As for the falling, it shows the contact of the Holy Spirit with your spirit. You can't possibly be touched by the Holy Spirit and remain standing,im talking from experience.

He that has ears, let him hear what the spirit is saying to the house: stop speaking evil against men of God so that you don't bring curses on your life.
