• Job Requirement- An oil and gas servicing company seeks the services of a Logistics Officer with at least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or related course preferably in the oil and gas sector. The Candidate coordinates with project teams and carries out the identification of transportation requirements for personnel movements and ensures the suitability of the transportation, initiates control as necessary and implements corrective actions.


Job Description
• Ensures the tracking of personnel journey management (mobilisations and missions) to efficiently manage arrival and departure logistics
• Overall management of transportation and pool car management.
• Submits payment requests for logistics department.
• Processes logistics requests from Packages and ensures follow-up action.
• Coordinates with Administration Supervisor to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management.
• Comply with all applicable company directives, policies, and procedures.
• Able to manage a pool of drivers
• Computer literate
• Sensitive to timelines and highly committed
• HSE awareness.
