NIGERIA AND INDIA are known to be the most fraudulent country when its come to immigration issue cos both country dont have records about their citizen so they are known with false document . i will advice not to lie , since ur marriage is real , they can never refuse ur visa its can only be delay for a while if the Embassy smile foul play . but once you and ur hubby are able to prove them wrong , they will surely give you the visa with apology. i Raise my case

If you are applying for immigrant visa , you dont need to lie about what you do because the USCIS is dealing with ur husband not you .dont matter how much you make , better still just put if on the form that you are apprentices.. your husband is the one filling for you so he will surely show the homeland security is capable of taken care of you when you get to the state ,so the affidavit of support is what ur husband need to file out with the case , and if your husband dont meet the income required his family member can assist with his or her own too . so once you do the right thing to do you will surely get the visa

get married to ur US spouse and file for immigrant visa , its may take a while but is the best because 1-129f expire while 1-130 dont expire . so once you get married with ur spouse you can file both case with a single fee . if they refused ur 1-129 you will have the 1-130 to fall back on

Both Fiance and spouse visa take the same process , Fiance application expire while the spouse dont unless if the Yankee citizen call the homeland security say he or she want to close the case , its possible for the embassy to revoke the case and hold it till its expire so you can start all over again and spend another money and long term wait , so i will advice ur friend to get married so the petitional can file for fiance and immediate relative , with that you are paying the same fee for the two file and their is possibilities the home office will approve the I-129F before the I-130 , so if the embassy revoke the I-129F that can expire. you still have another chance which is I-130 that dont expire , so the choice is for both the husband and wife to choice or better still seek advice from Immigration lawyer
