Yes its going to affect ur application if you are ask to show ur marriage cert , i will advice you to go back to the registry to make the correction ,

@souleymon. by the grace of God have been in the state since last year march . i reguest for interview date change and my reguest was granted .

why do you need to wait for the whole year before you will be get marry to ur partner , i had my wedding 4days after my wife arrive to nigeria. so if you want to go ahead with the two weeks plans is ok put make sure you take alot of picture and get alot of evidence to prove ur marriage is not fraud . they can only delay your case at the embassy they cant denied you . just do it wish ever way you want to do it and try to sick more advice from who has done it before. best of luck

Nigerian embassy is not after how much you have in ur account my brother , all they want is the application fee cos i could remember when i send the document to my wife to get her visa i only have 80k in my account. and she drive to the Nigerian Embassy in Atlanta Georgia and she get her visa same day since she can pay for express fee .

You can get this clearance between 5k to 6k at a most and its only take you couple of hours to get this done. i wonder why ur sis tell you is going to cost 30k .

all you need to send to her is invitation letter, ur data page of ur PP and ur statement of acc cos you are the one inviting her , she dont need to show her statement of acc to get the visa all she need to do is fill the form correctly . If the embassy is not far from her she can drive their and get her visa same day . feel free to ask more question if you can not clear with this infor

Its quiet shameful that nigeria is getting worse everyday by day . i see no reason why dose people always give money to this custom officers cos i believe if people start to let them know what they are asking for is not right they wont see it as their daily activities. even if you give them 100N they will return it and let you know its too small what service do they offer you to demand for money in return. i remember one was asking me for money after he check my bags and i ask him what did he sell for me to demand for money . i told him if the money they pay him from the job is not ok is better he look for better pay job instead of the shameful act the guy just open his mouth dey look me . and one thing i still don't understand is the buggy you use to take ur luggage to the car now you have to pay for it i really don't know why all this stuff going on and no one is ready to give you a good reason why you ask them why do we need to pay for it now when its suppose to me free to use by all travelers

take part of the money with you and keep the rest in ur checkin bag . make sure you keep it well in ur cloth . have done that so many times and i dont have issue with it. it dont matter if you tell the truth at the airport about the money you have with you they will still delay you and keep asking you one question after the other

different state has different pay rate cos cost of living is diff . i live in Tennessee and the pay rate start from 9.50$ its depend on the company ,some company pay you 13 to 15 at start and once they hire you they will pay you more
