oladeebo:An oba threatened to throw Igbos into the lagoon and was cheered, that is no provocation? A sitting president referred to Igbos as 5% and therefore should not expect much from him, that is no provocation? before now, every other tribes believed Igbos are the one spoiling Nigeria image abroad with drug trafficking while pretending they don't know that the foremost thing that spoils our image abroad is scam and Yahoo Yahoo which we know the leading tribe just because they are eager to prove that Igbos are criminal, yet you don't think all this is not provocation against the Igbos. like I said before, leave sentiments aside and judge. |
Sentiments aside, other tribes have no business trying to mock IPOB for wanting what they want. We may not agree entirely with Nnamdi Kanu but his method is still far better than bokoharam in north who is bombing people and MEND in Niger Delta who is bombing oil pipes and kidnapping oil workers. IPOB have never used violence even when they were attacked and killed. We may not all agree with their plan to secede(which I think is because the Igbos are the center holding Nigeria together, either through mutual love or hate), but trying to mock and demoralise them instead of looking at the issues they raise about Nigeria is plain foolishness. I read a post yesterday where a northerner said they want to zone presidency to the north and VP to South East, many non-Igbos who commented on that post was busy insulting the Igbos instead of the northerner who made the statement even though many Igbos disagreed with the man on that post. Is time other ethnic groups examine themselves without sentiments to ask what exactly are they fighting Igbos for? |
Cultists are daily becoming fearless in this country. Something or someone is giving them morale. |
Seems like etisalat Nigeria wants to IPO. I strongly suspect that is why they are "marketing " their boards and management to the general public. Lets be watching. |
We are in a deep mess as a country. A mess created by the elites and managed by the masses. |
Jungle justice is never a solution. This is a country not a jungle. Have we all forgotten the story of aluu 4? Now every bloodthirsty individual will be having a field day in Ikorodu all in the name of killing a "suspected baddoo member" Two wrongs don't make a right. Police should also step up their game in that area. |
legitimatefrank1:Hahahaha exactly my thought. I was wondering what kind of name is this. He do make meaningful contributions on nairaland sha. |
OrestesDante:Start what kwa? |
The guy sounds intelligent but his total lack of empathy can be unnerving. |
This is like legalizing looting. Looters are criminals and should be treated as such. Why giving them loopholes? |
yang:No, thunder will not fire him. He has done his part in his era, aside cursing and abusing him, what are you contributing to do your own part. This is no different from the APC blame game. Instead of thinking up solutions to the problem, you go about raining curse on a dead man who acted according to his own agenda. Unu e mechu zi n' anyi ihu. |
Kathmandu is back. |
What is it? |
RealityShot:I was referring to the pros and cons he mentioned. I want to know them to be properly guided. |
Comeandcollect:Please elaborate, I want to be well educated on this. |
FrankNetter:The fact that you are unapologetically real. Earlier on some people tried to force their experience down your throat but you stood your ground. The confidence in your writings, the little things like the fetching water with a 'C-Way-lookalike-can' that surprises you, your bluntness and focus(like you know where you are heading). |
chukwuaustin:Are you denouncing Islam or inciting hatred between Igbos and other tribes. I suspect you have an ulterior motive. Ndi Igbo Ibe m, rapu nu onye a na o nwere ife o na acho. |
OP, do you mean you travelled on road from Nigeria? Is that not stressful? |
No difference between fraudsters and robbers who break into people's home. They all steal things that dont belong to them. Yet some Nigerians think that fraudsters(yahoo yahoo) is cool and smart. Let's educate our minds. |
We really like to boss it boss it around in this part of the world. This is intimidation. |
This is wickedness of the highest order. |
The problem is leadership. We lack good leadership. That's not all, our system is crooked. We don't put our brains and imaginations to good use too. We act for NOW, as if there is no tomorrow; instant gratification. We don't care about sustainable growth. The country is going down and everybody seems helpless and hopeless. |
Some African men were busy professing love to her smh . Our men sha. |
The people or companies who gave them a second wedding have done their part. Instead of criticising, help them in their "marriage life" or give one of them a job as you said the companies were supposed to. Talk is cheap. |
If men can proudly use their Vaseline, why are they mad at women for using cucumber? Double standard everywhere. |
OP take heart. Am sure the conversations on this thread is far from the response you were expecting. |
Businessideas:the blame game ain't working. This present administration wants us all to toe that line but it should be rejected by every progressive mind. How can you tell me that the last administration was very corrupt and that PDP is a very corrupt Party while most of the people from that "corrupt" party are enjoying immunity just because they defected to APC. This administration have been lying to us, infact they got our votes through lies and in my place it is said that "a liar is worse than a thief". The fact that this administration is more vocal than the past one does not mean that there words is " a and amen". I wonder why of all the past leaders, only GEJ is singled out for this blame game. Could it be that the others know what Buhari knows or they fight dirtier than GEJ and Buhari knows it? I just want Buhari to move us forward chikina. I want him to appoint the best minds to turn things around for good in this country. GEJ is past tense. |
lanre2009:I tried to PM you but its not going through. I need to reach you. |
Pavore9:I sent you e-mail yesterday, please reply Sir. |
