On a good day soon, I will update the cost so far, but I have spent N351,500 already on roofing woods. The carpenters charged N150,000 for woodwork, ceiling nogging, installation of roofing sheets and pvc in some rooms

9" Blocks = N135
6" Blocks = N120
Trip of sand = N15,000
Trip of gravel = N35,000. This is the quote the site Engineer got for me.
