Best route will be the skilled visa route (189, 190 and/or 491).
Chances can only be determined by the occupation you want to nominate and your total points.
Which occupation do you want to nominate (read a few posts back, I posted the guide to check your occupation)
Improve your chances by having superior English test resut, take the NAATI translation exam if you speak/understand any of the two Nigerian languages currently recognised in Australia (Yoruba and Igbo), that can give you extra 5 points. Remaining single also give 10 points.
Thank you very much for your response.

Please which of this English test would you recommend. PTE academic or IELTS

Given this reason (change from Winter to Fall semester), you must get an updated I20 that has the new start date. You can't go with the old I20. The time gap between a Winter 24 start date and a Fall 24 start date is too long for it not to raise eyebrows at your interview. Ask the school to email you a new I20 if you think you won't get the snail mail I20 before your interview. An electronic copy of your updated I20 will suffice at your interview.
Thank you the updated one has been emailed to me.

Please does my sponsor need to sign the document?

Is your program start date for Fall, 2024? What date is on the I-20 you currently have?
Fall 24 is the new start date. Winter 24 is old start that.

Thank you for your response
TravelRe: General USA Student Visa Enquiries-part 17 by SMBH: 8:15am On Feb 08, 2024
JohnZak:
It depends on the interval between the previous start date and the new start date. A few days is not a problem, however, anything longer (such as a semester difference) may result in unnecessary questioning at your interview because the school's updated start date in the SEVIS system will appear to the Consular Officer and this date will not comport with the date on the old I20. The record of the change will also show in the SEVIS system that the CO has access to.

What is the reason for the change in the start date? Programs are unlikely to abruptly change their start date without a valid reason. Typically, date changes are initiated by the student. I requested a change in date of a few days when I initially gained admission because of my NYSC passing out parade. My case was slightly different though because at this time I had already obtained my visa. I was concerned with CBP at the POE because I would have entered the US after the program start date on my old I20.

You can circumvent this delay by asking your school to send the updated I20 to you electronically. This is way faster than asking them to mail it to you. They will gladly email it you at no cost.
the reason was because I couldn't join the winter semester.

Thank you for your detailed response

Good morning.

Please I requested for an updated i20 to reflect my program start date but I am yet to get the document. I'd like to ask these two questions
1. Can I use the old i20 for the Interview
2. If not, what is the minimum amount of days before appointment to reschedule.
Can anyone help please

If you've submitted your DS-160 and do not have any changes to make on the submitted form, then you are good. You do not need to fill another one.
Thanks

If that's the case, have we stopped gas flaring. If it's a more feasible source then we ought to harness it to the fullest. In my lay man knowledge,. It would be cheaper to use and maintain an all year supply compared to hydro
The issue is not the gas but inadequate means and the infrastructure required to deliver the gas to the stations they are needed.

One word answer: "Yes"
Empathetic answer: "It depends (on how the family member is featured in the non-immigrant visa application)."

Purpose
"Why this program (computer science) at this institution?"
"Why the US?"

Financing
"Why is that family member sponsoring the applicant?"
"Does the sponsor actually have the capacity to shoulder such financial burden?"

"What is/are the benefit(s) (think dollars and/or naira) of the proposed sponsorship to the sponsor?"

Home-tie
"Why would the visa applicant return to the home-country upon completion of study in the US?"
Thank you for your prompt response

I'm perplexed as to why we would claim to be using hydro electricity but now depend on gas plants to actually drive the pRocess. We obviously need alternative energy sources and slowly phase out this hydro bull shit that has been gulping trillions yearly without desired output. It simply is not our solution
Nigerian doesn't reply on a single source of electricity generation. Gas powered generation has surpassed hydro electricity

This is just the beginning of our failure as citizens. We have embolden our leaders that it is normal to steal, it is normal to rig election, it is normal to embezzle state funds.

Why are Nigerians complaining? Why are they crying like raccoons? Is this not what they voted for?

Are you expecting progress from a druggie and a certificate forger? Or a chief of staff who is a convicted thief? Or election riggers?

Come on, I thought Nigerians are smart.

The sooner you start looking for how to mobilize 25% of Nigerians and replicate Sri Lanka, the better for you.

We would know when you’re ready but for now, enjoy the suffering and insecurity.
We really don't know what we want. Our leaders know this and use this against us

Hello everyone

I got a conditional admission to study computer science. The condition is that I have to go through a graduate pathway course. My sponsor is a family member in the US (a citizen). My appointment is less than a month. Graduated in 2019.

Please what are my chances of securing a visa. Is having a family member in the US a disadvantage?
Thank you

Are you saying sex is one of em essential tools needed to BUILD a relationship?
No. having relationships (sexual) with the opposite sex is the tool needed. This many not be the case for everyone though

What you tryna say?

Good to wait or not?
Its noble to wait but if you do, and you also refrain from any form of relationship with the opposite sex, you will certainly lack the experience needed to build a relationship.

i think its more like a dilemma but i chose the other option over this wedding night thing. You need experience

Those bitches aren't loyal bro. I used to have some girl that I really liked. She had this "i am available vibe" she goes on dates without my knowledge, she visits guys and always claims nothing happened. Men!, had to ghost her but honestly, I hate the fact i had to do that. It hasn't been easy for me to move on but the step i took was the best for me.

So, My N!gga, don't ever forgive a cheating GF, they do not worth the stress.

The problem here is, they get good weapons today, tomorrow they become the bandits themselves.

The Economy is biting, a man that you feel is upright today may abandon morals and ethics tomorrow just to provide food for himself and his family. Like the popular saying "You no fit dey river make soap enter your eyes"

Create jobs, stabilize the economy and give Nigerians a sense of belonging. All these crimes would drastically reduce.
