I am a Naija girl and I was brought up here. My upbringing was really strict and proper. My mum knew everything she bought for us and would question us if she finds out we bought something new that she doesn't know about from our savings. We weren't allowed to collect anything from strangers.
It is good to be disciplined. I'm going to give my children a proper and disciplined upbringing.

Please don't assume that every girl in naija has an improper upbringing. I have lots of female friends with proper upbringing!

It’s been eleven months I walked away from my previous relationship. It has not been easy moving on but now I felt I should give love another try because my family are hoping I settle down soon.

I found myself in three guys life. The first one, which I love so much doesn’t understand my feeling and he is self-centered. He doesn’t care about what I think, all he want is his opinion to be right. That is not even the problem, I don’t see him as ambitious man. He is a graduate and still seeking a job.

I understand that he is not yet employed as my part I started thinking for a way to help him get a job. I even joined job vacancy groups for his sake. I will always forward link that are related to his field to him but I discovered that he is not applying. I am thinking maybe because his father is Rich that’s why he is not serious.

When I was much younger & still lived at home, everything had to be accounted for. You couldn't be in possession of something without your parents giving you the 3rd degree about where you got it from. My parents were so completely against dating, that at age 30, my sister still snuck around like a teenager. It's not only my parents that were like that though. All the parents I knew frowned upon certain things. A friend of mine who's now in her early 30s, has never brought a guy home to this day. She still meets them outside, out-of-sight. That's the cultural aspect of it. You only introduce someone you're sure you're going to marry, otherwise they don't wanna be subjected to that. Also, for as long as you're not married, your parents will still take care of you. You can't ask a boyfriend because as far as he's concerned, your upkeep is the responsibility of your parents. For the life of me, I have a difficult time understanding how someone that still lives at home can be having stuff without being asked where they got it from or asked to take it back. Perhaps we're a little too proud, I guess.

In your wife is the deadly combo of cheating, lying, deceit, nudist and promiscuity. Oga, you have a very big problem. Your wife has cheated and lied to you on many occasions yet you forgave her, i must commend you for that because it is only few men that can tolerate such excesses to the level you tolerated. I dislike liars with passion and i absolutely have no second chance to offer them.


Your wife is a perfect example that Okafor's law works. I will suggest you meet your in laws and table the matter before them though i don't believe anything positive will come out of such meeting, but you have to do that for the sake of formality. I advice you to break free from her bondage, send her away, divorce her. She is a cheat and she can't change. A leopard can't change its spots, Buhari is a perfect example about that. Your wife is prepared to ruin your life, she is willing to steal your joy and happiness and she might send you to your early grave.


Remember she has nothing to lose. If you die, she will move on with her lovers. Lastly, make sure you run a DNA test on those children to determine their paternity. Don't even think of selling your house, i advise you sell the undeveloped plots instead and grow your business. I believe you will overcome, i wish you good luck!

That man has no respect for you at all, and he is doing it because he knows you are not going anywhere. He is very confident he will get his cake and eat it. You think if the case was reversed, he would still be around crying and begging for you to love him.

Please learn to love and fall in love with yourself. Value yourself and instill a lot of self worth in your life. No man is worth dying for, if you die today, he will still enjoy himself.

Get a job, make money and put yourself in a financially stable place. Life doesn't end if a man is not in your life.
