You wanna hear some lazy man investments?

Smiles... No...

First I started with affiliate marketing... I set it up while working full time. It took over a year to make $50.

The aim is to keep expenses to the barest minimum while working hard.

Once it started gaining traction. I veered off into blogging and started selling information products.

It wasn't hard to start earning $600 monthly.

I dived into Amazon kindle publishing...

End result was that within 6 months just clocking 25, I was there...

Then I already gain traction. Everything is now automated...

I still kept my 7 - 4 job.

The aim is to keep expenses very low. Do away liabilities like phones, shoes and new clothes and reinvest profit

I don't have any liquid assets, I love making my profits myself and saving the others.
bro I've missed you stories. Please kindly go back to the old days.. I could still remember "diary of a heart broken hustler"

I miss your stories man

I graduated with a 2.2,been trying to get a job all this while but I haven't been lucky. I decided to enroll for a masters programme but most universities accept 2.1 for a masters programme.i don't wanna do a p.gd programme .....
you are ill informed.. No federal university accepts just 2.1 for Masters.. I repeat all the federal universities in Njgeria accept minimum of 2.2 but what matters is the grade point..even the mighty UI accepts 2.2 for MSC.. It's only at Doctorate level that you must get a minimum of 3.5 CgPA

Unfortunately, I do not know about the open courses in universities in Canada as I never attended university in Canada. All my university education were from outside of Canada. The only Canadian qualification I have is my professional certification/registration with my profession regulatory body.
this is quite encouraging so with a Canadian professional certificate one is very good to go instead of enrolling for Canadian Msc since some of us have a Nigeria Msc already

@Adajiboyy, don't go to any African country if not for business, be it legal or illegal. My advice is that you try Dubai a for a year or two, then you can head to any country of your dream
the best advice i have seen so far. All those saying African countries it seems you guys don't know what most these Africa countries entails. South Africa for instance they hate Nigerians to the core

Adaji with your 2m dubai is sure.. Please don't go to any African country instead stay back in Nigeria and invest your money

A quick question

Having known that Canada rarely admits 2:2 grads for msc/MBA from the student visa thread n from those university's admission requirements page....

After Landing in Canny as a PR,can they consider taking a 2:2 grad of say 3.3cgpa for MSC/mba......cos I learnt the tuition will be paid as domestic student not international std...

Tanks for answering

do your findings well, we have schools that takes 2.2 for a masters program in Canada. It seems you are not well informed

The problem smartsketer might encounter is that he has a degree in a regulated profession. If he is looking to practice in the electrical/electronics industry, he would need to get his license to practice in Canada irrespective of whether he schooled in Nigeria or the United State. However, just as guys above detailed, a Canadian degree would likely carry more weight than an out of country degree. In my company, we even take that further by prefering a qualification from within the province than one from outside the province.
exactly you just hit the point like you knew me before. I actually have a 1st degree in Chemical Engineering and I'm almost done with my masters in Nigeria in the same course and I'm just considering my chances if i want to go to Canada because sincerely I've made up my mind to jet out of this naija

Well, i wont say no or yes, i think is more about if you can land an interview. What you can do is not to put the country you earned the degree in your resume then go to the interview and impress them, at that point i dont think they would really bother about your degree. But, do not lie about the country you obtained you degree if you are asked.
but mind me asking what's the difference in you not putting the country you earned the degree and they still end up asking you where you earned it. Please can you be more precise like does one stand a chance of an okay job with Nigeria 1st/2nd degree certificate in Canada

Don't know what you mean by heavily. However, you do not need to work crazy hours If you have say a bsc in electrical from Canada or the US, canada preferably, and you are lucky to get a job after grad. Your average starting wage would be around $35 an hour. As you rise through the rank and put in years of experience, it would go up to the of $43 to $46/hr, and when you start hiting a managerial position, it can go as high as $50 to $70/hour or more based on type of employer or where you work in the country.
please i stand to be corrected i heard blacks don't hold managerial posts in Canada irrespective of his/her qualifications

cheesy

They're just getting sense. If they've been killing them this way, the terrorists wouldn't have killed them in battalion. But all the same, where's our humanity? I'm not against killing terrorists but I'm solely against killing them in a brutal manner. They're humans too. They don't deserve to die this way. I can't believe that our army can kill a "less dangerous" militia this way all in the name of having a reprisal attack. Humanity comes first above any war.
are you okay at all talking about humanity. Have you seen the way these bastards slaughter human beings. Please na God i use beg you don't bring humanity here. These pigs deserve more painful death than this

grin grin grin

This is something about the person behind the moniker that makes me smile everything i read his posts grin

I am sure he doesn’t mean to offend anybody, he just has no filter lol.

Let me share my experience when DPR just started calling the first batch and everyone was anxious. A friend that went to HQ under the guise of collecting his APL so i gave him assignment to check for my name. (we are supposed to be in the same department).

********************************************
10 minutes later he called me back.

Charlyy: Samson, o boy i scanned through the list. our names no dey there.

Me: How many names dey for that department, you sure say you open eye check am well.

Charlyy: Guy, i checked that list in like 1 min. Close to 30 names and 80% of the names are names affiliated with Mr President’s region.

Me: Ahn ahn

Charlyy: Make i burst your head, only 3 names on that list resemble names of people from our side. The rest na Oga Presido people.
*********************************************

Every night before you go bed just make sure you clean your PVC wink

how do northerners stand a greater chance, pls educate me
let me just be brief with my experience. I once wrote NLNG scholarship exam i was told outrightly by a staff of NLNG that if i were to be a northerner it would have been easy for me because there cut off mark is lesser compared to other regions (which shouldn't be so)

This might not be the case in this dpr situation but i can boldly tell you that northerners stand a greater chance in getting any federal appointment. I believe you are a Nigeria you should get my point i'm not also saying other regions don't stand a chance but all I'm saying is that they "the northerners" are always ahead believe it or not

i never wanted to comment on your foolishness but this post caught my attention, all that you are and will ever be is a foolish bigot. hausa/fulanis, igbos, yorubas that performed exceptionally well in this recruitment but were denied their right are all being cheated in this recruitment, no ethnic group is being favoured ahead of the other, all it takes is for a strong stakeholder to stand for you and voila you are a dpr staff. all politicians care about is their own selfish intrest, they all sit down wine and dine together and share our common wealth yet you are here with your usual hate speeches. kwantinuu
lol you shouldn't have insulted his comment because in a way the dude is right. As a northerner you stand a greater chance with just little connection and i'm not also saying other regions don't stand a good chance but with a stronger connection
