RareDiamond:ELECTORAL REFORM SHOULD BE THE FIRST ITEM |
Ask the Americans. Common sense should tell you what to do |
This Good. A lot of things have to be the worry of our leaders who have ears. One of the many is the Police Reform Bill which is still being debated on the National Assembly. If we follow happenings in America which is far more sophisticated than Nigeria in all respect with police brutalities and many more heinous acts, we should begin to worry about what the content of our reform will be about when it is eventually passed in law. If it is designed to fit the 19th, 20th or future centuries, we dont know but, we have to consider avoiding mistake these sophisticated countries made in their laws. Our law makers should use the opportunity to study more of police reforms of countries of the world rather than being rubber stamp. A good look at using technologies and better legislation in this reform will be as good preventing or limiting police brutalities. Americans are lucky with the kind of leaders they've had unfortunately we are not as lucky as they are. |
Heads in government, emirs community heads, local government chairmen who would have averted this by educating people in their various areas and communities. Unfortunately, not so much pep was added and now this impending serious problem. I am sure there are other states close by with thesame looking at issues coming from these regions such as Zamfara where police station was burnt because they were asked to obey lock down rule; the burial of Galadima Modu Sheriff in Maiduguri; Abba Kiyari burial etc. The sad thing is that these states do not look prepared for hospitalization of victims let alone easy contact tracing of people who may have been infected. |

Wow! I wish the Same for Nigeria |
What is going on. |
I am sorry about your situation but is not always the case. Let me start from your dad who doesn't know he had poisoned your heart against all men with his attitude. However, he might have his good side too. I apologise if this may hurt you: he is a product of his own parental orientation and personal life education. That said, not all men have the same upbringing. To your relationship. You guys have barely spent enough time to be afraid of what he will be. Take your time to know his lifestyle, his parents, vision and ambitions if at all you truly love him and want to marry him. Observe what is consistent about him over time and draw your conclusions. If you insist on leaving him, tell him straight and close all mean of him begging you or getting back to you later. Finally, if you don't wish to marry in life, please avoid falling in love with any guy. It will hurt you more and the injury will be more devastating. |
Ok, good move |

That is the sad part of our religious life. Imagine the whole of the country pray solely for good governance which will bring good life and prosperity to our homes: everyday, in buses, on the streets, in churches, in mosques and finally in our minds. What would life have been. But it's not the case. We have the highest proliferation of religious institutions in the world fighting against witches under different banners titles and event programmes, yet we are the headquarters of poverty because we aren't fighting our common enemies. If we can start this, that will be the beginning of bloodless revolution that will mark a watershed in our lives |
Why do these results come in the midnight? What will cause if we see or hear it in afternoon? |
Who will the flies support? |
okay. Here's is an example of what COVID-19 means to these guys.

Who is now going to treat the tester of the tested. I pray that it does not get out of hand by His grace. One lesson I think we should learn as a country is that if the clinical trials on humans of the vaccine developed by oxford university sails through, their is absolute need for our leaders and university lecturers to turn a new leaf in their handling of their jobs respectively. Life is short but where will the inventors' names be etched in history... Even before the invention by this university, these countries came out to hail their health workers on the frontlines openly with lots of accolade from windows, doorsteps, streets to say thank you. Not in my country Nigeria: struggling to pay health workers salaries let alone hazard allowances. Tell me where would we get love and patriotism when we are ruled by leaders who have the best of the best in the world but are "visionless" in their attitude to lead |
If you have designed fully featured web applications like e-exam, school management system etc from ground up without any framework, then adding laravel or any other php framework knowledge will be added advantage. I would suggest you go for it if you like it as it takes the pain of reinventing the wheels of some basic and complex features away from you. You can focus on other features of any web application you are designing. Hope it helps. |

Of blessed memories |
My dear, you have aired your opinion raw and undiluted. Nothing to repolish in truth it is always constant. Move on as saying this will eventually make you a sycophant. Look ahead, tomorrow can be better than today. ok? |

If this happens it's good news only if it is not going to be technical surrender. |
This is what should have happened since day one instead of allowing needless killings of innocent poor citizens and soldiers. By now we shouldn't be talking about boko Haram |
