Legacy of Kain Defiance. I am almost stuck. I'm trying to find a way to open the gate at the cemetry. Does anyone know an easy way?

I have played three strategy games for a long time and I've become tired of them. I've played Age of Empires III, Warcraft III and Rise of Nations. And even Pharaoh. I heard there is one called cleopatra. Has anyone played it? I really need some more good strategy games and I don't want to waste my money getting a game I don't even know how it would be

first off , hibernation eats up 3gb of space . thats about it. it does not increrase or decrease, and does not require cleaning. the hibernation file is a syetm file that reside in the root of dive c and is named hyberfil.sys . there are some utilities that can delete it.

the real eater of hard disk space is restore points. you need to set the maximum pace allocated to syetm restore. in xp and windos 7, this is straightforward, but in vista, it has to be done from the cmd window

the other eater is crap temporary files. get ccleaner for those

@enockia, i believe you want to remove raila odinga virus from your system. If it's still in it's early stages(your task manager is still working), you can remove it by opening task manager(ctrl+shift+esc). Click processes. Check through the processes and look for files that sound like word documents. Select them and click end process. Track down all the processes like that and end them. Try to delete the picture and see if it comes back after a refresh. If it doesn't then you've completed part one. Next, open command prompt and type the following: del /p /f /a: %systemroot%\system32\drivers\*.exe the viruses will appear one by one waiting for you to confirm their deletion. Press y at each prompt to delete. If after you open a document your pc gets infected again, then tell me. I will write a program that can do that for you. Goodluck.

If you're talking about the help and support centre, try this. Open run and type 'services.msc' it will open a windows containing your system services. Then select help and support. Double click it and change the startup type to manual. Sometimes it is disabled in pirated copies of windows. If that's not the problem,try to be more specific. Tell me what kind of error messages you recieve.

by the waY. When I really want to do something I use assembly(most use c). Who talks about architecture in assembly. A hacker would simply rewrite rather than improve because the code is too long and complex. Nb: There are differences between the popularly misunderstood hacker and the ethical hacker.

walex the only disdvantage of hibernation is that it does not reload your system's drivers. Also it's not advisable to hibernate when you are running heavy applications. This is because an error could occur in the application especially if it's one that has many threads. There's nothing like shorting your battery and crazy stuff like that. I only shutdown when I install a software or driver and things like that. Standby is more preferable to me though.
