THEME: LOVE SEES AND APPRECIATES TRUE VALUE

THEME SCRIPTURE: He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love (1 John 4:8 ).

Some people interpret love according to feelings, emotions or outward appearance. But true love isn’t defined by human emotions or affections because love is the nature of God. Therefore, it’s only when you see through the eyes of God that you can truly recognize and appreciate the true value of others.

That was what happened when God gave Jesus for the salvation of humanity. He saw our true value. The Bible says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16). He didn’t love the world of things, buildings, or nature; He loved the world of men despite their unbelief, mockery and wickedness.

No wonder the Bible says in Romans 5:8, “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” The Bible says “…God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men’s sins against them...” (2 Corinthians 5:19 NIV). That’s the same life and nature He’s given you; you’re to love others in spite of what they do or how they look. See and appreciate their true value.

That’s what Jesus saw, and that’s what He’s raising us to understand and apply. If God would love the sinner so much, how much more should we love those who are in Christ with us? That’s why He says, "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another" (John 13:34 NIV). He didn’t say "Love one another, as long as they’re lovable."

You’re to love even those who don’t reciprocate your love. Their rejection shouldn’t stop your love. This is the God-kind of love; it’s unconditional. It sees and appreciates the true value of others.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for your love that sees beyond outward appearances and actions. I see the true value of people, and I love them the way you do. I walk in this divine love, extending grace and kindness to all, just as you have loved me. Thank you for teaching me to love like you and bring many to the knowledge of your truth, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
1 John 4:7-11 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. 10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

John 15:12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

Ephesians 2:4-5 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are savedwink

THEME: BAPTISM—A TESTIMONY OF YOUR FAITH IN CHRIST

THEME SCRIPTURE: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved (Romans 10:9).

Some have asked if water baptism is enough to save a sinner. But from the Scriptures, it’s clear that salvation comes by believing in Jesus Christ and confessing Him as Lord. Water baptism, while significant, doesn’t provide the remission of sins, but it’s a testimony of one's faith in Christ.

In 1 Peter 3:21 for example, the Bible talks about water baptism, not as the removal of the filth of the flesh but as the answer of a good conscience toward God: “The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ” (1 Peter 3:21).

The real cleansing from sin comes through the blood of Jesus Christ. Baptism is a public testimony of faith in what happened to Jesus—His death, burial, and resurrection. When people are baptized in water, they symbolically identify with Christ’s death as they are immersed in water, and with His resurrection as they are brought out of the same water. This signifies their faith in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Water baptism, in itself, doesn’t bring salvation. A person can be baptized and still be lost if they have not been born again. The Bible makes it clear that salvation comes through faith in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Baptism is an outward expression of that faith.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the gift of salvation through the precious blood of Jesus Christ. I declare my faith in His death, burial and resurrection, and I live in the consciousness of this glorious truth. My life is a testimony of my union with Christ, and I walk daily in the victory of His resurrection, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY
Romans 6:3-4 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Colossians 2:11-12 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: 12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

THEME: BLASPHEMY AGAINST THE
HOLY SPIRIT

THEME SCRIPTURE: Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation (Mark 3:28-29).

Some have asked, “God is love, and He forgives all our sins, how come He says anyone who sins against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven?”

First, understand that the Lord Jesus addressed this warning to the Jews; they were the ones to whom the covenants and the Law were given. The Spirit of God had been revealed to them, and they had seen His works throughout the Old Testament. They were aware of the Holy Spirit’s role in creation, how He moved upon the waters in Genesis, and how He garnished the heavens.

But despite this knowledge, when they saw Jesus perform miracles by the power of the Holy Spirit, they accused Him of working by the power of Beelzebub. Therefore, the Master warned them that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit would not be forgiven. The Holy Spirit is the One who leads a person into salvation, convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgement, and teaches and guides God’s people into all truth.

Without the Holy Spirit, no one can come to God or believe in Him. Therefore, if someone blasphemes the Holy Spirit, they reject the very One who is meant to guide and lead them in the things of God.

To blaspheme the Holy Spirit requires a deep knowledge of God’s Word and the things of the Spirit. It takes someone who knows who the Holy Spirit is to sin against the Holy Spirit. That’s why it’s rare to find someone who's been a true Christian sin against the Holy Spirit. It’s very rare because to do that is to intentionally disdain the Spirit of grace.

The Bible explains this further in Hebrews 10:28-29: "He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?" It further shows that it’s not just any person who can do this but one with full knowledge of the truth, yet chooses to despise and disparage the Spirit of Truth.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the precious Holy Spirit who convicts, teaches and guides me into all truth. I acknowledge and honour His work in my life and around the world, yielding myself fully to His guidance and blessings. I walk in wisdom and understanding, continually growing in the knowledge of your Word, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
Hebrews 6:4-6 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, 5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, 6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

Matthew 12:31-32 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. 32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.

John 16:8-11 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 Of sin, because they believe not on me; 10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; 11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

THEME: OUR OPPORTUNITY IS NOW

THEME SCRIPTURE: All of us must quickly carry out the tasks assigned us by the one who sent me, because there is little time left before the night falls and all work comes to an end (John 9:4 NLT).

There're Christians who mistakenly believe they will have more opportunities to serve the Lord after the Rapture, but this notion is incorrect. According to the Scriptures, the Millennial Kingdom, or the 1,000 years of peace, is not primarily about us. It’s a period ordained by God for Israel. God promised them that time of peace, and they’ll indeed receive it.

The Jewish calendar, suspended for 2,000 years, will resume for a final seven-year period leading into the Millennial reign. Following this, Jesus will return from heaven and set up His headquarters in Jerusalem, reigning not only as King of the Jews, but as King over the entire world. David will also return to reign over Israel, while Jesus reigns over the world.

We’ll be with Jesus, reigning with Him, ensuring everything runs smoothly. So, our ministry does not operate during the millennium; instead, our service at that time would be to the Lord Jesus Christ. Our role throughout the millennium will be to perform angelic duties.

The ministers during the Millennial Kingdom will predominantly be the Jews who’d be fulfilling prophecies and promises made to their nation, much as we have done over the past 2,000 years. While with Jesus, carrying out angelic functions, it’ll be a magnificent time in preparation for the great judgment, where we would even judge angels.

Afterwards, we will move into the holy city and inhabit the new earth. Glory be to God! This is why we must attach a sense of urgency and responsibility to fulfilling our calling here on earth. This is our window of opportunity to carry out our divine ministry. After the trumpet sounds and we're caught up from here to meet the Lord in the air as the Bible reveals in 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, the earthly opportunities for ministry and service will come to an end.

I urge you today to be diligent and faithful in fulfilling your purpose and calling while you still have the opportunity. Think like Paul the apostle, who said, “If I proclaim the Message, it's not to get something out of it for myself. I'm compelled to do it, and doomed if I don't” (1 Corinthians 9:16 MSG). Prioritize your spiritual assignments, knowing that your actions today carry eternal significance and rewards.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for your grace at work in me to be diligent and faithful in leading souls to Christ. I’m convinced that the Gospel is the power of God unto salvation; therefore, I’m committed to its spread around the world, taking advantage of the opportunity available now, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

THEME: THE GOSPEL TRANSFORMS LIVES

THEME SCRIPTURE: For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth… (Romans 1:16).

When the Gospel of Jesus Christ is ministered and people truly believe, it produces a transformation in their lives. If, for example, someone who’s been wayward genuinely receives the Gospel, that’ll be the end of the wayward lifestyle. However, there’s the renewing of the mind that must take place.

The same goes for someone who was a thief but has received Christ. The person will be transformed. Ephesians 4:28 says, “Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.”

Likewise, if a lady used to engage in prostitution but she is now born again, her body becomes the temple of the Holy Spirit, meaning she can’t continue in that life because she now belongs to God and must glorify God in her body and in her spirit. She must now find a decent job as we read in Ephesians 4:28. She has to work with her hands that which is good, because prostitution is not good.

Furthermore, such people must be reminded of what happened when they gave their lives to Christ; they were washed, sanctified, and justified in the Name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God (1 Corinthians 6:11).

This is why it’s important to preach the true Gospel: it brings people out of darkness into light, into the liberty of the sons of God. It changes people. It lifts them. It delivers them. So, they need to constantly be reminded of this and be taught and encouraged to study the Word of God for themselves and listen to messages that’ll further inform, enlighten and educate their spirits about righteousness and their new life in Christ.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the power of the Gospel that transforms lives and delivers men and women from darkness into your marvellous light. As many hear your Word today, they’re established in the truth and in the liberty of the Spirit, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY

2 Corinthians 6:17-18 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, 18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

THEME: FOCUS ON THOSE WHO EMBRACE YOUR MESSAGE

THEME SCRIPTURE: I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy (Romans 11:11).

In winning souls, you’ll surely encounter some people who’d be hostile and reject your message or invitation for them to come to church. Whenever that happens, don’t be discouraged. If they reject your message and your invitation, focus on reaching other people. Shift your focus to those who embrace your message.

Consider how God dealt with the world. Jesus first took the message to the Jews because they were His people. He came from among them and brought them the message of the Kingdom, but they rejected Him. John 1:11 (NIV) says, "He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him."

So, what did He do? He took the message to the Gentiles and to the whole world, and to this day, many are still receiving it. Praise God! The same happened with the apostle Paul. He had previously persecuted those who believed in Jesus Christ, standing against the Gospel. When he gave his heart to the Lord, many of his fellow Jews wouldn’t listen to him.

He was once their companion but when he became a Christian, they rejected him. Straightaway, Paul turned his attention to the Gentiles who happened to be the ones the Lord had originally sent him to (read Acts 26:16-18).

Also, Acts 13 tells us about Paul and Barnabas's missionary efforts in Antioch in Pisidia. They were initially welcomed in the synagogue, but later on, they faced strong opposition from jealous Jewish leaders. In response to their rejection, they boldly said, “...It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles" (Acts 13:46).

You must never allow those who reject your message to determine the condition of your spirit or dampen your enthusiasm. Pray for them, intercede for them, but don’t let their rejection dissipate your passion to keep reaching others with the Gospel.

As you succeed in winning others, one day, they’ll be provoked and inspired to believe, just as the Bible says the Jews would be provoked by the salvation of the Gentiles and as a nation, they'll eventually believe in Jesus Christ. Stay focused; keep reaching out, and trust in the power of the Gospel.

CONFESSION
I fix my gaze on God's calling and continue to reach out with the Gospel, knowing that it’s the power of God unto salvation to them that believe. By His grace and the power of the Holy Spirit, I’m leading many to righteousness, and their hearts are turned to Christ. I’m indeed a light to the world. Hallelujah!

THEME: SENT TO CHANGE LIVES

THEME SCRIPTURE: Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost (Matthew 28:19).

The words of Jesus in this verse are quite profound. He commands us to "teach all nations," which means to make students of the nations, to disciple them, to instruct and train them in the ways of the Kingdom. This is a divine mandate. You’re a leader, assigned to reveal the righteousness of God and show the world how to live.

You’re God’s champion, sent to change lives. Hallelujah! When you received the Holy Spirit, He made you a champion. Therefore, your life is meant to be impactful and full of divine exploits. You’re a hero of the Gospel, a living witness of God’s greatness. This is your moment for protagonism.

Each day, for you, should be filled with testimonies that demonstrate the power of God that’s at work in you. That’s the life of a soul winner—a thrilling adventure of divine exploits that keeps heaven’s angels captivated. The Bible declares in 1 Corinthians 4:9, "...For we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men." Think about that; you’re a marvel to the angels.

1 Peter 1:12 says they (the angels) are delighted and desire to look into these things. They’re watching you, observing your faith-filled actions, amazed at the demonstration of God's power in your life. They marvel at the authority you exercise in Christ and the impact you make in your world.

When you step out in faith, when you declare God’s Word, when you heal the sick, cast out devils, and, most importantly, when you lead someone to Christ, the angels are excited. Knowing this therefore, be purpose-driven. You’re on a divine stage, and the audience includes both men and angels. Live each day fulfilling God’s call on your life.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I embrace my divine calling to live a life full of exploits and supernatural manifestations. Today is filled with testimonies that excite heaven. I’m a spectacle to the angels, demonstrating your power and righteousness to my world. Thank you for making my life a wonder and an inspiration, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THEME: THE GREATEST NEWS OF THE GOSPEL

THEME SCRIPTURE: For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive (1 Corinthians 15:21-22).

Did you know that when Jesus died on the Cross, the whole world was on that cross with Him? Every human being was crucified in Him because He was the Saviour of the world. He took the place of every sinner, every human being who lives or has ever lived.

Romans 5:12 says, “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.” Adam was the first man, and through his disobedience, sin entered the world. As a result, spiritual death, which is separation from God, passed upon all men. From Adam, sin spread to humanity, affecting everyone born into this world.

But Jesus was crucified in our behalf. His crucifixion meant that every human being was crucified in Him because He took their place. That’s why we must tell everyone that their sins have already been paid for in Jesus Christ. The price was settled in His death. However, paying for sin only saved humanity from its punishment; it didn’t save man from the life of sin.

Christ’s death settled the charges against you, which is vital, but it didn’t reconcile you to God. The great news of the Gospel is not just that Jesus died. Of course, His death was fundamental, but the more glorious part is His resurrection. Without the resurrection, there would be no eternal life and no righteousness.

The true message of salvation is based on the resurrection of Jesus. That’s where Christianity comes from. That’s where our life is from: “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life” (Romans 6:4). Christianity is the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus. It’s the celebration of the life of victory, righteousness, faith, hope and love in Christ Jesus. Glory to God!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ and the power of His resurrection. Through His death, the charges against me were settled, and through His resurrection, I have eternal life. I walk in the reality of this divine life, free from sin and its dominion. I celebrate the victory of Christ in me, living in righteousness, power, and dominion today, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
Romans 4:23-25 Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him; 24 But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; 25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

2 Corinthians 5:19-21 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. 21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Romans 6:3-4 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

THEME: WISDOM IS GREATER THAN INTELLIGENCE

THEME SCRIPTURE: For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it (Proverbs 8:11).

Satan and his demons are very intelligent, but they’re not wise. There’s a huge difference between intelligence and wisdom. When you're intelligent, you have a high-powered reasoning faculty. You’re smart. You can think in a flash; you’re calculative and analytical, and your brain works smart. But wisdom is different.

Wisdom is a revelation; it’s got nothing to do with your brain. Wisdom is insight into reality. Being born again, Christ is your wisdom: “But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom...” (1 Corinthians 1:30). You don’t function with mere human intelligence but with divine wisdom.

Intelligence, at its best, is grossly limited. 1 Corinthians 2:7-8 says, “But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.” Did you see that?

Satan and his princes don’t know everything. They don’t know everything about you or your future. Satan may be able to observe and interpret patterns in human behaviour, but he doesn’t have insight into realities. He doesn’t possess the ability to foresee your every move unless you reveal it to him through your words or actions.

By walking in divine wisdom, you can navigate your life in a way that blindsides Satan and his demons, keeping you secure and firmly rooted in God’s purpose. So, refuse to live by the intelligence, systems, structures, and economics of this world. Choose to walk in wisdom. Meditate on the Word and listen to the Holy Spirit within you, for the Word of God is the wisdom of God, and Christ is your wisdom. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for granting me divine wisdom, insight into realities. I’m filled with the knowledge of your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. I walk in victory and divine insight today, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

Colossians 1:9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

1 Corinthians 2:6-8 NKJV However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. 7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, 8 which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

THEME: A LESSON FROM EPAPHRAS

THEME SCRIPTURE: Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God (Colossians 4:12).

Epaphras wasn’t a pastor, prophet, apostle, or deacon; yet he had this remarkable testimony as one who always laboured fervently in prayers for the saints. The phrase "labouring fervently" is translated from the Greek word “agonizomai,” which means to strive, struggle, or contend, particularly in the face of opposition.

This is the same word used in 1 Timothy 6:12, which says, "Fight the good fight of faith...." It gives us an idea about prayer as a warfare, a fight. Epaphras was “fighting” in the spirit, contending for the saints to stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.

This kind of prayer is intense and unwavering. It’s not about asking God for material things but standing in the gap for others, ensuring they remain firm in God's purpose for their lives. Have you ever prayed like that? Have you fought in prayers for Christians in your church, your city and your nation?

You can’t be a true soul winner without this kind of dedication in prayer. It requires persistence, fervency and deep passion. This is where the evangelicals of old got the expression "prayer warriors" from; this kind of prayer is a battle for the souls of men.

Like Epaphras, be that “warrior” in prayer who ensures that others stand perfect and complete in all the will of God. Even right now, pray earnestly for fellow Christians in your church, city, and around the world, especially those facing trials, opposition, or struggles in their walk of faith; that they may be strengthened with might by God’s Spirit in their inner man.

Declare that they are rooted and established in God’s truth, unwavering in their commitment to the Gospel, and empowered to rise above every difficulty as they walk in victory, faith, and boldness. If you pray for them this way, consistently, they’ll surely stand firm and immovable, abounding in the work of the Lord. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, I pray right now for Christians around the world, especially those who are facing challenges and persecutions as a result of their faith in Christ; they stand perfect and complete in all your will, and their love for you grows stronger by the day. Their convictions remain unshaken, and they fulfil their divine destiny with joy and perseverance, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY
Colossians 4:12-13 AMPC Epaphras, who is one of yourselves, a servant of Christ Jesus, sends you greetings. [He is] always striving for you earnestly in his prayers, [pleading] that you may [as persons of ripe character and clear conviction] stand firm and mature [in spiritual growth], convinced and fully assured in [a]everything willed by God. 13 For I bear him testimony that he has labored hard in your behalf and for [the believers] in Laodicea and those in Hierapolis.

1 Timothy 2:1-4 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

THEME: THE BEAUTY OF THE GOSPEL

THEME SCRIPTURE: To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:19).

It’s normal to describe the people of the world, those who haven’t received salvation, as sinners. However, it’s important to know that they were not made sinners by their own actions but by Adam’s transgression.

Romans 5:12 explains this some more; it says, "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned." That means all were made sinners because of Adam’s disobedience. But the beauty of the Gospel is this: Just as one man's disobedience made many sinners, so also, through the obedience of one man, Jesus Christ, many are made righteous: "For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous" (Romans 5:19). Blessed be God!

This is the Gospel we’ve been sent to preach: a Gospel of life and righteousness. Don’t try to convince people that they are sinners. Instead, let them know why they needed salvation in the first place; it was Adam’s transgression; it brought death into the world and that death was passed into everything.

But thanks be unto God; our Lord Jesus Christ brought life and immortality to light through the Gospel (2 Timothy 1:10). He was made sin for us who knew no sin so that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him (2 Corinthians 5:21). 1 John 5:11 says, “And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.” This is the Gospel: It’s the message of life, victory and righteousness in Christ Jesus. This is the message we must proclaim to the whole world. Hallelujah!

CONFESSION
In Christ, I have received life, victory and righteousness; I am justified in Him. Thank you, Lord, for the glorious Gospel that brings salvation and illuminates the hearts of men with the knowledge of Christ’s finished works. I walk in the fullness of life and reign in righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY
John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

Romans 5:17-19 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) 18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. 19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

1 Corinthians 15:21-22 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

THEME: OUR UNIQUE ASSIGNMENTS IN THE MILLENNIUM

THEME SCRIPTURE: Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment. And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land (Isaiah 32:1-2).

Our theme scripture is prophetic about the Millennium. The latter part alludes to the unique role we (the Church) would be playing in the millennial reign, when Israel takes center stage. The millennial reign of Christ is not for the Church. It’s for Israel. So, what are we, the Church, going to be doing then?

We're going to be carrying out angelic assignments. Our role at the millennial reign of Christ is very different from what a lot of people think; it’s going to be much like what the angels do today in ministering for us. In that day, the Jews will walk in the Millennial blessings that characterize the life of the saints which we have now, while we, the Church, will function like the angels, arriving suddenly, disappearing, moving to specific places to carry out angelic ministrations as directed by God.

It's going to be super exciting; it’s another class of ministry. We're not going to be dealing with people, trying to carry out physical administrative functions as priests, no! The priests of those days shall be the Jews. But until then, in these last days, in these present moments, what does God expect of us?

He has given us a Kingdom to run, and He expects us to run it for Him effectively in this time. It has taken almost 2,000 years to arrive at this point, and the Lord is expectant. James 5:7-8 says, “…Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it…Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.”

What we just read gives us a vivid picture: God is waiting for the precious fruit of the earth, the souls of men. This is what He expects in these closing moments of the Church age, a great influx of souls from all nations. So, win souls like never before. The fields are ripe with harvest, and you’re the labourer, thrust into the fields by the Lord to bring in the end time harvest.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the privilege of serving you and fulfilling your purpose in these last days. I yield myself completely to your plans, prepared and ready to carry out your assignments with diligence, excellence, and joy. I am effective in running the Kingdom you have given to us, bringing in the precious fruit of the earth as we prepare for the coming of the Lord. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
James 5:7-8 NIV Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop, patiently waiting for the autumn and spring rains. 8 You too, be patient and stand firm, because the Lord’s coming is near.

Matthew 24:14; And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Revelation 20:4-6; And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

THEME: THE GLORIOUS ASCENSION OF JESUS

THEME SCRIPTURE: And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven (Luke 24:51).

The Ascension of Jesus is the biggest event to ever happen in this world. Acts 1:9 gives us a detailed account of how it happened: “And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.” His disciples were looking at Him as He ascended. They were watching Him go up into the clouds.

Jesus didn’t just suddenly vanish; His disciples were there, watching Him as He levitated. If you were there that day, how would you have described such an experience? You would have been so shocked; you might not have been able to speak for days. That’s exactly what happened to the disciples.

What they saw was the proof of something Jesus had told them earlier in John 6. When He was preaching, some of His disciples were offended when He said, “...my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed” (John 6:55). His words were hard for many to accept, and as a result, many of His disciples stopped following Him.

Jesus then asked the twelve disciples, “...Doth this offend you? What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?” (John 6:61-62). And there was no response. But eventually, right before their eyes, it happened. They saw those words come to pass. What they witnessed was too weighty for words.

They had already been having difficulty convincing people of His resurrection. They were called liars for declaring Jesus was alive. And now, they had witnessed His ascension. It wasn’t like Elijah who was taken up by a whirlwind with a chariot of fire. This was different.

The churches, Christians, and preachers haven’t emphasized the Ascension of Jesus enough. We often read about it and assume everyone understands it. But this was the biggest event that ever occurred on Earth. The resurrection is crucial because our salvation is based on it, but the Ascension is proof of something even more remarkable: His supreme authority, dominion, lordship and eternal reign. Blessed be God.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the magnificent ascension of the Lord Jesus Christ, which demonstrated His supreme authority, dominion, lordship and eternal reign. I rejoice that I am seated with Him in heavenly places, far above all principalities and powers. Thank you for the victory and authority I have in His Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
Acts 1:9-11 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. 10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 11 which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

John 20:17 Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.

John 3:13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

THEME: KEEP FILLING UP THE CLOUDS

THEME SCRIPTURE: If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth... (Ecclesiastes 11:3)

There’s something you need to understand about prayer and how certain types of prayers work. Some prayers must be accumulated before they start producing results. They must be built up. The Bible says, “If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth....”

You don’t just pray and then leave off for two or three days before you pray again. No! Every day, you heap prayer upon prayer. Every day, you add some more. And then, you add some more, and some more, until you reach the climax where the results burst forth like a gusher, blowing the lid open.

That’s when things start happening; it’s like a harvest of prayers. That harvest can continue for a long time. However, that doesn’t mean you stop praying during that time. No. There are always other things to pray about. This kind of prayer is deeply spiritual and involves much praying in the Spirit. Every day, you’re filling up the cloud.

Sometimes, the Spirit of God can lead you to fast for a certain number of days because He wants you to keep filling up your cloud. It’s not so much about staying away from food; that’s not what He’s getting at. Rather, it’s about focusing your attention on the Spirit and having the kind of meditation and prayer that conditions your spirit for the work He wants to do in you, for you or through you.

So, learn to persevere in prayer as the Bible says: “Pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Keep storing up deposits of prayers in your prayer-cloud, and as the Word declares, “If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth.”

CONFESSION
As I pray consistently in the Spirit, I’m filling up the clouds in anticipation of a harvest of answers to my prayers. My spirit is conditioned to know and walk in God’s perfect will, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THEME: PRAY IN TONGUES CONSISTENTLY

THEME SCRIPTURE: He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church (1 Corinthians 14:4).

Praying in the Spirit is a powerful spiritual exercise that produces remarkable results within you. One of the things God designed to keep you healthy, sound, and strong is prayer, especially praying in the Spirit. When you speak in tongues, you edify yourself; it’s like charging a battery. Your spirit is charged, energized and strengthened, enabling you to truly serve God.

The Apostle Paul revealed something profound in Romans 1:9, saying, “For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son....” This means we serve God with our spirits. Therefore, for your spirit to function effectively, it must be charged, strengthened and continually refreshed. Praying in tongues achieves this.

The human spirit can be weak or strong. To strengthen your spirit, you must spend time praying in the Holy Ghost. As you do, your spirit is built up and fortified: “But you, beloved, build yourselves up [founded] on your most holy faith [make progress, rise like an edifice higher and higher], praying in the Holy Spirit” (Jude 1:20 AMPC).

God has His role, but you also have yours. The Holy Spirit is your Helper; He doesn’t do the work for you but works through you. Paul, in Ephesians 3:14-16 tells us, “For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man.”

The term “strengthened with might” refers to being infused with miracle-working ability by the Holy Spirit in your inner man. Paul understood this truth deeply, which is why he made a remarkable statement in 1 Corinthians 14:18, “I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all.” The Corinthian church was known for their enthusiasm for speaking in tongues, yet Paul stated that he spoke in tongues more than all of them.

Paul’s consistency in praying in tongues was key to his continuous progress, victories and extraordinary accomplishments. It wasn’t something he did occasionally; it was a lifestyle. If you desire consistent growth, success, and advancement, then praying in the Spirit must be something you do consistently. It’ll help you make consistent progress as you experience continuous increase in grace and victory after victory. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the blessing of praying in the Spirit through which I build up and strengthen my spirit to serve you effectively. Even now, my spirit is attuned to your guidance and direction, and I walk in perpetual victory, progress and ever-increasing grace, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

THEME: PLAN YOUR PRAYER

THEME SCRIPTURE: Don't shoot off your mouth, or speak before you think. Don't be too quick to tell God what you think he wants to hear… (Ecclesiastes 5:2 MSG).

When it comes to prayer, you must realize the importance of planning your prayer or your praying. Prayer isn’t something you do half-heartedly; it requires reverence, understanding and careful preparation. Ecclesiastes 5:2 in the KJV says, “Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter anything before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few.”

When we pray to the Lord, we must do so with purpose and clarity. Planning your prayer means recognizing the greatness of God and acknowledging that He is the Almighty. It involves preparing your heart, setting your mind on the things you want to discuss with Him, and articulating them with precision and sincerity.

Recall again what He said in the latter part of Ecclesiastes 5:2, “...let thy words be few”; that means summarize your prayers. It reminds of what the Lord Jesus said in Matthew 6:7, “But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.” But how can you summarize your prayer if you haven’t planned it?

This doesn’t imply minimizing the time you spend in prayer but rather being deliberate, purposeful and Spirit-led. Thoughtless words and hasty utterances have no place before the King of Glory. Plan your words. When you prepare your prayers, you’re actively engaging your mind and spirit to align with God’s will. You’re positioning yourself to speak words that are filled with faith and power.

It’ll help to always take a moment to write down the things you want to talk to the Lord about. Think about the areas of your life where you desire His guidance, intervention and blessings. Also, consider the thoughts and insights He might have already stirred in your heart. Then, you speak in tongues. Through speaking in tongues, you articulate divine mysteries and gain insight into realities beyond human comprehension.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the privilege of prayer and for the wisdom of your Word. I pray with reverence and purpose, guided by your Spirit to speak words that are filled with faith and divine insight, making my words in prayer effective. Thank you for the assurance of answers, for you hear me always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
Matthew 6:5-7 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. 6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. 7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

THEME: FASTING IS IMPORTANT

THEME SCRIPTURE: And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting... (Daniel 9:3).

The Bible talks about those who served the Lord with fasting and prayers night and day. We’re to emulate their faith, gain from their examples, and carry on the same practice in our walk with God. For example, in Luke 2:36-37, we read about Anna, a prophetess, who literally lived in the temple: “And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity; And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.”

Also, in Acts 13, Paul and Barnabas, along with other leaders, dedicated themselves to fasting and prayer: “Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers.... As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them. And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away” (Acts 13:1-3).

In Acts 14:23, Paul and Barnabas continued this same culture: “And when they had ordained them elders in every church, and had prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord, on whom they believed.” In fact, Paul, in 2 Corinthians 11, while enumerating several credentials of his ministry and apostleship, made specific reference to fasting: "In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and unclothedness" (2 Corinthians 11:27).

Furthermore, the Lord Jesus Himself set the ultimate example of fasting as recorded in Matthew 4:2: "And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred." This was a time of intense spiritual preparation before He began His public ministry.

These and other examples in Scripture establish a precedence for us: we’re to serve the Lord in fasting as often as it’s required since we have the same ministry and operate by the same Spirit. It’s one of the ways to maintain inspiration and receive guidance to effectively carry out that which the Lord has committed to our hands. Glory to God!

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the examples set before me in your Word. I walk in the same path of faith, discipline, and devotion, serving through prayer and fasting, and fulfilling my calling with diligence and power. Thank you for the divine culture of your Word that shapes my life and ensures my continual victory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
Nehemiah 1:4 NKJV So it was, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned for many days; I was fasting and praying before the God of heaven.

Acts 13:1-3 NIV Now in the church at Antioch there were prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen (who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch) and Saul. 2 While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” 3 So after they had fasted and prayed, they placed their hands on them and sent them off.

Luke 2:36-37 NKJV Now there was one, Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher. She was of a great age, and had lived with a husband seven years from her virginity; 37 and this woman was a widow of about eighty-four years, who did not depart from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.

THEME: TAKE “A HOLY GHOST DOSE” EVERY DAY

THEME SCRIPTURE: Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4).

One of the ways to keep your body permanently in health is praying in the Holy Spirit; giving your physical body frequent Holy Ghost doses. The Bible says, “...If the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you” (Romans 8:11). This means the Holy Ghost vitalizes, energizes and rejuvenates your body.

As you pray in tongues, the Holy Spirit will stir up in you the Word of God that’s in your spirit. Soon enough you’ll find that you’re pacing the floor, declaring, “I am of God; I’m born of God; the greater One lives in me; He permeates every fibre of my being, every bone of my body, and every cell of my blood. He fills my head, my hands, and my feet. He perambulates my heart, my blood, my lungs, my kidneys, my eyes. I am saturated with God! Hallelujah!"

Do this today and every other day; speak in tongues with your mind focused on the power of God coursing through your being. Then keep declaring, “My body is invigorated with supernatural strength, and I am energized by the power of the Holy Spirit. Sickness has no power over me because I have taken hold of eternal life. I am not moved by symptoms or circumstances because my faith is the victory that overcomes the world. I live in victory every day. Hallelujah!”

Stir up yourself in the Holy Ghost like this, speaking in tongues and declaring God’s Word until your whole body vibrates with the power of God and your spiritual atmosphere is charged with divine energy. That way, you’ve regulated things in the realm of the Spirit. It makes no difference whatever may be happening around you or the sickness that may be plaguing others; you’re unmoved because you’re strengthened and energized by the Holy Ghost, filled with divine might and ability to dominate the forces of darkness and tame circumstances.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the Holy Spirit who vitalizes my body and saturates my entire being with divine power. I’m strengthened and energized, filled with might and ability. I walk in health, dominion and victory every day, full of power, and full of glory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:
Acts 1:8; But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Ephesians 5:18; And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

Romans 8:10-11 And if Christ [be] in you, the body [is] dead because of sin; but the Spirit [is] life because of righteousness.
11. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
