I noticed some scratches and sore around my dogs scrotum the morning I was bathing him, and two days later the scrotum has become so big, the Vet doctor had him check and administered some shots, but no improvement 2 days after, she had to cut around the scrotum to release the fluid from the scrotum after which she dressed the cuts but this morning it seems to have gotten even worse.

Please doctors in the house and petlanders, how do I go about this, the doctor is already suggesting Neutering/Orchidectomy.

Are you trying to compare education with illiteracy? One educated fellow is worth more than 1m illiterates. Why do you think northern politicians keep holding sway among their people? It's not a matter of number oo.

Do you agree you are even more learned that most of those in power but have remained where you are because you have been unable to unleash your full potentials? think about it

1million illiterates are potential 1million educated fellows. I want to believe you're well read to comprehend.

Maybe you are the only Igbo man in ndokwa. the rest are not.

The rest may choose to identify with whoever they care to but the truth is Hausa/Fulani and the Yorubas who created the division knows who they are and will always treat them as Igbos except only when they want to manipulate and use them against their kin.
Culture / Re: Ise! Does Every Group In The Igboid Language Group Use It. by snnazzy24(m): 3:18am On Aug 23, 2020
Good morning to you all, first I'd like to share my own opinion on the OP question.. The Igbo tribe is uniquely diverse in spoken language/Dialect, I consider myself an Igbo from Delta State, Ndokwa/Ukwani to be precise and we use the word "Isee" as an affirmation to a Prayer or Blessing. I want to believe Isee is used by a vast majority of the Igbo tribe and of any Igbo related tribe in any part of the country, although some clan still maintain and have their own word of affirmation in their dialect like "kpooh" as someone mentioned.

@Idennaa.... it doesn't matter what state or clan of the Igbo tribe you come from, the most important thing is the fact that you're an Igbo, it's saddening that you on different occasion said Anambra and Imo are not one, translating to mean two Igbo clans are not one just because you wanted to defend your clan, I thought to myself if you could say such of two Igbo clans just because they have been political grouped differently in two core Igbo state, what then would you say about the Igbo clans in Delta, Rivers, Cross River, it could only mean you don't consider them igbos at all. Trust me this and many other, is the reason why most Igbo clans who finds themselves grouped in a non core Igbo state is finding it hard identifying themselves as Igbos... This is a divide, rule and conquer policy by those who never meant well for the Igbo tribe, imagine the strength of all Igbo tribe United in one voices no matter what state you find yourself. Truly you need to look at the bigger picture just as yujin adviced.
Don't make yourself feel like a stranger amongst your Brethren. Every time I travel around any Eastern state, there's this confidence of being among fellow brothers that comes first before being weary of the poor condition of the country at large.

@Yujin... Kudos... You have spoken well.. I really appreciate your comments.

It's really an interesting thread catching up from the first, but I don't think it's a good idea trying to make a clan superior to the other in this present time.. there's a reason why it's called history, it doesn't make it 100% accurate. Remember a lie undiscovered becomes the truth and after a long time becomes history.
we can argue reasonably to learn without throwing jabs and uppercuts.

Family / Re: Seeing Dead Aunty In My Dreams Repeatedly. I Need Any Solutions Please by snnazzy24(m): 10:28pm On May 27, 2020
This is a clear reason why they say the heart of man is dangerously wicked, you mentioned yourself these people never treated you badly, your only grudge against them was because they failed to enroll you for Waec, you don't know how much they sacrificed to take you, love and care for you while you stayed with them, you don't know their agreement with your mom before accepting to take you in, you have no idea if both couple agreed to take care for you to that level before giving you back, You can be travelling the world, living a near luxurious life but sincerely you're nothing, that is the reason why your spirit is troubled. you weren't motivated to hustle to be a good man, to be a testimony to many nor to extend a hand of love to those who need them but rather to compete with your uncle's family, I was sure about this the moment you compared your school to theirs.
when you said family memebers started asking questions if they did anything wrong, I know you've once in you mind bore a thought of whether your uncle used your destiny while you stayed with them hence the reason for their illness.
Honestly you won't stop seeing her if you don't apologize deeply in heart for the negative thoughts you have in mind. You can say you don't have any but reading through your story I can only but perceive bitterness and anger towards a cheerful family.
Maybe no one told you this but Truly you're responsible for her death and evil misfortune against them. You're mindset is exactly what is killing this family.
Bro... you need to free them from your shackles of bondage.
They are the bedrock of your successful today but sadly you're the foundation of their downfall...
Have you ever for once imagined where this family would be today if they had not took you in ... or what your life would be without them.
Why didn't the uncle who eventually paid for the waec not take you from the start.. another lesson for you to learn that on your ladder to success, you will need help from different people at different times.
You don't have to travel to any place to sought for answers... Just a feeling of gratitude and sincere restitution will fix all this.

Only 3 or 4 days hunger and you want to kill yourself, People have gone through worse but never thought of suicide, you can go ahead and kill yourself but trust me you wouldn't be missed for too long cause you chose the easy way out.. Some persons who are willing to help will be disappointed coz instead of seeing potentials and zeal in a young man like you, all you portray is nothing but failure. I'm not going to call you a scammer but rather a failure.

P.S. Before killing yourself, remember to tell your siblings to come on Nairaland with a proof you actually committed suicide, I am willing to pay for a casket/coffin for your burial. it will be less stress and a relieve for them spending too much at the moment, especially now that the world is going through a difficult time.

if truly you were of any importance to yourself, family and to the society at large, you wouldn't think of Dying, talk more of killing yourself.

Young man be guided and be wise.
Family / Re: Why Are Village People So Wicked? by snnazzy24(m): 12:56pm On Jan 28, 2020
It beats my imagination how people can easily attribute their misfortune to the innocent people living out their lives in the village, the urban and developed cities you claim to enjoy peace of mind are people's village, for the fact that development is yet to reach your village doesn't make them evil or want to kill you, they have rich and wealthy men who resides and dwells in the village.
I think most of our parents are to blame for this mentality but I expect that when one comes of age, he has the ability to think for himself and find out the truth, growing up in the city of Lagos with my mom, we weren't allowed to go to the village except when we visit Dad in PH where he works and from there we might get a chance to visit my village in Delta State, I had wonderful memories and made friends, I connected with relatives both distant and direct relatives, I knew immediately my mom was selling something different to us about going to the village.
I broke away from such thoughts when I got admitted to Delsu and spent almost, if not all my holidays in the village, learning to do the minor and tideous things I failed to learn in the city, as a matter of fact I started being proud of my village and choose to stay back after school until I relocated to warri in pursuit of greener pastures but I never miss going home every 2/3 months, I even got wedded in my village amongst my people, I felt at home and at peace with my inner self every time I go visiting, after my wedding, my siblings now come home often during the festive period, even my 5month old baby was home this December to enjoy the love and serene environment of her root. There are most people in the village who live far better than those of us in the city with such timid and backward way of thinking.
sometimes karma catch up with us and we tend to blame the innocents for it.
Trust me those people are too busy to start thinking of killing their own unless maybe you have stepped on toes of an evil person, remember we also have such people in the urban cities.
Even if I was living in the US or Australia.. I will always remember to come home to my people.
NB... I'm from Ashaka for the records.

Bro calm down, I have never in anyway insulted you but if you perceived my comment as an insult, then I'm sorry for that
I stand to be corrected if I'm wrong as well, as I never read in the post where op was complaining about cost inefficiency towards maintenance of pet; my bad I'd say.
Happy Sunday y'all

Happy Tuesday to you.. about the cost, I think the OP mentioned it when he said "but cause of cost" hence the reason for my suggestion to adopt one. I'm sorry if I sounded harsh to you in my reply. Best wishes.

P.S.... OP give us update about the pups and hope you already figured out a way to vaccinate the pups, we hope to see some nice pics of how they're growing.

He has the dhlpp breed and is based in warri, yes his uncle got loads of em but you need license to buy the breed.
Bro na wa for you sha, some1 is looking for where to purchase vet drugs and you are here displaying the highest level of ignorance; why not ask a question if you don't understand something

I think you should first learn your manners and how to talk to strangers before coming online to talk trash, Nairaland being a faceless forum doesn't give you the right to be insultive.
I offered to adopt a puppy because the OP mentioned COST as one of the reason why they want to try out home vaccination, someone already replied they can only get the DHLPP vaccine with a vet licence which I doubt neither the OP nor his Uncle got one. so offering to adopt a puppy is helping to reduce the cost just so they can afford to take other puppies for vaccination.

You're the one who needs to ask questions if you don't understand a thing or two.

I'm still finding it hard to believe that a lady, I mean a Nigerian lady can be as nice as you were towards him, his only true words is when he said you're a rare GEM.. indeed it's what you are. keep being good but I'd advice you have limits coz most humans are terrible.
I'm sure he must have realized his mistakes by now and hopefully learnt a thing or two from it. He didn't just loose a true friend in you but also blocked other peoples chances of having such a wonderful friend.

I see potential future players from this Australian side in the likes of Peupion, Watts, Teague and Hammond, you can see these are natural team players from their touches, creativity and moves unlike the Nigerians who are playing selfishly with team understanding a penalty is sure for this Australians b4 the game ends.

Promising and Honorable mentions includes
Botic & Idrus of Australia and the Nigeria Goalie Oluwabusola

Why are you trying to be stingy with the truth?
if we are to go with your standards then we shouldn't be critical about our bad politicians and leaders but rather cheer them up to support and encourage them even when we see they're not doing enough.

if you're matching against animal cruelty because you own dogs, cats, snakes and birds as pet and support the killing of Chickens, Rams, Cows or Fish for events and ceremonies then you're nothing but a hypocrite. Animal right is and should be extended to all animals including the wild and domesticated animals.
