The father of struggling Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has said that there is no chance he leaves Stamford Bridge this summer, despite rumours continuing to link him with an exit from the club.
Hazard was Chelsea's best player and the Premier League Player of the Year only a season ago as the Blues won the title for the first time in five years, but has been a shadow of his former self this campaign, failing to score a goal in the league so far.
The 25-year-old's last goal came on 3 May last year, the day the Blues were officially crowned champions.
Hazard has often been linked with a move to one of Paris Saint-Germain or Real Madrid and he has previously spoken out about his admiration for both clubs,

Cristiano Ronaldo’s incredible outburst on Saturday night after defeat in the Madrid derby shocked everybody.
After Real Madrid's 1-0 defeat to Atletico Madrid, the Portuguese winger inexplicitly said: “If everyone was at my level, perhaps we would be first."
Madrid captain Sergio Ramos responded to Ronaldo’s astonishing comments by trying to defend him: "I know Cris very well, maybe he didn't express himself as he would have liked. If he really thought that, he would have said so before but I have never heard those words coming from his mouth during the time I've known him,“ he told AS.
The former Manchester United winger has also tried to backtrack on his controversial statement by telling Marca: “When I said this, I was referring to my level of fitness

Sports / Why Pep Guardiola Should Have Chosen Manchester United by soccerecho(m): 1:34pm On Feb 25, 2016
Exactly what Pep Guardiola wants to achieve in the rest of his football career, only he knows. But surely he has missed a trick by choosing to manage Manchester City over their local rivals United.
Considered by many football betting pundits and football figures to be the world’s best coach, the 45-year-old has already accomplished more than most of his peers can ever dream of – two Champions League titles, La Liga three times, the Bundesliga twice (soon to be three, surely), two Copa del Reys, the German Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup on three occasions.

Sports / Mourinho: “I Miss Football;” by soccerecho(m): 4:21pm On Feb 24, 2016
Jose Mourinho misses management.
According to numerous reports over many weeks since he was fired as Chelsea’s manager back in December 2015, Manchester United seem to be the overwhelming favorites to hand the legendary coach a return to the Premier League.
Mourinho, 53, was speaking in Singapore on Wednesday and revealed that the speculation about his future is even confusing him but as of right now, he’s happy he doesn’t have a job.
“I read so many different things,” Mourinho laughed. “One day it says yes, another day it says no. One other day is says I go to China, another day it says I go to Italy. I go to Milan and people say I am going to Inter. I’m here and probably you say I go to Singapore national team. Every day new things are coming. The reality is I have no job and at this moment I am happy not to have a job.”

Sports / 3 Things That Made Arsenal Lose The Game Against Barca by soccerecho(m): 3:51pm On Feb 24, 2016
Arsenal v Barcelona was touted to be the biggest game in the Round of 16 and it did not disappoint. It had everything everyone wanted, beautiful football, fouls, goals and a cameo which ruined the tie for Arsenal. Arsenal actually did well to Barcelona out for a long time until they finally gave in to the pressure and conceded in the 71′ when Leo Messi finally scored against Cech. Messi then doubled it when Flamini, who just entered the field fouled the Argentine in the penalty box and conceded a penalty.
There were a lot of important talking points in this game from Arsenal’s point of view, where they could have done better, who should have played etc.

Cristiano Ronaldo added intrigue to the plot by saying ‘I know why they did that’ at his pre-Roma press conference, which has led to speculation that the Barcelona players are trying to ensure Suarez beats Ronaldo the Pichichi award.

Sports / Arsenal V Southampton: News You Need by soccerecho(m): 2:30pm On Feb 02, 2016
For once I am not going to the game – having a few days in the wild windy weather of the Norfolk coast. And believe me it is windy. So good luck to whoever bought my ticket through the official ticket exchange. (It actually sold in 10 minutes flat, so clearly the demand for tickets is still there).
Today there is a headline in the Telegraph today which says, “Relive all the action from deadline day at Arsenal,” but I think that’s pushing it a bit, especially when there is a game to play. But the press and the bloggettas invest everything in the wholly false notion that transfers mean something, so I suppose they have to start the build up to the summer transfer window now.
Meanwhile we have the tragic news that Rosicky is injured once again, and a suggestion in one source that Coquelin is injured as well, but I can’t see any confirmation of that, so I think that one it is just a mistake. Rosicky though may now be lost to us for good.
