Meanwhile the governor has banned the sales of good outside the state and if any trailer is caught with food items transporting it outside, it should be confiscated and shared to the poor masses
really ? up to that level of desperation ? due to frequent killing of farmers and kidnappings of vulnerable citizens, they don't even have much cultivated foodstuffs to consume, talkless of selling it out .
tinubu should tackle this vexed issue of national insecurities and there will be no more famine in Nigeria, i don't know why APC government is not giving the fight against terror and terror organizations, the needed seriousness and utmost urgency it deserves.
it's been only farming occupation that had been helping Nigerians against various bad policies of the previous administrations, unfortunately the ugly incidents of kidnappings and the activities of deadly Fulani -herdsmen against farmers across the nation, have closed that breathing space, now Nigerians are suffocating.

This is a wake up call for the opposition to fulfill their noble role of effective opposition that can checkmate the excesses of this insensitive APC government in power, because am yet to see any opposition organizing any protests against this APC government, unlike the way APC organized effective opposition political protests against Gej' s PDP government, that was 100% more better than them in terms of good policy formulations.
APC government is only good at stagnating and destroying Nigeria and Nigerians.

You see why I said Igbos should not join and do any protest, they are just waiting to throw the blame on Igbos....
exactly, but thank God, igbos are now learning to be docile like majority of Nigeria citizens, if other Nigerians can survive the hardships, igbos can also survive the hardships, why propping ourselves up as a shooting targets for the practice of the government security agents, that love to shoot the so-called ipob igbos.

You can imagine tbe surprise ! to discover only one state can pay it workers from these so called region of billionaires, odiegwu undecided

we all can be petite
you are not getting my points , and you are totally wrong.
The number of Nigeria citizens that depends on Nigeria FG and states governments for their sustainance is very minimal when compared to the larger society.
Nobody is immune to the negative consequences of an irresponsible and clueless government as presently obtainable in Nigeria, because even the political class and the so-called nouveau riche of the society, that think they are protected from the ills of misrule are actually living in delusion.
allow the citizens to hold their leaders accountable, instead of dissipating your energy in defense of failed leadership.

but Enugu made the list, tribalism blinded your eyes.
how many Nigeria citizens even depends on the wretched salaries of the Nigeria governments ?
#30.000 monthly minimum wage that cannot even take a good care of a normal living dog monthly.
Every year we hear budgets of trillions, billions, but how many citizens of Nigeria masses benefits from the yearly ritual ?
We only need a conducive environment to do our businesses, we don't depends on government to fight any hunger because the Nigeria governments only serve the interest of the political class alone.
it's amazing how the same suffering Nigeria masses are fighting for the defense of their heartless oppressors.

Hilarious, considering Lagos, Ogun, Osun and Kwara are amongst the states listed as being able to pay their workers, while not a single state from your region is. Who exactly is "ebi" supposed to "pa" again?
the way you guys reason is sometimes embarrassing, never expected from an adults, who ought to know the awkward system obtainable in Nigeria .
Okay, how many citizens are under the employment of your Nigeria and states governments ?
This your clueless government must provide enabling environment for the private citizens to engage in profitable private enterprises, by tackling these twin problems of insurgency and national insecurities, else no part of this nation will be free from hunger.
Industries are folding up, farmers are getting killed across the nation, yet some Nigerians still believe that , things are okay , just dey play, infact the real hunger is still doing press-up for Nigerians.

The worse civilian government is better than the best military government

Military government is synonymous with dictatorship
a bad leadership is simply a bad leadership, either military or civilian , makes no difference.
this quote of the worst civilian government better than the best military government is just a deception from the western powers that's benefiting from the misrule of civilian governments in Africa and developing countries.
at this point in time in Nigeria, when everything seems to be going out of control under a clueless civilian government, a benevolent military dictator, that is patriotic, is not a bad idea for a nation at crossroads.

lol . even beating can never reset the brain of some people, because they are wired to be dumb while claiming to be smart.
but government policies in Nigeria is actually fighting against organizations like amotekun, while the criminals and terrorists are the main beneficiaries of these ill - advised policies.
i wouldn't be surprised if this government reject this kind offer from this patriotic citizen, all in the name of political niceties.
political will to do the right thing is the major set-back in the fight against corruption and terrorism in Nigeria.

most of you are so naive to reality and dont brain storm on issues. keep being deluded, ive spent over 9years on this forum and ive never hidden my identity as an Abuja indigene, a gbagyi man for that matter. but unlike you, im not so deluded to what i see on media neither am i carried away by the likes generated.
the issues in jos is a religious conflict where none of both religion is innocent. ask yourselfwhy only in jos? kaduna has longed moved on.
Kaduna has long moved on according to your delusional mind.
the truth is that if the north treat the middle belt like brothers, no body can really separate them from accepting the northerners as their brothers.
Politics › Re: Open Letter To The People Of Plateu State. by smileyoo: 5:10pm On Feb 02, 2024
Op, this your thread is simply a trash and ought to be directed to the core northerners advising them to treat their middle-belt fellows like real brothers, instead of always killing them like enemies, with any slightest provocation, yet you still expect them to regard you as a brother, while you keep killing them like an enemy.
preach peace to your people, nobody is actually dividing the North, but the northerners themselves.

Story, story. Keep consoling yourselves with Obi this, Obi that, instead of tasking your emilokan government to value Nigerian lives more than they value politics and looting of resources.
now that obi had not won the election, are you not like as if you are all in a war zone, fighting unending wars of insecurities ravaging the nation ?
better urge your government to be responsible to its avowed duty of protecting lives and properties of Nigerians, instead of living in your own pessimistic Dreamland of Obi nightmares

Our youths are cowards. Only to fight online war they know. If it were in south Africa all this nonsense is happening, the youth for don revolt impeach the impeachables.

Oya make we fold our hands dey look now.
our youths are not cowards, but Nigeria is a complicated nation, where the citizens brazenly do the wrong things and support evil leadership, based on tribal and religious affiliations, basically there is no unity of purpose , unlike south Africa you just mentioned.
have you people forgotten the end SARS crisis, when the youths fought against the evil system, especially the police brutality,
many youths lost their lives, without actualization of any positive development, instead the Nigeria state denied the death of any youth at toll gate, while Nigerians supported the false narratives of the government of the day.
i will not encourage any youth to embark on any meaningless protest that wouldn't achieve any positive change.
keep voting for incompetent politicians while expecting the youths to be sacrificing their lives to right the wrongs.

Nigeria is a big jungle indeed.
whatever you are doing, wherever you may be in this country, just endeavor not to be poor, endeavor not to be sick, endeavor to be helpful to your family and the people around your life, because this is the reason, it makes sense to adhere to this timely advice.
this is a nation where the government does not see it, as having any responsibility to the welfare of the citizens.
if possible, plan your life as if you have no government to look up to , for anything.
this is so pathetic, imagine such human sufferings in this modern era.

Mossad doings.

I love them and hope they can be deployed to Nigeria for kidnappers
I wish wike can muster the courage to invite the anti-terrorists crack team from the state of Israel to come over to Abuja, to fish out these useless and heartless terrorists, bandits, kidnappers, e.t.c. making life hellish in Abuja. before they will go back to Israel, they must train a team of Nigerians on how to sustain the fight against terror and criminals, hence this tinubu government have decided to adopt the Oga Bubu's style of be on top and do nothing, but experts in useless emotional condolence messages to victims of terrorists in Nigeria.
Can wike set the pace of defending Nigerians, for other governors to emulate ?

during the Oga Bubu's government of ineptitude and corruption, we were telling Nigerians that though PDP government was corrupt, but Oga Bubu's APC government has proven to be a million times more corrupt than the PDP, their paid pen warriors were busy calling us wailing wailers.
Oga Bubu's APC government was the most corrupt regime in Nigeria so far.
Am not expecting emilokan government to be better than the former fake corruption fighter.
Nigerians are not yet ready for accountable governance, else these looting class of leaders deserve death penalty, to sanitize the rotten system.
