even government enforced standards are meant to cover the barest acceptable quality but it's left to the owner to build to his own standard, for example, the smallest sized bedroom by building code is 7'x10 but we know the average Nigerian home have bigger bedrooms. what about quality and cost of tiles,ceiling types, paint type etc.it's wrong for a man that built with 12 million to dismiss the home of three million as substandard. what pushes up the cost of homes is luxurious finishings and cut throat contractors/ relatives.

good morning all,

i work with a pension fund administrator, i kindly need the advice of good nairalander to assist me idea on the following area of investment knowing very well that it is not wise for someone to put his head in one basket irrespective of the nature of job and secondly it will be wise for me to have a multiply choice of income. base on this i decided to approach this forum knowing very well that i will get the right advice i needed.

i will like to invest in the following business

(1) business center (i already have about seven computer on ground)

(2) bet 9Ja

base on this i want to get information as regard the following

(1) BET 9ja:- (a) how profitable is the business, (b)what are the pros and cons of the business, (c) how do i go about the registration and all the operational logistic needed

(2) business center:- as i mention earlier i have about seven computers and what are the operational logistic i need

any one with experience in the above field should assist me with information since relying on people who are into the business i may not get accurate information.

I DONT KNOW WHETHER ANY BODY HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH REGISTREYING THEIR TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (TIN) WITH FEDERAL INLAND REVENUE, I HAVE A VALID TIN NUMBER AND A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS WHICH IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THE REGISTRATION, BUT EACH TIME I TRIED TO REGISTERED MY TIN IT KEEP TELLING ME TIN NUMBER PROVIDED DOES NOT EXIST. THE MOST ANOYING PART IS THAT I HAVE BEEN TO THERE OFFICE SEVERAL TIME AND I WAS TOLD THE RECIEVE THE SAME COMPLIANT FROM OTHERS TOO BUT MY TIN NUMBER IS CORRECT.

I DONT KNOW WHETHER ANY NAIRALANDER HAVE ISSUE WITH TAX NUMBER REGISTRATION AND HOW U MANAGE TO RESOLVE IT

HI all nairalander,
i am a brother that has been under bondage for several years, it all started few years back when i noticed i find it difficult to concentrate on my studies and i began to have memory loss, initially i thougt with time i will regain my memory with years gone by i still find it difficult to concentrate, the must painfull part is i cant look in to people eyes when having a conversation and i frequently suffer from anxiety,withdrawal syndrome and loss of interest in social activities. these problem has been noticed by my colleageu in the office and is affecting my relationship with people around me.my question is this a medical condition or spirittual problem, if medical can any one recommend a treatment for me.

i was always having negative thought about, difficult it is to get job in nigerian, my brother i must confess withing this years i was actually in boundage because of my negative thought, not untill last year when i beging to have positive perception about job and life in general, within a space of few month i started getting job invitation from different organisation, untill i finally accept a job offer from a pension fund administrator, as i speak there is no any job i applied that i dont get the offer even in this harsh economic condition. the truth of the matter is positive attraction attract positive things around us

OP, that's a CDMA number that Nigerians call "landline" It is used by mainly corporate organizations i.e. Banks, DSTV, Swift, Smile, Insurance Companies and general corporate bodies. If it isn't any of your providers above calling you then maybe a company you applied to for work.

Mr I TOO KNOW I AM QUOTING, i have 12 of such numbers for my companies so don't bother asking any further silling question.
