That's why I asked what you want to do. Android Studio is a big resource hog. If you must use it at all, avoid debugging with the emulator. In fact, I won't advise doing android development with a 1.3Ghz system. Most likely there are other hardware limitations that will prevent you from enjoying the PC. Consider swapping and topping up money for the system for a new system if you really want to start programming. You can check the programming section for info too.

Completely unnecessary in my opinion (to do it officially at a hospital for example). However, doing it at home should be mandatory. Get some basic equipment. Read health tips websites like healthcarechecker, stay updated on health news. Simple. And when your body reacts, don't neglect it. Call your doctor and listen to them. Don't jump to conclude something's wrong with you and force the doctor to give you a checkup/drug.

What is painful is that lives are still being lost to date without remorse. Fulani Herdsmen is an unbelievable disease and plague we have refused to speak up to collectively as a nation. If Nigeria has not apologized or done anything to respect the lives that were lost during the biafran massacre to date, it clearly means it can happen again.if people won't speak up to and against the disease that is Fulani Herdsmen carrying gun and killing people, it means people will be ready and helpless if it does happen again. The only reason why a majority doesn't care is because they believe that it will not affect them, that they are safe. But it is one disease that grows to become a deformation. I have always gotten along personally by assuming it's not Nigerians that killed Biafrans but demons following orders in the name of service. No Nigerian I know today would have killed a Biafran. I hope one day we will reach the point where we can genuinely value human life. Till date, people continue dying in silence in North and South of the country.

For the sake of these ones, do not permit the Nigerian government to molest Igbo people who choose to sit in on "Biafra Day". Speak truth to power on this matter. The Nigerian Police should be enjoined to support peaceful gatherings in chosen locations at every town where Igbos reside across Nigeria. If we would be decent, this should be done. Our government is impervious to the term, Decency. We should not follow suit.
We cannot guarantee the security of any Igbo person who chooses to gather in a rally tomorrow. We cannot make adequate restitution to the slain Voiceless of Biafra. We are not beholden to support IPOB, MASSOB, Igbo politics or the Igbo agitation in any way. We are not obliged to acknowledge what went on during the civil war for the genocide it should be termed.
We should at least not rub the salt our Confederate army withheld from the constitution of these Voiceless of Biafra into the gaping wounds of their successors by mocking the call to rememberance.
Do not lend your voice to the Government on this one. Once again the Federal Government of Nigeria is perched on the wrong side of history. Do not join them there. Separate yourself from them.
