Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholdergrin
Flashy or no flashy, what's paramount in a relationship is UNDERSTANDING and PATIENCEwink as younger generation do not have any of those two factors this dayskiss

I woke up to an e-mail from my bank this morning, notifying me of the Nationwide Implementation of Cashless Policy.

After going through the mail, and studying the charges imposed on daily cash deposits and withdrawals, I felt Not this time!

This doesn't look good. As a nation, we are quick to adopt and implement pro government policies but sluggishly slow in considering pro people polices.

I understand this rates do not apply on electronic bank transfers, but it is too harsh!

Who takes the percentage? What will it be used for?
They'll use it to pay our politiciansembarassed

You didn't give the reasons why the policy is bad.

What are you doing with so much cash on a daily basis?
Don't worry, you'll soon rephrase your question once it affects you huh

Please tell me how the change will come if we sell everything! Or do you think our leaders give a damn about what the masses says about them? If they really care about the masses interests then we won't be in the mess that we're in today. Annoyingly, acclaimed highly intellects are patronizing the sellers. What a country I leave inangry

I believe I am one of the few guys on Nairaland who has actually flown a plane in a real flight simulator( Motion simulator actually)

It is my love or will I say curiosity for Airplanes that made me to search for a real plane sim in Lagos here,....location is classified grin

Anyway, there are some flight sims that will teach you the basic skills you need to fly an airplane like the CESSNA 172 SP, a light aircraft with a single propeller engine in front.

My first download was the infinite flight, followed by Aero fly 2, then I downloaded XPLANE 9 and 10 before I got the ultimate of them all,.....Microsoft FSX. Boy! you don't need to go to an aviation school anymore wink

I have landed an Airbus A340-600, big bird I must say cool

So If we have Enthusiast like me in the house please let us meet smiley

I must say that a lot of these flight sims are not free, however, they are affordable;.....$4.99, $3.99,...etc from the app store or Google play store.
Bros abeg the bolder no clear me. You me to say you have landed a real plane or simulated plane?shocked

Seek scholarship from the Government but won't be easy though. A close friend who wanted to become a pilot applied for scholarship from the state government, part of the money was awarded to him. Seek funding... Don't give upsmiley

Stephanie failed, then they upgraded to use a more beautiful girl such as Daniell, that didn't achieve their sinister objective, then they attempt again with a queen ester, who is seeking the protection of El rufai who is a sworn enemy of Christian's and the gospel.
Hope someone wey get sense dey see wetin I dey see for this matter

Sore losers!!
Thunder fire all of them. The Apostle cannot come down, he has been called and set up by God, 1000 Stephanie or 1000 queen Esther and their satanic lies and allegations are TOO small to bring the Apostle down
Let the Apostle speak for himself cos you don't know what most Men of God do behind covers this days. I'm not judging and God does not forsake His people. He'll come out victorious with God by his side if truly he's not guilty.

Its not that easy brother. Frankly i would advice him to kill that dream of becoming a pilot. Except he has the money to burn, or he just wants to bear the name and not to earn from it. U would be amazed at the number of unemployed pilots in Nigeria. Speaking from experience...
Killing his dreams for becoming a pilot should be an exception for everyone luck shines differently. The fact I could not pursue my dream of becoming a pilot doesn't mean another person shouldn't smiley

How convenient for you to reside in your erosion-ravished enclave to type hogwash about Akwaibomites. You really want a fact-check? I dare you and Puremind1 to mention your states and let's do factual comparisons of who wallows on the lower stratum of penury.

Maybe I was wrong to assertively say they are the poorest, but based on what I have seen growing up I think things have not been so good in that state until recently.

I grew up in a suburb part of Rivers state, where most of the okada men are akwa ibom, house girls AKS, labourersAKS. They even have a camp somewhere called Mmowo camp where they live in makeshift mud houses in lands given to them by friendly communities.

I'm not hating on them for any reason. I have close friends from there so I'm just stating my what I've observed compared to other SS people I've come across.

I think the last governor did a lot in terms of infrastructure. Judging from where AKS are coming from it would take a very long time to catch up with other fairly developed states in Nigeria. What they really need is investment and Industries. I think if the seaport is finally open we may see geometric progress there.

Akwa Ibom people have always been the poorest in the SS. That status can't change over night
If you still think Akwa Ibom is the poorest state, please come to Cross River State where the majority of companies located in the state are Fast food restaurants/hotels. Lol grin

The most brain washed grade of youths in Africa are the ones we have here in Akwa Ibom. Instead of frowning at the looting going on in the state by the so called politicians they go around singing praises to them just to receive "crumbs" . The next generations will never forgive them.
The bold, doesn't matter anymore as no one give a damn about nemesis. You could take a bold step in making things rightsmiley. Change begins with you. NONE IS SAFE UNTIL ALL IS SAFE
