I think the problem with your likes is that you celebrate court victories without trying to determine the reason behind the verdict!

PDP asked the various courts up to the supreme court to disqualify shettima based on double nomination and the courts rightly said these courts lacked jurisdiction as the suit was a post election matter and only the tribunal had such jurisdiction!
The supreme court didn't invalidate PDP suit because it wasn't substantial enough but because it used the wrong means that lacked the powers to abjudicate on such matter!

That's why the matter was rightly brought before the tribunal despite being thrown out by the supreme court!

At times,don't just celebrate court judgements simply because you want to score a political point,read through it and get educated!

The problem with some of you obidiotssssss is that you know nothing but still argue like you know. You're ignorant and proud at the same time. The justices of the supreme court went into details of the matter before dismissing it. They didn't just throw it out on technicalities and jurisdiction. Please go and get the judgement and enlighten yourself accordingly.

The issue of double nomination is settled already by the supreme court. It's dead on arrival. Dead like dodo. The same justices of the supreme court are waiting for you people.

These are two separate issues!
The one of shettima bothers on holding double nominations as senator and as VP as grounds for disqualification!
Shettima was still a senatorial candidate when he was chosen as VP by Tinubu and the amended law frowns at such!

The amended electoral act gives opponents from another party the powers to challenge the double nomination of a candidate from another party in an election tribunal settings!

That's why when PDP had earlier brought up such suit at the court before inauguration, it was quickly thrown out because such court had no jurisdiction for such suit except a post election tribunal!

This was how you were assigning funny figures to Atiku and Tinubu in the Southeast and Southsouth before the elections; I told you it won’t happen but you argued you a are a professor of ‘real politick’.

What later happened? Tinubu and Atiku both struggled to get up to 5% of votes cast in the entire southeast. Southsouth wasn’t any different either but for INEC’s rigging.

Now you are back with another round of self deception.

Let me tell you the reality on ground, like I told you before the elections, Wike is the most hated politician in Rivers State in particular, and the entire Southsouth in general, as of today. If he contests in a free and fair House of Assembly election today, he would fail even if his opponent is a stone.

What you are mistaking for popularity is just his network of criminal structure within the PDP across some Southsouth states. But for the fact that these guys are associating with him alone, they have lost popularity just like Wike.

Things were even better for Wike before the election. But after doing what he did during the election, he buried himself by himself. That’s why he’s struggling to get a post in Tinubu’s govt so he can stay relevant.
