There's nothing even wrong with marrying a foreign woman. But these guys always have to bash Nigerian women in the process and glorify the western woman like they are without faults.
The grass is really greener on the other side till you cross over and see how much extra work is put in to make it so. A woman is a woman anywhere on earth the same way a man is a man anywhere on earth but the differences in culture are clear. Nobody is saying that foreign women are perfect but highlighting differences. |

antimater: Latest update is that Nigerians are now migrating to Iran, Iraq, Russia and china 😁 Who said they are? As I said before, less people not just Nigerians but from the global south in general are flocking to western countries. The US had negative growth last year. More people left than came into the US in 2025. There are significantly fewer Africans flocking to the West. in the UK, net migration fell from roughly 944,000 in 2023 to around 171,000 in 2025. That’s a drop of about 82% from the peak. People really do not see the western world as this pinnacle of human civilisation anymore but for the shithole it really is. |

Now crawl back to where you came from.
I live in the United States and won't waste my time trying to educate folks like you It makes sense now cause you have a westernised view of the world. The same USA that can’t even handle Iran that had to sign a deal with Iran the same country they claimed to have defeated is what you are defending. The entire global south has gone red be in in trade, technology, infrastructure etc. China is way ahead. What influences Africa has is coming more from Beijing and Moscow not Washington, Brussels or London. You are spewing the usual western narrative coping about their decline. |

antimater: @Sladem05, you have made several claims. I needed to educate you otherwise I won't bother responding to your posts. Some persons I long to see engage me on this thread is the man called Pansophist, Freestuffsng and some other Islamists and and anti west people who believe (in their little mind that the West is collapsing).
Moving forward, let me respond to each one of claims directly.
First, you say Russia and China are not open to immigrants but still have growing numbers of African and Asian migrants. That is not the flex you think it is. A country tolerating migrants for labour does not make it a successful society for those migrants. The question is not how many Africans live in China. The question is how they are treated. What jobs they hold. What rights they have. How much money they can send back home.
Nigerians in China are mostly traders and students. Very few rise to positions of influence. They don't send billions of dollars in remittances back to Nigeria. Compare that to Nigerians in the United States. They are doctors, engineers, tech executives, university professors, and business owners. They send over 7 billion dollars a year back to Nigeria. That is money that builds houses, pays school fees, and starts businesses.
Show me a single Nigerian in China who sends that kind of money home. You cannot.
Second, you say African migration to the West has slowed or reversed. That is not true. The numbers tell a different story. Between 2010 and 2023, the number of sub Saharan Africans living in OECD countries grew by 78 percent. That is not a reversal. That is growth. The United States remains the top destination for Nigerian migrants. The United Kingdom is second. Canada is growing fast. People are not fleeing the West. They are still going. They are still staying. They are still sending money home.
You say Africans view the West as a decaying civilization. That is what people say on social media. That is not what people do with their lives. If the West is finished, why are Nigerians still applying for visas? Why are Nigerian students still paying tuition at American and British universities? Why are Nigerian nurses still moving to the UK and Canada? Actions speak louder than tweets.
Third, you say most Nigerians abroad are not doing well. That is also false. The data is clear. Nigerians in the United States are among the most educated immigrant groups in the country. Over 60 percent hold a bachelor's degree or higher. That is higher than the American national average. Nigerian American households have a median income above the US average. Nigerian Americans own homes at rates comparable to the general population. These are not struggling people. These are people who are succeeding.
Does that mean every Nigerian immigrant is rich? Of course not. Some struggle. Some work multiple jobs. Some face discrimination. But to say most are at the bottom is simply not supported by the evidence.
Now let me ask you a question in return. What about Nigerians in China? What is their median income? What percentage hold professional jobs? What percentage are business owners? Where is the data? You will not find it, because it does not exist in any comparable form.
You say the West is a failing civilization that cannot look after its own people. There is truth in that. Homelessness exists. Inequality exists. Racism exists. No serious person denies that. But here is the difference. In the West, Nigerians can complain openly. They can organize. They can run for office. They can build wealth and pass it to their children. They can send their kids to good schools. They can buy homes in safe neighborhoods.
Try doing that in China, Russia or Iran as a Nigerian. Try buying a home. Try getting a mortgage. Try sending your child to a Chinese public school and having them treated equally. Try running for local office. Try organizing a protest against working conditions. You cannot.
So do not tell me the West is finished. The West has real problems. Serious problems. But it is still the place where millions of Nigerians have built successful lives. It is still the place where they send their children for education. It is still the place they choose to live when they have a choice.
You talk about building Africa. I want that too. I want Nigeria to industrialize. I want us to stop exporting raw materials and importing finished goods. I want us to manufacture what we consume. That is my position, and I have written about it at length.
But pretending the West is worthless does not help Africa. Ignoring the fact that China extracts more from Nigeria than it gives back does not help Africa. Pretending that Nigerians are not succeeding abroad does not help Africa.
The truth is that the West, for all its flaws, has created systems where Nigerians can thrive. China has not. Russia has not. The numbers prove it. The remittances prove it. The educational achievements prove it. The professional success of Nigerian Americans proves it. I know countless of people who migrated from Nigeria to UK , Canada, USA in recent times and am sure alot of people here on this platform also have those who relocated abroad to Western countries. I also know many more who are intending to.
And the truth does not care whether you like it or not. How isn’t the West finished? US can’t even cripple Iran. They couldn’t even beat the Taliban in Afghanistan. They lost to a country without a military. I don die 😂. Europe is becoming irrelevant. Everything about the western world be it their systems, power, governance, influence etc is collapsing. The West is done. |

And the truth does not care whether you like it or not. I don’t even know where to start with this delusional brainwash but this is largely western propaganda. The West is not good for Africa period. They colonised the continent, extracted its wealth and they benefit from Africa being underdeveloped. China’s influence in Africa and the global south now is overwhelming. Who are African countries’ biggest trading partners? Whom has done most of the infrastructure projects in Africa in the past 20 years? Whom dominates Africa’s telecom infrastructure and tech in general? It is not the west. It is China. Heck even Russia is far better than any western country in Africa. The west has done nothing more than destroy that continent. You think the West is free? Tell that Edward Snowden or Julian Assange. You can’t even post a meme on twitter without getting jailed here. Migration to the West has slowed. In America, they experienced a negative migration rate in 2025. People from the global south in general are not flocking to the West anymore this means in numbers) Nigeria (UK example) * 2022–2023 peak period: ~60,000–70,000/year (ONS range in earlier releases) * 2024: ~52,000 (down slightly from peak) Africa broadly (OECD countries) * African migration to OECD countries is still in the hundreds of thousands per year, but: * Student visas dropped sharply in 2024–2025 (UK, Canada, Australia all down ~15–40%) * Work migration is more stable than student migration Africa and generally Africans like the rest of the world do view the West as a declining civilisation. It’s a multipolar world just look at the US and Iran war. China is now the dominant power in Africa and the global south in general and that is by a widening margin. The West really does not offer much to Africa or Africans. And no that group of Nigerians you listed is a highly specified group. Most Nigerians and Africans in the western largely end up in mediocrity. Heck many of them are even coming back now Z |

Foreign Affairs › Re: The Nigerian Diaspora . The Ultimate Rebuttal To Anti US/ Anti West Sentiment by Sladem05: 1:45am On May 23 |
antimater: There is a quiet, powerful counter-argument to the anti-West narrative that does not require statistics or military analysis. It is found in the choices people make when they have the freedom to choose where to live.
The Nigerian diaspora in the United States is one of the most successful immigrant communities in the country. According to the Migration Policy Institute, Nigerians in the US are the most educated immigrant group, with over 60 percent holding a bachelor's degree or higher a rate that exceeds that of the native-born American population. They are doctors, engineers, tech executives, university professors, and entrepreneurs. They are not fleeing America. They are building lives in it.
Let me be specific: Nigerians run hospitals, teach at Ivy League universities, lead research labs, and sit on the boards of Fortune 500 companies. They are not there by accident. They are there because the United States, for all its flaws is a society that rewards talent, effort, and ambition regardless of where you come from.
Can the same be said of China or Russia? Can you name a single Nigerian in either country who holds a prominent position in medicine, technology, or finance? Not a student, not a trader, someone who has risen to leadership in those societies. The list is vanishingly short. The Nigerian diaspora in China is barely visible. The Nigerian diaspora in Russia is practically non-existent.
The Choices People Make
More than 97 percent of Nigerians who are not Muslim and even many who are prefer the United States and the West over China or Russia. They vote with their feet. They send their children to be educated in the West. They build their lives there. They do not do the same for China or Russia.
This is not a coincidence. It is the result of a society that, despite its imperfections, offers opportunities that authoritarian systems cannot match. When Nigerians have the chance to choose where to live, they choose the United States. When they have the chance to build careers, they build them in the West. When they have the chance to raise families, they raise them in societies that value freedom, opportunity, and human dignity.
The Intellectual Rejection of Anti-West Sentiment
The most successful Nigerians the doctors, the engineers, the scholars, the entrepreneurs do not share the anti-West sentiment that animates certain corners of social media. They know what it takes to succeed. They know the difference between a society that rewards talent and one that requires connections. They know the difference between a system that protects property rights and one that confiscates them.
You will not find prominent Nigerian professionals calling for the US to collapse. You will not find them celebrating American decline. They are too busy building the future to waste time wishing for the destruction of the only country that has consistently welcomed them.
A Challenge to the Anti-West Crowd
If you believe China or Russia offer a better future, I have a simple challenge: move there. Build your career there. Raise your family there. The Nigerian diaspora in the United States chose America because America works. If you think Russia or China works better, you are free to test your theory.
But here is the reality: Nigerians who succeed do so in the West. They do not succeed in China or Russia. They do not send their children to study in Moscow or Beijing. They send them to London, to Toronto, to New York. They build their futures in societies that value human potential.
The anti-West narrative tells us that the United States is collapsing, that the West is finished, that the future belongs to China and Russia. But Nigerians ,the intelligent, ambitious, successful Nigerians who have actually built lives abroad,do not agree. They are not moving to Shanghai or Moscow. They are moving to Houston, to Atlanta, to Washington.
The choices of the Nigerian diaspora are not a footnote to this discussion. They are the evidence. When people have the freedom to choose, they choose the West. They choose the United States. And that choice is the most powerful rebuttal to the narrative of decline that anyone could offer.
This post is dedicated to @ pansophist @freestuffng @writerng @brain54 @gerrard59 @LordAdams16 @all anti US people Dumb comparison as neither Russia or China are as open to immigrants but even then they are a number and a growing number of Africa, Asian and even western migrants in Russia and China especially China. Glorifying the West in 2026 is hilarious. Oga there is nothing in abroad and thanks to social media peoole can really see abroad for what it is. The western world is finished. African migration to western countries has either slowed or reversed. Africans view the west as a decaying civilisation. And that is for the better so that more of them come back, less go and build up their continent. America and co have a lot more than just flaws. They are an outright failing civilisation that can’t even look after it’s own people. And you picked cherrypicked stats good for those Nigerians that are abroad doing well but most aren’t. Most Nigerians and Africans like Asians and other foreign groups are at the bottom of western society be it in education, health, income and any other metric. Most Nigerians in USA are not doing well. Most are just average and struggling. |
Politics › Re: Confusion In US Military Over How To End Nigerian Insurgency - New York Times by Sladem05: 6:09pm On Nov 06, 2025 |
Kemetian: Trump's generals are confused.
They have no idea how the man wants them to end a complex, 10 year-long multifaceted insurgency in Africa's most populous nation with over 250 million people.
A logistical and military nightmare which AI analysis equated to ''Iraq + Afghanistan X 10''
They presented 3 options for the operation to Trump, but military analysts call the plans ''fantasy''.
.....................
U.S. Military Draws Up Nigeria Plans, With Limited Options to Quell Violence
- American forces are unlikely to be able to end a decades-long insurgency in Africa’s most populous country, despite President Trump’s order, officials said.
NEW YORK TIMES
The US military has submitted contingency plans for potential strikes on Nigeria, following a directive from President Donald Trump to prepare for possible action over a false claim of Christian genocide.
The New York Times reports that the US Africa Command has drawn up and sent its options to the Department of War this week upon the request of Secretary Pete Hegseth.
According to the report, published on Wednesday, the contingency plan from the African Command included three options: heavy, medium, and light. Each was designed to allow for a controlled escalation.
The New York Times reported that the military officials disclosed that the “heavy option” presented by the command is the most forceful military response the US could take against Nigeria.
It involves sending an aircraft carrier group to the Gulf of Guinea, off the Nigerian coast, and using fighter jets or long-range bombers to strike targets deep inside northern Nigeria.
For the medium option, the command suggested using drone strikes against militant camps, bases, convoys and vehicles in northern Nigeria.
US Predator and Reaper drones have a capacity to loiter for hours before striking; meanwhile, other US intelligence assets would build up targets’ patterns of life to enable precise, timely strikes, the New York Times reports.
Military officials told The New York Times that the light option would centre on partner-enabled operations, with the US military and State Department supporting Nigerian government forces to target Boko Haram and other Islamist insurgents responsible for attacks, kidnappings and killings of civilians.
The official said the primary goal of the plan is to strike Islamist militants in northern Nigeria, protect Christians from armed violence and to end the decades-long insurgency in the country.
However, there are some concerns about these plans.
While the US Department of War is contemplating the options presented by the Africa Command, concerns are being raised about the issues associated with implementing any of these options.
A primary concern, according to the NY Times, is that the complexity of the violence in the Sahel region is rooted in linguistic, cultural and religious divisions.
In parts of the country, such as the middle belt, the conflict stems from disputes over land use and ownership.
Meanwhile, attacks by ideologically driven Jihadist groups have targeted both Muslims and Christians.
Boko Haram, ISWAP and other groups have carried out abductions, and raided communities irrespective of religious faith.
In 2017, for instance, at least 50 people were killed when a bomb was detonated in a mosque in the Unguwar Shuwa area of Mubi, Adamawa State.
Also in 2018, a double suicide bombing in another mosque in Adamawa led to the death of 86 people.
However, officials told the New York Times that the American military cannot do much to quell the violence unless it is willing to start an Iraq- or Afghanistan-style campaign.
“It would be a fiasco,” Paul Eaton, a retired Army veteran of the war in Iraq, told the paper.
Noting that these actions would rather cause shock and confusion rather than quell the conflict, the retired general likened the effort to, “pounding a pillow.”
Challenges with the options
For the “heavy option” in the US contingency plan, the main hitch lies in the use of long-range bombers. It would require the deployment of air carrier groups to the Gulf of Guinea.
However, officials stated that the US has limited carrier capacity.
The NY Times noted that the US is already in the process of moving one of its aircraft carriers, the Gerald R. Ford, from its deployment in Europe to the southern Caribbean, where President Trump has declared war on drug cartels.
Other carriers are currently deployed in the Pacific and the Middle East or undergoing maintenance.
It stated that several military officials stressed that deploying an American aircraft carrier to the Gulf of Guinea to confront radical Islamist groups in Nigeria was not considered a national security priority.
The second option, which involves drone strikes on militant camps is also affected by the absence of US military bases with close range.
The US exited the two nearest drone bases located in Agadez and Niamey, both in neighbouring Niger, in August.
https://www.nytimes.com/2025/11/05/us/politics/nigeria-us-military.html The Americans are all mouth. They can’t even beat the Taliban in Afghanistan or Vietcong in Vietnam and those were countries with like 1/10th of Nigeria’s landmass and nowhere the landmass of Nigeria. They would get humbled a lot more than they did in Vietnam or Afghanistan. |

DeathParade: Yep. I am completely Indian. Never been outside India. Until a few years ago, I didn't know much about Africa, other than the bad things that the foreign media tells us. Then I got interested into geopolitics and realized that Africa would be a great ally against the Western imperialism. Much better than China that wants to outright fight the West and establish its own empire like USA. India and Africa, we both only want to be left alone so that we can grow our economies, we don't want to see the Western world fall, just want to grow strong enough so that we can negotiate with the west from a position of strength.
So I started reading about Africa from African news media sites. Started from Zimbabwe, then Kenya until I landed up on Nigeria and finally Nairaland. Opened my eyes to the fact that we all are facing very similar issues as nations. How on earth is Africa a continent that is controlled by foreigners supposed to help you?😂 The hilarious part is that you guys want to partner with Africa to counter the western world instead of China but at the same time forget that Africa’s economy and development is propped by China. That’s why a Chinese man recently said that China should just colonize Africa at this point as it’s basically owned and ran by them😂You don’t need to be a geopolitical scientist to know that China is dominant in Africa to a crazy degree and that dominance is just getting stronger. Trade: China–Africa trade reached $282B in 2023, making China Africa’s largest trading partner. • Infrastructure: Built 60+ ports, railways, highways, power plants; no Western nation matches this scale. • Telecom: Chinese firms (Huawei, ZTE) built ~70% of Africa’s 4G networks and most major fibre lines. • Tech: China leads in AI surveillance, smart cities, and digital infrastructure across dozens of African cities. • Space: Signed 23+ space deals with African nations—more than the US or EU. • Education: Hosts ~80,000 African students yearly—only France is close. • Diplomacy: FOCAC unites 53 African countries with China; far deeper engagement than US forums. Make this make sense. You want to team up with a continent whose development is almost entirely propped up by your rival (China) |

DeathParade: If you really want to see Nigeria wield a nuclear weapon, do the following:- Step 1: Don't build a nuke. Don't be like Iran, where you try to go nuclear prematurely and end up the target of preemptive decapitation strikes.
Step 2: Chase Industrial might Become a powerhouse when it comes to industry, for everything from machine tools to carbon fiber. Be energy and food independent. Indigenous supply chains are a must. Especially for high tech weapons.
Step 3: Become paranuclear instead of nuclear. Chase after civilian nuclear technology. Start with Pressurized Water Reactors. Don't go for breeder reactors yet. Keep it tame and civil. Don't scare Uncle Sam like Iran did.
Step 4: Once you are a paranuclear industrial powerhouse like Japan of today, discretely, build the nuke. It won't take long and the world will not be able to react so soon, probably. Just keep it under wraps till the tests.
Good luck to my Nigerian brothers and sisters. An African nuke power will make the world a multipolar world that can better stand up to hegemonic Imperial powers like the West or China. Us Indians will support an African nuclear power. It’s funny cause everything stated in here is what I brought up in the other thread which is that Africa is not just unindustrialised but it’s far from being a powerhouse. Everything that you’ve stated for Africa is a dream that it certainly cannot achieve anytime soon possibly this century. How can Africa become a nuclear or industrial power when it doesn’t have the basics? You need reliable electricity, education, good governance, effective rule of law, adequate infrastructure, sanitation among many other things to have that and Africa isn’t close. Africa doesn’t even have stable electricity or integrated rail across most of the continent, Africa’s development is powered by China, if the Chinese got up and left the continent. The little development that the continent is seeing would be largely gone 😂 as the Chinese and west prop up their tech, development, infrastructure and so on. You need to get the basics right 😂 |

Derekmiles: I see Uncle Delusional Ruckus just commented again, sorry but could you repeat what you said in another comment?, because i wasn't bothered to read it this time; you never know, i could maybe read it if you commented it again🤷🤷🤷. Do you even know what an uncle ruckus is? I don’t worship white people 😂. Saying Africa is a shithole is not white worship. Even other blacks themselves agree Rather than whining and playing victim. Why don’t you just accept the info presented to you? I’m not prejudiced to anyone. |

DeathParade: Dude, I got no clue what the other guy is saying to you. Maybe you're right and he is being mean or disrespectful, but the truth is the truth. So, let me clear the air with some facts here: GDP per capita (nominal, 2023):- India: $2487 Nigeria: $1646
Source: UN
Nigeria population: 238 Million India people lifted out of multidimensional poverty 2004-2019: 415 Million India people in multidimensional poverty (remaining in 2019): 229 Million (16.4% of population) India people in extreme poverty 2025: 15 Million (1% of population) Nigeria people in extreme poverty 2025: 72 Million (31% of population)
Sources: UN DP Multidimension Poverty Index 2022 (Image 1 below), https://worldpoverty.io/ (Image 2 below)
Life expectancy:- India: 72 years Nigeria: 54 years Human Development Index:- India: 0.685 Nigeria: 0.560
Source: UN HDI report (see Image 3 below)
Both India and Nigeria have broadly similar issues. India is growing faster than Nigeria economically speaking. Therefore India is overcoming its problems faster than Nigeria is. This is not because of skin color obviously, as you insinuate that other dude is saying. One major factor is economic complexity. Nigeria might want to work on that.
Meanwhile, you are here suggesting that a nation that has lifted 415 Million people out of multidimensional poverty and has reduced its extreme poverty rate to 1% of population while also successfully sending rockets to the Moon three times and once to Mars, is somehow "not doing anything." Sorry but facts do not bear out your assertions.

Derekmiles: 🥱🥱, Here comes the delusional prejudice Uncle Ruckus who should be a goal constructor, he's making more comments😂😂😂; like i will be bothered anymore to read the nonsense of a prejudice idiot.
Yes, this is how i will be treating your comments now... I was nice enough 6 months ago to appeal to your delusional prejudice ego just to end the conversation because it became too long, i won't be nice now since your ego is so bigheaded to think "Oh, let me come back to a conversation from 6 months ago", like that is the ultimate definition of having nothing else to do.
By the way, if you think i'm joking, i'm not even joking, i didn't read your nonsense, because i won't be bothered to read the prejudice slop of fools anymore... When you are ready to be unbiased and look things from an unbiased lens, i still won't be bothered anymore, because that option ended 6 months ago. I only stopped commenting cause of Nairaland’s posting restrictions but looking back at our convo. It’s shocking to me as to how you believed much of what you said to be true. You were the one that moved the goal posts. Our entire argument started because you didn’t want to admit that black societies weren’t on par with the rest of the world. Even that other guy is calling out your delusions. This thread was supposed to be about black Americans not India or Africa or wherever but you jsut didn’t want to admit that blacks societies don’t measure up to the rest of the world. But looking back, I’m glad that nairaland has these restrictions so that I stopped having discourse with someone so emotional and delusional. And you say I am big headed and have a prejudice? You’ve been dodging reality for too long. And the thing is I looked back through much of our discourse and saw that at countless times you conceded. For example, when you conceded that Botswana is not even an industrialised country. The whole of Africa sef is is still not industrialised. You can’t build a real economy just selling raw stuff. That’s the trap Africa’s been stuck in for decades. Look at the Gulf even with oil money pouring in, they eventually realized that just extracting isn’t sustainable. That’s why Saudi, UAE, and Qatar are now racing to build industry, tourism, tech, and finance sectors because natural resources alone don’t build nations. That’s why when you were comparing Africa or even the Carribean to other parts of the world. I never took your responses seriously. How am I meant to? |

Derekmiles: 🥱🥱, I didn't read all that slop, but i will comment on what you said at the beginning.
If anybody has been bitter this whole time, it's you... I've constantly given India their flowers, even wished the best for them several times while calling out the issues of the country, while you try to constantly overlook the issues, and try to be Mr Futuristic psychic anytime it comes to India. Then for Africans, it's all about the issues to you; India can constantly be about the future and not the present, but no African country can ever be about the future to you.
You are clearly prejudiced, you find anyway to mock Black people, constantly shift the goalpoat to suit your rhetoric when it comes to Black people; do you know how many times i caught you with you own ideology 6 months ago, and all you will do is shift the goalpost to suit your delusion... Every single mocking stance i mocked India with 6 months ago started with you using the same stance on African countries; even when i talked about India defecation issue, it started with you mocking some African countries and their defecation issues, that's when i went to check and found out that India had an even bigger defecation issue on the subject than African countries.
Then you are going to have the guts to say "Sounds like you're bitter", when you are clearly extremely prejudice and hateful. I've never in my life thought India is doing better nor be bitter about it, because that's stupid; i check their countless issues and their progress if any, and wish the best for them... And you so far couldn't have been more wrong, i've been proven right so far because India has barely done anything, but you have the guts and pettiness to desperately come back here and be like "You couldn't be more wrong" when i couldn't be more right so far; did your mother mistakenly drop you on your head when you were a baby?, because that's the only way to explain this level of delusion.
Your prejudice was the reason why 6 months ago, i gave up and was like "you know what, i'm just going to end this by suiting this guy's ego", you thought i agreed with the prejudiced hateful shifting of the goalpost nonsense you were saying?😂😂😂... Bro, like i said, i was done with this conversation 6 months ago, your words are nothing more than prejudice slop that should be treated as such.

OkanlawonB: The vast majority of the immigrants in Western Europe are economic migrants (bogus asylum seekers). Ask yourself what the west is using your ratings to do, the west will even prefer to be rated low than high, maybe that may curb this unending Immigration wave. All these Asian countries you are listing don't have the capacity and means to accommodate such magnitude (numbers) of foreigners. Cause Asian county aren't as open to migrants as western ones but there are exemptions like Qatar, UAE, Singapore and a bunch of asian countries that have significant migrant populations. 89% of UAE population is non-citizens and there are loads of westerners living in the Gulf and East Asia. You think the west also has capacity to accept all those migrants? The West is too broke to look after its own people not to talk of its own people. Just look at skid row in LA or just the homelessness, crime, poverty etc issues that are getting worse allover the west. And that’s one flaw with the whites is that they have a superiority complex. They think their ways are better than the rest of the world. So saying that the west would prefer it be seen as rated lower is nonsense. The whites have literally spent the past half a millennia trying to convince the rest of the world that they are better. But now that the rest of the world is catching up, caught up or long surpassed them. Things are changing. |

OkanlawonB: If you know the magnitude of foreigners of diverse nationalities and different immigration status (the majority are or have been asylum seekers) that western Europe is harboring, you will respect western Europe more. No you've been consuming too much western media and have been brainwashed by them. As someone here in the UK, the west is a shithole. You have to be absolutely nuts to compare east Asia to western Europe. Those migrnats are going to the west cause their countries were destroyed by the west. People coming here in large part have been brainwashed by Western media. The Western world is overrated as the other guy said. There is no way you can compare this place to east Asia. East Asians live longer than westerners on average. Just compare the violent crime, cleanliness, homelessness etc of western countries to ones in east Asia. London, Paris, Berlin etc are really dirty too with graffiti, homelessness etc. You can get put in prison or seriously fined for things as little as chewing gum in east Asia and the gulf. You can literally leave your phone, car key on top of your car unattended in Dubai, Singapore, SK etc. Try doing that in London, New York, Chicago or virtually any western city. |
