PoliticsRe: National Confab: Why We Won’t Discuss Breaking Up Nigeria By Sen. Femi Okurounmu by Sloan: 3:33pm On Oct 26, 2013
Afam4eva: This OKurunmi guy is an 1diot. How did he come to the conclusion that it's only fringe groups that are calling for Nigeria's dismembering and are these fringe groups not made up of Nigerians. I think this conference maybe bound to fail if there are no go areas.
^^ If you call someone like him an 1diot, what do you think you are?? Well, I just want a Western Region with the Yorubas and their brothers, sisters and cousins from related part of Nigeria. Let the eastern region go and make people like Odulah their aviation minister or president, while the West also run their Aviation and ports and everything about our lives while the northern regions also do the same. The day we have an all Western region is one day I will be so happy for Nigeria. It is the closest thing we can get to sovereign countries which might not happen! Let the real competition begin!

A typical ibo man and bigot! If in your hallucination you think Hausas hate the Yorubas, what do you think their position is with ibos? If not that Gowon was Head of State and Awolowo was his deputy (2 conscionable men), and suppose it was a core northerner, ibos surrender of biafra would never have been accepted! Looking back on what the average Hausa man will do to detonate bombs where buses are bringing people into their land, imagine how they would never have wasted the opportunity to clear up people like you from existence. BTW, Ibos never fought more than 1 war in their existence and the only one they fought (biafra, 42 years go), they lost most catastrophically with the highest casualties, second only to WW 2. No hate, but I had to tell you the blank truth!
PoliticsRe: Gej Runs Away From Stella In Isreal by Sloan: 1:46pm On Oct 26, 2013
Yes, they want Stella hanged for bogus crimes cooked up by a faceless online website; sahara-reporters.
But they won't let EFCC or other constitutionally mandated federal agencies to investigate their bogus allegation if there was truly any corrupt enrichment of the minister in the said procurement of bullet proof vehicles, a deal she did not even sign!

Hon. Stella Oduah's true crime is that she dared to improve the aviation sector which people from a certain section of the country have bastardized and choked in a strangle hold.

Those tribalist people in their malicious plot against Nigeria had killed Nigeria Airways and killed Air Nigeria. Those people from a certain section of the country frustrated the deal with Virgin Atlantic. All these was done to maintain the strangle hold monopoly to compel all foreign airlines to only use Lagos airport as point of entry into Nigeria.

Recall that it took heaven and earth to allow Lufthansa & Air France to fly to Port Harcourt, inspite of them servicing mainly the oil industry. The previous yoruba aviation ministers had strangely insisted that they stop at Lagos and international oil workers can use our local airlines to fly into Port Harcourt Intl. !

Princess Stella Oduah had not only worked against all their obstacles and subterfuge to achieve President Jonathan's pledge to finally upgrade the Akanu Ibiam Intl. Airport,Enugu into a true international airport, but also she threatened their monopoly by the planned introduction of a new National carrier ! For this, she must be given a bad name in order to be hanged. Poor useless people that imagine other Nigerians are so dumb to see through their pretenses and wicked plot.
It is better to have Odulah be your aviation minister or president in your biafra region but will NEVER make the cut with us...she is a corrupt lying bleached up biatch! It is amazing how brainless people like you are blinded by your tribe and still defend an obviously odious case of outright stealing! Building all the airports in Nigeria from the ground-up is NOT an excuse to loot the aviation sector dry, mismanage it, leading to avoidable air crashes and then blame an act of God for it! How MANY grievous crimes REPORTED this week alone? angry angry If any Nigerians hide the crime rather than deal with it, who is losing or is that not like the ostritch that hides its head in the sand while leaving his bigger butt to the whole world to see? How about the Ibo guy Eziogu or something that was published today but quickly hidden? The problem is hiding such posts does not reinforce it to Ibos (maybe at least 1 person who could have used their "boldness" ) so that he might be saved the hangman's noose or the decapitator because no one knows if the people in Asia behead criminals or hang them? Am quite sure they won't waste injections or use non-violent methods on Africans who they already discriminate even when they live by the law. Also where is the deceptive CLEEN report saying iboland is the safest place in Nigeria? Oh well, make una dey deceive unaself.

Omexonomy: @ sloan what made you think i am igborobber.
Continue defending tinubu day light robbry in lagos and other apc state.
F00lishness is a bliss
Igborobber or not, that is your own coinage and cup of tea. I am not and certainly, no one is defending Tinubu! If you were not such a big foo.l and dumber than a piece of stone in your village, you would know that Tinubu is not under any protection of any immunity clause and your dumb GEJ controls EFCC, ICPC, Police, everything and if all of them could not establish any case of corruption before the court, you see why you are a mega foo.ol! So, if I knew you were Omexowhatever and I shouted right in the midst of a lot of people, thief, thieft, barawo, ole, get him, catch him; the people get you and beat you to death whether or not my allegation is true, that would make me right and not a defendant of Tinubu? That in fact is the fate that will fall on you and be your portion as you keep peddling all these kind of lies about - you will one day be a victim of a similar allegation of "Thief" and you will be killed, mobbed and burned while your separated head looks on! After that your head will be put through the grinder and fed to the dogs. Now SAY AMEN!

FYI, I am not anywhere close to Nigeria, not to ever mention meeting Tinubu. Phoolish bigot from the east side of the Niger!
PoliticsRe: 5 Nigerian Leaders That Cannot Be Bribed. by Sloan: 5:08pm On Oct 25, 2013
Lee Herds: Pastor W.F Kumuyi
I think DEFINITELY but Pastor Kumuyi has a different calling and he probably will not be interested in Politics, the type that is being played in Nigeria. But in terms of POLITICAL leadership, out of the ones that have shown ANY type of interest and honestly without sentiments:

1. Buhari - for almost 30 years after being military president and in being in the public space, NO ONE has ever been able to mention his name in any corruption deal! Whereas there are lots of Nigerians who did not even complete 2 years in the public space and their corruption is blown right into the knowledge of the entire world.

2. Nuhu Ribadu - He is so incorruptible, he had LOTS of opportunities to STEAL money or just take stolen money - bribe (not stealing according to GEJ), rather he takes the entire $15 M to the CBN and reports the case and prosecutes the man involved. Never done in the history of Nigeria.

3. Tunde Bakare - You will probably have to kill him only to discover that he still refuses to take the money , steal it or accept the bribe.

4. Col. Umar - don't know much about him in the political space but in the public space he is one person who did not care if he disagreed with his people so far as he spoke the truth the way he saw it.

5. Governor Fashola - Given his pedigree, I would add his name here too. What is known of his lifestyle, his utterances and his performance does not suggest someone who is being bribed but I realize we will know more after he completes his tenure.
Is Ibadan better than Ilorin by any measure of human development whatsoever ?
Or you just want to find trouble?
What do you know about Ibadan? Look, do not bring FOOLIS.HNESS here when you can just keep quiet! How can you compare even your entire Delta State to Ibadan? That is Delta State that gets billions in allocations, smaller population, oil but nothing else in between your ears to add value to Nigeria? Current day Oyo State (of which is Ibadan is the capital) was the center of civilization for thousands of years before human beings whether warri or anything inhabited what is now called Delta State. I am talking about history that pre-dates the mediaeval times and today, Ibadan, the center of the SW is still miles ahead of everything in Delta State. In spite of the fact that Delta State gets more than 5X money from OIL, it lags Oyo State and it does practically nothing else except oil - a natural resource - not something you work hard to create or use your intellectual capacity. What is the point I am making? Worry about your state not even Kwara State because you are like the hypocrite, with a log in your eyes, you are more concerned about another with a mere speck in their eyes!

PoliticsRe: Reasons Why Stella Oduah is being Persecuted - Vanguard by Sloan: 3:53pm On Oct 25, 2013
You are still lying around the problem oh USELESS Nigerians! Did she rip off the country by buying BMWs of $1.6 M? Was the money budgeted? How about all the other corruption allegations? Even if he is the saviour of the country, she is already paid a salary and should derive no extra benefit from the agencies, people she supervises or the country.

SUMMARY: LET THIS COUNTRY GO BACK TO REGIONS FOR GOD'S SAKE! MAKE ODULAH YOUR AVIATION MINISTER / PRESIDENT AND WE WILL NEVER COMPLAIN IF SHE AUCTIONS OFF YOUR ENTIRE REGION FOR N 1. IBOS GO AND RUN YOUR OWN CIVIL SERVICE, LET THE NORTHERN ZONES RUN THEIRS, LET THE SS RUN THEIR REGION AND LEAVE THE WEST FOR US TO RUN OUR REGION!

bloggernaija: Normally,he should have been spared but once he agreed to dance to their corrupt deceptive tune,he hanged himself.
It is too late.
They sent out akinkuotu to face the press and hang himself.
Hang himself he did.
He should have used the press conference to exonerate himself rather than witchhunt the whistleblower.
Despite resuming just 2months ago,he has tied his fate to those of the corrupt warrant officers from the east.
Too late to get out of the quagmire now.
He must go down with them lot.
By the way,I just cannot fail to see how these guys are multiplying/replicating themselves like a virus, in that ministry.
For all odua nationalist,
This is one of the reasons why we must go back to the regional government of the past.
Let Oduah ,udoh go and manage Aviatiion in the east.
Let abdulahi Adamu go and manage Kano .
Let demuren or whomever manage aviation in SW.
that way, nobody will shout marginalisation
That is the WAY OUT! That is why this conference, if it is REAL, must ensure that! I am skeptical of the GEJ's intentions because he is a desperate politician but if everyone or most people were to take him and his co-looters by the throat and ensure that the result of the conference was subject to a referendum of the people and not the corrupt, useless national assemblies so that we at least go back to our regions, GOODNESS ME, I will be glad!

Like you said and that is what I have always advocated: let the Ibos go and run their airports and aviation and if they create 1,000 airports and 20,000 people to work there and 1 woman buys 2 BMW for $1.6 M, the rest of the other regions will CARE LESS about it! If the NE decides to continue to kill each other, their small armies and police will have to deal with it, no federal soldiers to go there to do anything since it is not an external aggression! If the SS decides to blow-up all their refineries and incinerate their oil installations, no other regions will care less and if the SW decides to only plant cocoyam (not even cocoa), we will all be drinking our garri quietly. Let 15% of all net regional revenue be sent to the central government up to a certain maximum so that some reasons will not be lazy sending only N 1 M per month while another more serious region will be sending N 15 B per month!

This is the only way out and within the region, if any man steals it is very easy to find his house, take a taxi or bus there and make him vomit the money. I am seriously tired of being in the same country with ibos and their whining, it is the most annoying thing coming out of Nigeria these days!

Omexonomy: Bad goverment indeed. So tinubu collecting £6.5billion from lagos tax payers money and the increasing of lasu school fees from N7thousand to N3500thousand naira per student and by making three-fifth of the able body you AGBERO AND ARMING THEM WITH SOPHISTICATED GUNS AMD WEAPON
is what you term good gov abi?
What concerns you in Kwara State? A Kwara native is venting his displeasure about his state, but it is YOU an Ibo man from the East who responds, what is your stake in Kwara or is it just about causing division and trying everything to make sure another state does not rise above the failure level of which SE governors and leaders (past are present are the worst)??

Well, @OP...I think you and hopefully other Kwarans are now on the path because the path to freedom and emancipation is first to acknowledge the current situation which you are unsatisfied with. Now, you need to involve others and talk among yourselves, ONE Saraki cannot determine the lives of millions of people, especially when he is living off them and they are getting worse every day! If a leader indeed leads a people well, it is something that even his detractors will acknowledge, at least a greater percentage of the people will acknowledge it. If Saraki or whatever is leading you into a pit and living off your land (one man living better than 1 M people for example is an anomaly because his life is not superior to the life of other humans), it is time to kick him out. Liberate yourselves but it will take some effort, beyond talking about it or writing on the internet!

I could't agree more! By the way, do you or Dudu have any record of that speech that Dudu talked about? I really want to read or hear it if it was recorded! These indeed are some of the things that can greatly inspire the coming generation of Yorubas and Nigerians (at least the normal ones, who aspire to greatness).
PoliticsRe: National Conference - Akure A Good Candidate As South West Capital by Sloan: 2:46pm On Oct 24, 2013
alj harem: Ok first of all op, you have aired your point in a very Stu.pid way lol grin. Yes I am not from ondo but Lagos. Akure can be a capital and I have no objection to that but the reason why you are a but Stu.pid is that in Yoruba land, where the capital is located is NEVER AN ISSUE SO DON'T MAKE IT ONE. For all I care, warri or yagba can be the new capital, it does not change the relationship. What is most important is how we see ourselves. Tinubu is from osun and was a gov in my state, fashola is from ekiti not Lagos and is a governor in the economic capital so in all these it is clear location of a capital has no bearing.

You remind me of a typical silly igboman tbh
Well said Alh., and the poster has accepted that point from his post. You are right, things like these are the smallest issues to deal with because Yorubas are brothers and sisters everywhere! One of his main reasons is development but I bet he will now realize that Yoruba states are being developed not by being designated a capital but by keeping alive that tradition of our fathers, which has lasted several centuries and daring not to follow stup.id leaders who have compromised most other tribes with a little crumb (money) while they loot their destiny! However, I should point out that one of the reason why the Yorubas would care about the location of our capital is because it would be our BASE, the home everybody and who knows what may happen in Nigeria or the world tomorrow? We would consider very strongly the strategic location of our main capital city in order to be able to defend it, be able to shelter more people in case of any violence, to coordinate operations and be able to marshall our forces to destroy any foreign invaders. Keep in mind that making very strategic long term decisions like these is why, for the most part, the Yorubas have NEVER lost a war as a people in recorded human history.

1MCN: Trust me, the S/East will not crumble at all as you think. Two states in the S/East are members of the ND. And oil is now being explored in Anambra! You know what? Due to the very stringent land tenure regime in the East, and also for their distrust in the entity called Nigeria, oil is not being explored in the S/East as it is done elsewhere. Did you know that when Shell (BP) first came to Nigeria, Owerri was their (admin) HQ (the place they call Shell Camp, close to A.I.F.C.E)? They refused the terms which the people gave them for mutual benefits and the people refused them the space. Shell moved to PH--am sure you know the rest of the heartless and reckless exploitation story and the land pollution. How many times have you heard of oil spill or pipeline explosion in the S/East? You'd rather hear that in Areppo, and other towns. Of course Anambra, Imo and Abia don't have as much oil, but the little they have, they're so miserly about it. They won't use it to lubricate Nigeria. You'll say the FG owns all lands, and they'll tell you the FG owns on Aso villa, as far as they're concerned.

Those guys in the creeks are mortgaging the future of their several generations yet unborn just to keep the Govs in the north on the seat. Igbos won't dare it!
Stop this level of ignorance about the South West, the only part of the country firing on all it's economic cylinders! How can you say ONLY Lagos can survive when you have not taken into account how much each of the state generates? Ogun State generate N 4 B per month right now, Osun State generates N 1.6 B per month, Ekiti already generates N 1 B per month, Oyo probably generates from N 2 - 3 B per month while Lagos is already clocking N 30 B, tell me ANY Ibo States that comes close to that??

Look facts don't lie, Obi himself complained that Anambra generates 450 M per month in IGR, can you furnish us new or updated figures because if the figures were better, he would have been all over the town proclaiming the numbers! What BIG industries have moved to Anambra and are in production that would lift the IGR significantly given that the so called refinery is still being constructed or still in pre-production? Also building a refinery will not increase IGR automatically or immediately, surely not in a sustainable manner. I advise you stop putting sentiments in matters that require objective facts!

wirinet: Governor Yuguda is just being truthful unlike all others who lives in a perpetual state of self denial. Only Lagos State can survive without oil and that is even debatable as Lagos would find it difficult without free oil money from Abuja. Even with oil money Lagos is highly indebted.

Even the igbo states would crumble without handouts from Abuja. What is the internal generated revenue of all the SE states. I dare the governors to release their IGR figures like Yuguda, it would be shameful.

The SW is not much better. Nigeria as a whole is build around free oil money explored and exported by foreigners.

Nigeria as a whole would crumble the day oil dries out.
