Hi everyone,

I came to this forum because I feel there are a lot of matured people here who can help me with this problem. I have a brother who is almost thirty-five, he drinks and smokes hemp, disturbs the peace of the neighborhood and gives my dad sleepless nights.
My mum left this world because of this issue and my siblings and I are out of ideas on how to handle the situation. It is one police case after the other and it has become very embarrassing. What really eats me up is that when he is sober, one can see that he has a very big heart. I know some families can benefit from this thread. Please I need advice on what to do. Will await your responses. Thanks.

While performing his song "Bound 2" for the first time on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night, Kanye West took a jab at Kim Kardashian's ex-lover, who's also the younger brother of singer Brandy. So how bad was the diss?

After taking the stage with singer Charlie Wilson, Kanye began rapping with the lyrics, "Brandy's little sister lame, man, he know it now/When a real brother hold you down you supposed to drown."

"Brandy's little sister"? Ouch.

Kim and Ray J's relationship dates back to the early 2000s, long before the new mom and current beau Kanye began dating last year.

Meanwhile, Kanye announced last week that that he is embarking on a 23-city, 7-week North American tour for his latest album Yeezus, which will kick off on Saturday, Oct. 19, in Seattle. Kanye's opening act will be Kendrick Lamar.

Tickets will go on sale on Friday, Sept. 13.

Somehow, we don't think Ray J will be catching his Oct. 26 show in L.A

Wentworth Miller Tried to Commit Suicide Before Coming Out: "The First Time I Tried to Kill Myself I Was 15"





Wentworth Miller's road to coming out had some very dark moments.

The Prison Break star, who revealed he is gay less than a month ago, admitted that he tried to commit suicide as a teenager while struggling to come to terms with his sexuality.

Speaking out at the Human Rights Campaign gala at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel on Saturday, Miller explained that he overdosed on pills during a weekend where his parents were away from home.

"The first time I tried to kill myself I was 15," he said.

"I waited until my family went away for the weekend and I was alone in the house and I swallowed a bottle of pills. I don't remember what happened over the next couple days, but I'm pretty sure come Monday morning I was on a bus back to school pretending everything was fine. And when someone asked me if that was a cry for help, I say no, because I told no one."

Miller continued, "Growing up I was a target. Speaking the right way, standing the right way, holding your wrist the right way. Every day was a test and there was a thousand ways to fail. A thousand ways to portray yourself to not live up to someone else's standards of what was accepted."

The actor also explained that it made him nervous to come out early in his career. "I had multiple opportunities to speak my truth, which is that I was gay, but I chose not to. I was out privately to family and friends--publicly, I was not.

"I chose to lie--when I thought about the possibility of coming out, how that might impact me and the career I worked so hard for, I was filled with fear."

But Miller overcame that fear in late August, when he publicly revealed his sexuality after being invited to attend a film festival in Russia, where "propaganda of nontraditional sexual relations around minors" and the public discussion of gay rights have been banned.

"Thank you for your kind invitation. As someone who has enjoyed visiting Russia in the past and can also claim a degree of Russian ancestry, it would make me happy to say yes," Wentworth, 41, says in a letter to Maria Averbakh, director of the St. Petersburg International Film Festival. "However, as a gay man, I must decline."

"I am deeply troubled by the current attitude toward and treatment of gay men and women by the Russian government," he continued in the letter, posted on GLAAD's website.

"The situation is in no way acceptable, and I cannot in good conscience participate in a celebratory occasion hosted by a country where people like myself are being systematically denied their basic right to live and love openly."
