Sometimes i feel men dont have anyone fighting for them. Yea we know both the dead man and the girl were wrong going into a relationship without verifying thoroughly each others' identities and given that the man was married.
But just imagine if the reverse was the case in this issue, you would have being seeing some women liberation bodies everywhere making trouble. If they kill a man in that situation its the man's fault but if its a woman, men are mean.

There is really no set answer because all Nigerian men are not the same. You will get the good and the bad so I don't want to generalise and say they are all x, y, z


However i will mention a few characteristics that I feel is a bit more common. They are very persistent in what they want, religious, confident and kinda loud.

We all know that the JOINT ADMISSIONS AND MATRICULATION BOARD (JAMB) have gone fully into Computer base testing, its a nice capital intensive project.I want to erect one in Aba Abia state. I will welcome project proposal from any good contractor/Network Engineer against 2016 Examinations. The project should be concluded before the First Quarter of next yr.for approval. The following are the requirements
1. 200 desktop computer ie the computers will be networked to a central server.
2. A good server that can comfortably grant fast internet service with no Network problems
3. Soundproof generator with good voltage capacity that will serve for the entire hall
4. 5 Split AC unit.
5. Furniture ie the tables and chair roll wise 2*5*20
6. Electrical installation ie lighten point for proper Elumination

This dude am talking about is a very close friend of mine. She has been courting this girl for over six months and he's madly in love with her. The problem ensued between them when he asked the girl hand in marriage.
But the girl only accepted on one condition, and that is, if his mother died, that's when she is going to accept the proposal because mother in-laws tend to create problem in marriage (according to her).

If this is not what your so call friend is contemplating, there wouldnt have been any need to come here and ask, because you and your friend know that your friend musnt forget that wife can go mother can not, besides without his mum carrying him for 9 months and suffering for him all through to that stage even the lady wouldnt have seen him to get married to. What about asking her if she is also willing to loose her mum so both of you just enjoy the marriage without any interference from any side? If she says yes, then first find out if she is not an adopted child before anything further can be done. In life, there is always an unforgettable moments or events. What made them unforgettable may be pleasant, horrible, disgusting, shameful, embarrassing, insulting etc.
My unforgettable moment here can be unforgettable like couples wedding day, graduation day, the first day of making love, the moment your first child was born and so on. Even though I've had some memorable moments, this one was exceptional. Some years ago, I was helping my daughter to do her home work, she pointed at bicycle, Aeroplane, car, bus in the book and ask if I have traveled with them, I said yes. At the next page, we saw Train, she asked me the same question, I said No. She fired back, "at your age", without knowing the embarrassment she has inflicted on me. That embarrassment was wiped out on Tuesday 30th of December 2014 when I decided to travel to my village for new year celebration on TRAIN. The portharcourt /Aba /Umuahia /Enugu bound train was scheduled to move by 7am, by 6.30am I was already in the station. I bought portharcourt /Umuahia first class ticket for N450 (second class N300). A journey that would have cost me over N2,000 (including my load ) in a usual stuffy buses plying the same route. When I enter the train, I saw hope for Nigeria. It was fully air conditioned, the environment was nice. Enough leg room, personal table, phone charging point etc, canteen etc.
On reaching Aba, another unforgettable thing happened. A beautiful girl who simply called herself REMI pounced on me with a hug and kiss. She apologized for spying my phone to discover my nairaland handle while I was in the Train's canteen. Though she confessed that we disagree a lot in nairaland, she still described me as a SUPER STAR Nairalander. While I was wishing her lovely warm hug, which has helped me in no small way to cushion the chilling effects of the air conditioning to last forever, she broke the bad news that she's stopping at Aba to buy clothes for her mother's boutique. Chaiii.

On reaching Umuahia, I prayed God to fill Jonathan’s mouth with laughter of triumph in the year 2015.

I have joined train only once from enugu to aba years ago. Tho it was locomotive sha , but i believe these ones are better. GEJ tried anyway

There is freedom of speech but hey take note all over the world no freedom is absolute. There are some things you will say even with that freedom even in america, the law enforcement agents will either stop you or get you arrested. Freedom of speech does not come to be abused but to be used correctly. Its not only in Nigeria dear. Out of abundance of the heart , the mouth speaks. That is common wisdom.

To some extent i will say you have a point, but then do not forget that it was during military era where the military laws may have recognition for his second in command been idiagbon, meanwhile right now we are talking about a democratic system where the constitution has no much regard for the office of the vice president of the country making him to be at the mercy of his boss. Part of the reasons the presidential candidate is the one with the authority to choose his running mate before the election. I stand to be corrected tho.
