No, how will he work with those evidences when he has been cowed to accept his fate since he has no receipt. And hundreds of such scammers and scum fugitives are apprehended and prosecuted daily even on relationship frauds involving nationals of different countries

Cant you see that fortuneval has no case here?he transferred 1 million naira to "virtual" person he meant online. No receipt was even given to him by the accused to indicate receipt of the money or what it was for. This case is more less like someone transferring money to a wrong account number

Check out the billions of dollars of transactions going on across the globe online-check ebay, amazon, aliexpress, alibaba etc etc. These transactions are conducted by humans including nigerians and not robots or spirits. The scammer is the fugitive and coward now cos, he will keep hiding. Let us learn anyway to take precautionary measures during such transactions especially when you are dealing with individuals you do not have much information about

When d original car 'broke down' in benin, why didn't u go to get there. Enugu to benin is less than 3hrs drive, at least to confirm the veracity that he sent it in d first place. Again how do u imediately conclude and resign to fate that u have lost 1.07m? Dont u have d bank details of the transactions? Can't you follow it up if push comes to shove
