O mehn in came the brandbucket hype .. brandables dey sell like fire. I sat down one day after analysing like 10 names, i regged them with the sole purpose of selling them as BB accepted names.... oluwa ooo.

I immediately turn supplier, they chop small small 20$ to 25$. I was not happy but contented.

Renewals:
I come dey try balance things but sadly, since i regged many crazy names back den, i had to let go. Infact even though it looked as if i was in money, i was actually broke.

2016:
I read through the two threads on nairaland, i realized my strengths was in brandables. But with brandables, so much uncertainty especially when you are buying handregs.

Brandbucket:

Quickly built a portfolio of about 14 names, but not a single sale, i stumbled across a guy here saying he sold Payarc .com, i strengthed my resolve.

Sadly 2016 my saving grace was doing quick flips for bb accepted names.

2017 :
I bought bolthost .com, na dis name wer mk 2sexy cum think say i don loose my head.

I emailed buyer...
Buyer answered me with 50$
I replied with 3000$
Buyer started abusing me..

-March 1st sold my first brandbucket name like i earlier mentioned here : $2495.

I took 10% as a tithe and said God i want mk
You give me a better sales.

The buyer searched it on godaddy and saw it there.
He then made an offer of our agreed price and asked me to accept. But I can't see where to accept the offer.

I have even changed the buy now price on afternic to that exact offer price so he can buy it straight away but the old price is still showing on godaddy but has changed on afternic. It's over 2 days now and the buyer insisted that he wants to buy the name through godaddy.

Better still transfer name to your GoDaddy account, list it for sale through premium listing and buyer buys it.

I need an advice on what to expect on a situation i just noticed on thursday night. A United states company CIO, Chief Information officer, sent me a mail on thursday night.

The subject of the message is the name of the company and the content is just TEST. The mail was sent using the firstname.lastname@company.com .

I then decide to search for the name on the company website and i found out he is the third in rank of the company and happens to be Vice-president/cio.

The interesting part is that i own a two word phrase domain name in which the first word is the same first word as theirs. Now, My question is

As a Guru in this industry and From your experience, do you think they are interested in buying my name or the CIO is just playing around with my Email? Or what do you think, generally in this kind of situation?

Personally, I m suspecting its another type of scam that i might not yet be aware of, which is why i m putting it to experience gurus to help me burst if its a scam...

Im sure it will be a smooth process from now on.

I didn't get up to 12% in my own o. I used 200k and a discounted sum of about 194k was deducted

In the office No system to work with, only one lap top used by the boss alone, only one standing fan facing him alone, he promised to get my system,and new standing fan the day he was interviewing me, but he didn't, I doo come to work with a hand fan, and goes home smelling sweat, buying sure & rolling like mad..

I have never done anything relating to what I was employed for, what I do is going errands for him, he sends me out to many places, to go meet friends, collect receipts and all that are very far place, I endured through till it's time to pay me, he started posting me, today tomorrow, this evening, tomorrow morning, this afternoon, EVEN when I told home I need to go for my late father burial arrangements on Sunday cos I work Saturday, he said he would send my salary and he didn't...

Then one Sunday he called me to come to office to come collect my salary, I was happy at least am getting paid for my sweat.... getting to the office, he handed over the money to me I counted it, and I discovered the money was short of 5k, I asked he said the 5 thousand was for TAX.......I was speechless at first,. because he didn't tell me anything as such and how is 5k for TAX only, This is the money after paying all my debt am left with nothing.............
