It is unfortunate that , the government that claim to eradicate corruption from the country is in booted in to power with a stolen fund. various finding both locally and internally has shown part of the fund used to sponsor APC presidential campaign come from a questionable source. The kind of personalities that aid and abet the current administration during electioneering are undoubtedly corrupt individuals and undisputedly, their financial contribution are undoubted from dubious sources.
The personalities and parastatals heading the present government are active part of the alleged PDP 16 years of misrule, this individuals are undoubtedly corrupt and they must be probed and jailed if found guilty to shows that the anti-graft war is fair, non-selective and not anti-opposition or to atleast give hope to Nigerians that the deadly foe ( corruption) will be crushed.
This why the anti-corruption probe done by the economic and financial crime commission over alleged diversion of arms fund to fund PDP presidential campaign in 2015 general election and other selected issues is seen as selective and politically motivated.
The inability of the current government to address the above issue gave the impression that the anti-corruption war is not fought with one heart, and many sees it as a vendetta mission and attempt to silence the opposition.
The Buhari style of the anti-corruption fight and the rumors surrounding the APC campaign fund earned Nigeria the title “ fantastically corrupt ” , therefore this led me as a concerned Nigerians to look into the source of the APC alleged corrupt campaign funding; below are our finding read more
