Politics27 Times The Commander-in-chief(u.s) Visited Combat Zone. by Smithwesson7(op):
Sometimes its really painful when leaders of thoughts and elders try to twist words to defend the indefensible.
This is a response to Tony Momoh's position that General Buhari is not neccesitated to visit Nigerian troops in combat zones. He posited that the president can monitor the troops from anywhere he so pleases.

I will say you stick to your LG, I used LG automatic 5Kg for 5 yrs and no major issues that couldn't be sorted by the service guy. Eventually when my family became large I had to switch to another LG automatic 8kg which I'm still using.
So stick to what you know maybe you will continue to be fortunate ( as per washing machine). May your fortune never be like my neighbor who has used 4 washing machins ( LG inclusive) within the space of 5 yrs.
Thanks for the advice bro. Much appreciated. Your neighbor and his family must be the rough type.
Let me still look out for more info before i decide

I'll advise you save up more and buy a LG automatic machine.
Since you want to spend on comfort, go all the way to the best.
Never buy used products though
Thanks for the advice. Never gonna do fairly used though but i prefer manual. Its more reliable

The fuel economy is ok.
The parts are also available since Tilda and Versa use the same parts. Tilda is recognized better than Versa.

It's not rugged
Thanks bro.
I did some research on reviews from foreign users and there were some tales of failed transmission/engine problems.
Also the some complained of dropping fuel performance.
I knda like the car but reviews are not encouraging

Proverb 7:6-27.
6For at the window of my house I looked through my casement,
7And beheld among the simple ones, I discerned among the youths, a young man void of understanding,
8Passing through the street near her corner; and he went the way to her house,
9In the twilight, in the evening, in the black and dark night:
10And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart.
11(She is loud and stubborn; her feet abide not in her house:
12Now is she without, now in the streets, and lieth in wait at every corner.)
13So she caught him, and kissed him, and with an impudent face said unto him,
14I have peace offerings with me; this day have I payed my vows.
15Therefore came I forth to meet thee, diligently to seek thy face, and I have found thee.
16I have decked my bed with coverings of tapestry, with carved works, with fine linen of Egypt.
17I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon.
18Come, let us take our fill of love until the morning: let us solace ourselves with loves.
19For the goodman is not at home, he is gone a long journey:
20He hath taken a bag of money with him, and will come home at the day appointed.
21With her much fair speech she caused him to yield, with the flattering of her lips she forced him.
22He goeth after her straightway, as an ox goeth to the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks;
23Till a dart strike through his liver; as a bird hasteth to the snare, and knoweth not that it is for his life.
24Hearken unto me now therefore, O ye children, and attend to the words of my mouth.
25Let not thine heart decline to her ways, go not astray in her paths.
26For she hath cast down many wounded: yea, many strong men have been slain by her.
27Her house is the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death.

Jesus's death does not absolve us of future sin. It is not a case of once saved, always saved.
Work out your salvation with fear and trembling.

I can sense you are in a dilemma. Pray for grace because i also perceive you are a good soul

I have no idea, but of concern to me is,...why will they pay commision for a job done this month end of next month, it is a way of enslaving staff to make them stay or make those that wants to leave loose their commisions....which to me...is really really bad..
That's how commission jobs roll. Every activity for that month till the last day of that month is reviewed and after calculation your pay comes in next month.
If dey decide to pay same months then they may likely be unable to review the performances done in the last days of the month. Hope you get the drift

Truth is this...if your cousin has a job currently, he should think well before resigniing...
if he does not....he should accept it...at least their pay is consistent....
I wanted to use it as side hustle but it is too time demanding for me
Cheers

Modified...I was told their payday is 25th,, obviously,,,i was wrong
My concern is job security. With the way they are sacking right left and center, i wonder how long one can really last in such an atmosphere.

Secondly, will they pay that amount that is been bandied around for a regional manager?

Same here, they will never issue you an employment letter, we started as BDM, from 120 candidates to 50, after series of test, interviews and all that, all my set on the island, Lekki precisely, everybody ran away, when you heard how much they are paying, you will even quit your current job and apply.
I discussed with the first set(BD) the real thing is if you fail to be captured any day at work, your salary will be deducted, if you do not meet your target the next 3 days, you will be issued a warning letter, after then 'sack' letter, they sack like they don't care, then the painful part, your commission of the current month you work will be paid the end of the next month, so should in case you ran away you must always leave you commission (commission is bigger than salary) and getting the commission is not easy....they are Chinese..
If you know you know..
You knew what am not discouraging any one, tell you brother to give it a try..
Thanks bro. We will pass on this one. grin

I got the job as a regional manager too this week.. But did not follow through or accept the job... Due to some reasons..

No 1...after the interview, we (newly employed regional managers)were asked to recruit business development officers on Monday this week.. I did not buy into that idea cos.. I can't start any job without seeing the offer letter...

No 2..we were employed as RM.. But told to work this month as BDM and our performance for the rest of this month will determine if we will be upgraded to the RM we were originally employed as.... Not a good arrangement for me..

No 3...nothing else... grin Though.., from grapevine info .. I heard their pay is good.. And they pay promptly on 25th..

In conclusion... The job is real... The company has great visions which will take over Nigerian fintech and compete with uber.... But the recruitment process I witnessed was not below par... Give or take.. Opay.. Oride... And O everything will be a household name in 6 months.. Cos their tech is cool
Thank you captainking for your wonderful and incisive comment. I appreciate it.
Will tell my cousin not to go ahead. Without an offer letter, it is risky to pick up any appointment.

An organization that sacks arbitrarily is a No no for me.
And owned by the Chinese? Nah! We will pass.

Thanks bro
