Politics › Re: Security Agents Uncover Plot To Poison Jonathan by slap1(m): 12:04pm On Feb 21, 2010
The Nigerian Compass is owned by Gbenga Daniel and is yet to be a serious piece of shi¥t. So I don't believe d story which I bliv OBJ sponsored to frighten Jonathan. U can tink me mad but datz my opinion!

Literature › Re: Omo-ekun: Miles Of The Mind: Poetry by slap1(m): 8:13am On Feb 21, 2010
your piece is poetic! But, in my opinion, I think your sentence composition does not quite relate well with each other. What I mean is they seem not to actually belong to one family and have independent meaning. Again, I believe u shud have earlier introduced the gong (will xplain later) before d last line. . . .*Lemme do some kitchen work, wil be back!*

I will say it again: I'll choose bad roads, a nasty economy, a moribund education system, etc, to these Northerners.
Computers › How Is Opera Mini Remoulded? by slap1(op): 9:43am On Feb 20, 2010
I see people rebuild opera mini to the extent that it is no longer editable and also replace the opera logo wit their pictures. Plz how is it done? If it's done wit a software, what is the name of the software?
Politics › Re: The Nigerian Who Designed An American Car by slap1(m): 8:30am On Feb 20, 2010
Achievement-wise, I say Emeagwali has done better than d car guy. But, come to think of it, never heard of d Nobel prize for supercomputing being awarded to anyone else save d guy. I know of Economics, Peace, Science& Literature( which God will bring my way one day). Did d guy create that category or wat?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal V Sunderland [2 - 0] On Saturday 20th February by slap1(m): 7:51am On Feb 20, 2010
Clichy needs to watch this match from the bench. Arshavin is also begining to disappoint ME. I tink we need Campbell. I also vote goal keeper Mannone for the post. Fabianski's a basket.
Politics › Re: The Nigerian Who Designed An American Car by slap1(m): 7:42am On Feb 20, 2010
@oyb. Google Emeagwali, Times magazine called him the "unsung hero of the Internet" and he's also known as Africa's Bill Gates.

Politics › Re: The Nigerian Who Designed An American Car by slap1(m): 10:30pm On Feb 19, 2010
Leave tribalism out of this, u don't xpect to hear an old story repeated because it's good. How about Phillip Emeagwali who won the Nobel prize for supercomputing? I prefer dat to designing a Hummer! But few pple now talk about it.

The govt of Abia State have consigned the Ngwa tribe to the background, so this is just a way of saying "we still dey", and wat a way!
Politics › Re: Haiti: BBC Traces Scam Computer To Nigeria by slap1(m): 5:59pm On Feb 19, 2010
^^ And u tink dat even the almighty America is simply giving from the goodness of their heart. A green snake in a green grass is dangerous. America will benefit far more than they have contributed from Haiti.

Unfortunately Chieftaincy title is now a commodity in my Igboland. Okada men now get it for a fee. Indeed, every man's got a price.
Crime › Re: AIT Reporter Efenji Efenji Stabbed To Death On Vals Day by slap1(m): 5:21pm On Feb 19, 2010
Talk about security! About twenty minutes ago I was returning from a friend's place when some policemen stopped a Land Rover driver carrying timbers near the Timber market in Aba for "nearly scratching their Hilux!" They took the man along with them and zoomed off to Port Harcourt (I guess, cos of wat was written on their car). I won't be suprized if that man is labelled a kidnapper tomorrow!
