i used my phone to do it. I don't think anyone would be dropped at this stage. This is still part of the application process. It's after the video interview that the shortlisting would be done.

I applied for senior internal auditor at sydani group, I was asked to do online test which I did and shortly after the online test, a congratulations mail was received congratulate me for the successful psychometric test to my mail and also disclosed in the content of the mail that shortly I will be schedule for virtual interview but it is getting to 6 weeks now I have not heard anything from them.

same challenge most applicants here are having too. Something doesn't seem right with this company. They let you start the application process and abandon you at the middle of it. It's over two months after many of us did virtual interview with them and no feedback whatsoever from them.

Hello everyone! standard chartered bank has begun the IGP again for 2023. I just have a question. Please i didn't see age barrier on the requirements, does it mean they don't use age in screening out and what's the minimum university grade for the IGP ( it wasn't specified on the requirements)?
Can one with Masters still apply?

Please you guys should take a look at tje requirements for one of the experienced roles. I see 2.2 as minimum grade. Why do they give stringent qualifications for graduate trainees while the experienced hires enjoy soft landing.

Age. They did not mention age in the advert (which is unusual) as they have always required Graduate Trainees to be under 28. So my guess is that they don't want to publicly mention that they discriminate based on age but they'd still do so internally by using your primary and secondary school certificates to guesstimate your age

Requirement stated NYsc not earlier than 2017, I think that alone would screen a lot of people out. It's indirectly using age factor as a strategy

lol it seems you don't know that foreign organisations who simply have branches here ,tend to pay salaries based on their overall revenue, they pay you the same amount they pay their staff in USA or atleastvery similar..check online for the salaries of most US based Nigerian companies and u will be shocked.

I sent them an email telling them to reschedule me for another virtual interview since I missed it due to network issues, they ignored me.

I created applied with another email, wrote their test and passed it also, but they didn't schedule me for a virtual interview.

keep checking your email. They would reschedule you for that former application. Mine also delayed before rescheduling. I sent them messages thrice and they didn't reply but they still rescheduled me

I also had problem with network during my interview so I was rescheduled for another interview four days later. You'll definitely hear from them regarding the virtual interview.

you'll get paid for the 4 months and you're likely to get a permanent role after the 4 months based on your assessment during the four months

I’ve been doing this online tutoring job since November last year. My main job is to assist high school and college students in their course work, by providing well explained and non plagiarized answers to questions on various subject areas.
You get paid 0.7 USD for each high school question answered, and 0.9 USD for each college question answered.
