700k, wow!!. I must give it to you, you did try in being resilient. Please if I may ask, can one use the experience of remote work on his express entry profile?. For instance, working as a software tester or technical support engineer for tech companies but remotely.

Question? Pay once and redo eight times. Hmmm
A simple reply of "yes, you would pay for the 9 times" or No, you won't pay" would end the question... it's simple na
Some of you can't work as customer agent.

but why all these negative replies na.?
Why are some of you bitter here?
One can't ask a harmless question again?
Someone once told me you can take IELTS twice in a year when you pay once but I just wanted to be sure and all you could do is give this sadistic reply.

You clearly have not written IELTS before from your question.

yes, i haven't, is that an offence??. Why are you people always replying this way on this thread, one can't ask a simple question and not receive some tantrums in return. I asked a simple question because I want to learn. Reply politely.

Just got my August 22, 2020 BC IELTS result. I can gladly say I will be sitting in the pool conveniently after my 9th attempt.
L- 8.5
R- 9
W- 7
S- 7.5

CRS now at 478.

Wow, 9th attempt?, A big congrats to you, I love your persistence. Please, if I may ask, does it mean you paid 9 times for the IELTS, don't mind my question, I just want to be informed.

Hello Seniors/house,

I finally wrote IELTS for the 2nd time and had L: 8 R: 8 W: 8.5 S: 7.5. I have only my first degree, 4-year experience in reputable multinational companies, currently 28, and unmarried.

When I computed, my CRS came to 438..

What do you suggest I do from here? I heard about CIPM...will CIPM boost my score?

I appreciate all responses
your simulation is totally wrong, do it again, your CRS should be more than 445 with this IELTS and your 4 years work experience.

Javascript and Python

Javascript is the only programming language that gives python a run for it's money.. Most programmers don't see javascript as a very good language but why I find javascript so impressive is cos it is the language of web browsers so demand for it will remain high for the foreseeable future!
The disadvantage is it can only be used in Web development.

Python on the other hand is the fastest growing programming language in the world....It is very flexible .The only disadvantage I see in Python is you can't use it for front-end web development or front-end app development..

aside web development, please where can one apply knowledge of Python?

Java. I had no interest in web development so I didn't feel like taking the conventional route of html, css, js route for beginners. When I finally found the fields I was interested in, I eventually dropped it for Python.
so, I presume you're now Python programmer, if I may ask please, can you state where Python is verily applicable?
I'm very much interested in learning Python but I heard it's mostly used for data science but I yearn to know more of it's applications. I also heard Python is one of the easiest Programming language, how true please?

He did not say he made or earned that amount. He said he SAVED that amount in 4 months working as a security guard......after taking care of all his living expenses.

How much do you think a security guard can save in 4 months in Nigeria?? That is the difference.

you forgot he has more than one stream of income and he works overtime as well. Well, that's what you get when you're in a functional system, your hard work would reflect in your account unlike Nigeria.

What kind of economy is that 5.3 m naira less than 4 months and you are not a medical consultant.
bro you don't make comparisons that way. #5.3million naira isn't a big deal when converted to Canadian dollar, the state of the Nigeria economy is making you see the amount as huge Money. #5.3million can buy you a land in Nigeria but that same amount can't do same in Canada. It's quite relative. Don't get me wrong, I'm just trying to explain how the state of the nation is making us see normal things as huge.

Your calculation is definitely wrong. At 28, with Masters, 1 year experience and 8888 IELTS your CRS score should be 453.
To advise you,you can do one or more of the following;

1. Get a job and work for further 2 years
2.. Learn French and ace TEF
3. Get married to someone with Masters, 3 years work experience who can MAX IELTS
4. Apply and/or hope to get provincial nominations (uncertain)

There are several other options, like going through the study route, exploring other programmes etc.
All you need to do is research, research, research then develop an action plan and stick to it.
I'd advise you to start from page 1 of this thread and read up.
All the best!
thanks so very much for this concise input but if I may ask please, can I still go through the study route for another Master's degree in Canada (I learnt getting Master's admission is quicker and easier than pH.d and I don't mind having another Master's in the bag) or would it better I forge ahead for a Ph.d?

Good day everyone, please I need a candid advice. I'm 28 years old, a graduate of chemical engineering with a Master's degree in same discipline but zero experience so invariably, I'm an applicant. I simulated my EE scores with the CRS tool using IELTS of LRSW 8,8,8,8 and 1 year NYSC experience but I couldn't even Hit 432. Please what's the best way to boost my CRS scores.

PS: I'm single (Not married)

you lied bro, this isn't a third class. All Nigeria universities accept minimum of 2.2 for master's degree, the only thing that varies is the CGPA and I'm certain most schools aside OAU and UNILORIN accept minimum of 2.5. Don't dish wrong information next time. Even most UK universities accept 2.2 for MSC Degree

Corruption has blinded ur reason...... Work all u want in ur corrupt setting the only movement you will experience is reverse, stagnation is a kind bonus.

It take all the purposeful smart work to cover tangible ground. To stay relevant you must be ahead of competition... . your reasoning is soooo childish... to help u understand refer to the story of the tortoise
and the hare in race.

Lazy person like u
you're still a dummy bro because Finland is still one of the least corrupt countries in the world so how on earth could they be plunged into poverty like Nigeria. They have an almost perfect system that works so even working 4 days in a week will never plunge their economy into crisis like our depraved Nigeria. So, you see it's not a matter of working 10hours a day that makes you productive or hardworking.
