I learn't that the student verification portal is open and some students can access the portal to verify if their names have been uploaded. i also learn't that some student's have accessed the portal and confirm their names. I don't know how true this information is. Can someone please corroborate or provide facts to the contrary.

My brother, you are wrong. No federal High Court has absolute power over the High Court of a State. They are rather courts with Concurrent Jurisdiction.
