testified that he was waiting to go to breakfast with a friend when he approached Alotaibi and other men early on December 31 at the Circus Circus hotel.

He said he had smelled marijuana on their clothes and wanted some too.

However, the jury heard that the other men who were lounging and smoking in the room shooed the boy away after learning that he was 13.


But Alotaibi followed the boy, out of the room.

This newly released video shows the moment when a black man was shot dead by a white police officer during a police traffic stop in New Jersey as he got out of a car with his hands raised.
The footage was captured by a police dashboard camera. Video after the cut...

In the footage, the officers pull over the Jaguar for going through a stop sign.
Officer Days steps back, pulls out his gun and tells the men inside the car to "show me your hands".
He then appears to reach inside the car and remove a handgun.

The driver, Leroy Tutt, can be seen holding his hands out of his open window.

Officer Days refers to Mr Reid by his first name and warns: "I'm going to shoot you! You're going to be dead! If you reach for something, you're going to be f****** dead!"

Mr Reid replies: "I ain't got no reason to reach for nothing, bro. I ain't got no reason to reach for nothing."

Officer Days shouts at Mr Reid not to move, but the passenger door opens and he gets out of the car with his hands held at shoulder height. The officers then fire at least six shots.

Walter Hudson, chair and founder of the civil rights group the National Awareness Alliance, said: "The video speaks for itself that at no point was Jerame Reid a threat and he possessed no weapon on his person.

"He complied with the officer and the officer shot him."

What is it with plane crash of recent.

"This girl came out of the wreckage herself and found the closest residence and reported the plane crash," Patterson said. "It's a miracle in a sense that she survived it, but it's tragic that four others didn't."

The victims were identified as 49-year-old Marty Gutzler; 45-year-old Kimberly Gutzler; their daughter, 9-year-old Piper Gutzler; and her cousin, 14-year-old Sierra Wilder. All four were from Nashville, IL. Police say the name of the 7-year-old survivor is being withheld at the request of family.

A teenager in Texas Montrae Toliver, 17, was arrested on Monday for making a "terroristic threat". Montrae posted a picture where he pointed a gun later found out to be toy at a parked police car. The picture was accompanied with the words "should i do it? They dont care for a black male anyways".
