It all started the day God got tired of the sinful sex happening in Sodom and Gomorrah especially incest, beastiality and homosexuality; so, God decided he's going to wipe out the fucking city but first, He had to hear from His dear friend, Abraham.

Lot went up the village border and immediately he saw the angels, he knew they were in danger. Lol, the Bible itself described the angels as male but very beautiful and sexy with long hairs and angelic skin.

Lot insisted they must hide somewhere immediately till night before they snuck into Lot's family house. Lol drama � but that didn't stop the Hot villagers from spotting the shiny angels. Haha, shit 'bout to get real.

I wonder why Lot's wife had to look back while escaping despite God warning them not to. Was she missing something or someone? Did she participate in kinky things? 'cos God didn't hesitate to turn her into a pillar of salt.

For me, I believe God already and really wanted to destroy the damn city otherwise why send two sexy beautiful angels to warn a village of sex freaks to stop having sex. It's like sending a rat to warn a cat to stop eating rats.

Jacob confronted Laban who justified the marriage scam by saying the oldest daughter must get married first by tradition. Jacob calmed down and took Leah as wife because Rachel was also given to him but not fully until he worked another seven years for Rachel's bride price. Lol yea, a whole 14 years! Anything for Rach, Jacob agreed.


As if that was all.


When God saw how much Jacob loved Rachel, He decided to balance things up, so He made Rachel temporarily infertile and gave four sons to Leah. Lol, God was probably hooked on the show.
Rachel was very jealous for that so she decided to offer her maid, Bilhah to Jacob as surrogate. Jacob agreed and Bilhah gave birth to two sons for Rachel.
Guess what Leah did? She responded by also giving her maid Zilpah to Jacob (lucky man) and they also had two sons. Gbas Gbos lol.
Meanwhile, Bilhah and Zilpah the maids were actually half sisters of Leah and Rachel.

Scam and Karma runs around this family lol, maybe Jacob got what he deserved from his Uncle for scamming his older Twin Esau out of his birthright. I even remember that Jacob cheated and cornered a lot of goods while serving the 14 years and became almost as rich as his Master/Uncle while he was still serving. He eventually ran away with Rachel on the sixth year of the second tenure but the uncle/inlaw caught him and they finally settled amicably �

I went ahead and created undeveloped features that will allow users to even make money for engaging "nicely” on the app. We are introducing a proposed game points to money cash-out program. With this, the app will not only scale massively but will also start bringing in so much revenue. This game points will culminate into our very own cryptocurrency called Love.

Regular users will get 3 Loves for every session/post they followed with advices on the Trending session. Alter Ego users will get 5 Loves for every session/post they followed with advices on the Alter Ego Mode. 1 love for every general user session followed by 100 people and above. Now, conversion to Naira is: 100 Loves equalls 10 Naira. 1000 Loves equalls 100 Naira. 10000 Loves equalls 1000 Naira. Users can cahsout directly to their bank accounts when they have up to 10000 Loves and above. Which is 1000 Naira, about 4 Dollars. (These figures are all subject to modifications.)

Now, Apart from getting money from users paying monthly subscriptions on the app; Question is How Will The App Make Enough Money To Even Pay User Cash-outs?

Native Ads (Feeds and Timelines) Users will see ads that looks just like a normal diary cards as they browse the Home Page (Trending Sessions), Ego Pages, Following Sessions etc. The ads will be presented based on users activity such they can only see ads about the kind of sessions they follow on the app.

2. Smart Native Ads. (Based on Categories) Users will see ads based on categories they are following or browsing.

3. Smart Native Auto-Recommended by Claire Ads. (Based on Diary Session keywords) If user mentions for example hair in his diary session, auto recommendation ad will add advert about a hair brand in form of a "Ps" at the bottom of Claire's original response.

4. Mood Ads (Based on Session Mood) We will have adverts show to users based on their selected mood for diary sessions. A new (ps) reply will come from Claire referencing user's current mood and recommending a promoted song or video or article that fits the mood.

5. Promotion Access to Users and Brand Accounts. Users and brands who want to run ads or promote their posts/sessions will request for a "Promotion" side menu on their app which will come at a cost because users will have to have add up to 100,000 Loves (about 10,000 Naira) to their promo tab. They can do so by paying with the debit card connected to their account. On this Tab, they can set up and monitor their ad campaings. They can see the impressions for timeline, categories, moods, etc and they can see how many times Claire has recommended their ads.

Cost Per Impression on timelines and categories equalls 1 Love. Cost per Recommendations equalls 10 loves. (subject to changes)

It is a powerful secret dear diary and also an anonymous social networking software that allow users to share all kinds of issues anonymously to receive advices and solutions in real-time from Claire and other anonymous users. The idea of this software was born out of dire necessity and demand from thousands of our social media followers. Hundreds of young people flood our contact services and social media inboxes daily, seeking guidance in matters of relationship, school, work, family, social issues and life in general. Between 2015 and 2016 for example, we chatted with over three thousand new people and provided real-time guidance and counselling via Whatsapp alone. On Instagram Direct Message (DM), we get triple of that in one year. This was getting too much for our single brain to handle.

On the 20th of July, 2017, Bill had got tired of saving new numbers, profiling new people and their daily problems everyday for Claire. He decided he must build a mobile application for Claire where she can handle everyone's problems easily, better and anonymously. After dabbling around several names for the app like "Friendiary" ('cos we wanted it to be like a diary where you write your daily problems and get an advice) and "My Therapist" (based on a Facebook page Bill created in 2008 to help my friends with their girlfriend problems), Bill wondered why not just call it Claire since she is the soul of the app.

The Claire app was first launched on the Android Playstore on November 17, 2017 (our birthday) and since then, it have gathered over 35 thousand users from all over the world, without a single advertising budget or marketing campaign. The app has 4.7 star rating and was the second trending app in the Playstore Social Apps category in December 2017.

THE FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS:

The Claire app is expected to have over 500 thousand users in the next two years.
Statistically, over 10 percent of the users will make subscriptions every month at about 5 dollars (1,500 Naira) per user.
That's 50,000 users multiplied by 5 dollars. 250,000 USD monthly on subscriptions alone.

The revenue projections for adverts can not be over estimated at this point; statistically, the app can generate over 1,000,000 USD monthly from adverts starting from the next three years. Yes, 1 million dollars, every month!
This figure is based on over 50 percent of every post containing an native, non-intrusive advert.(adverts that doesn't disturb user experience).
We are currently getting over 2000 posts a day. In the next three years, it is estimated to be at 300,000 posts a day.
Therefore, if an advert is seen 10 times for 1 dollar, by the end of the day, over 30,000 dollars have been made on adverts alone.

Not to mention there are several other means of revenue generation from this app that will unroll as the app develops and expands further.
It is important to note that I have created features into 10 years from now. I have envisaged futuristic technologies and already developed incoming features that will incorporate Machine Learning (ML) Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR). The possibilities over here in the next 10 years is stupendous.

4. 3.5M INVESTOR
Returns:
As a 3.5Million Investor you are entitled to double on your investment just after 10 months. That is 7 million Naira after 10 months of complete investment. You will however, at this point, choose to withdraw and cashout part of your investment and go for a lower level of investment or you can reinvest your 7 million naira to become a director and board member in the company owning a 3.5 percentage of ownership shares while still getting double of your investment yearly. That is 14 million naira in very less than two years plus your profit of shares and equity.

Owning 3.5 percent of ownership equity means you become a Director, Board Member and equity holder as co founder of the company. This means you will get 3.5 percent of the total annual profit generated on the Claire app.
Based on the financial projections section above, the Claire App will be posting over 90 million Naira in profits from the third year with over 50 percent annual profit increase. You will be entitled to 3.5 percent of this.

5. 5M INVESTOR
Returns:
As a 5Million Investor you are entitled to double on your investment just after 10 months. That is 10 million Naira after 10 months of complete investment. You will however, at this point, choose to withdraw and cashout part of your investment and go for a lower level of investment or you can reinvest your 10 million naira to become a director and board member in the company owning a 5 percentage of ownership shares while still getting double of your investment yearly. That is 20 million naira in very less than two years plus your profit of shares and equity.

Owning 5 percent of ownership equity means you become a Director, Board Member and equity holder as co founder of the company. This means you will get 5 percent of the total annual profit generated on the Claire app.
Based on the financial projections section above, the Claire App will be posting over 90 million Naira in profits from the third year with over 50 percent annual profit increase. You will be entitled to 5 percent of this.

At the time of drafting this proposal, it became one year and a day since the official launch of the Claire App and almost two years of running in total including the Alpha/Beta testings and intial software developments.
Making over 2 years and 5 million naira spent on this idea; therefore, it's no more a question of if this (first in the world) software has a prospect or if people love it, or if it will be profitable. All those have been confirmed sky-high positive.

THE INVESTMENT/PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL:

In order to scale (develop, grow and sustain) the Claire app to the point where it begins to generate revenue, it will need a stable and sustainable rounds of adequate funding from Investors, Venture Capitalists, Individual Financiers, Partners or Co-Founders.
I'm currently working with just one (Android) developer and 2 admins. This pace can never amount to anything, it slows down progress and kills engagement with app users thereby wasting time and money.

The essence of this big letter to you is to seek your financial partnership investment in order to continue growing the app, produce the iOS (Apple) versions and progress towards generating higher income.
I'm seeking financial investment of ten to twenty million Naira in exchange for shares, ownership equity and other forms of returns, collateral and security that will be discussed in further sections of this proposal.
This will enable the company to run for another nine to eighteen months in order to develop and finalise the revenue generating features into the app. Once these revenue generating features (RGF) are fully integrated into the app, it will begin to make enough money not just to run itself, but provide over 500 percent in profit annually for all investors.

There are only ten investor/partnership slots mapped out for this opportunity with Claire App, with three slots already covered. Not more than 5 times a day, all you need to do is unlock your Claire app, type or record your message starting with the phrase "Dear Claire"
Go on, write or speak to Claire about how you feel at the moment. You can tell her about yesterday and what you are upto tomorrow, etc. Send your message and close the app.
Your Claire will carefully read or listen to your message and in no long time, you will receive friendly advices, secret tips, personal opinions and wise guidance on how best to go about things.

Claire is not an instant messenger, not Google, and definitely not Siri. All replies on your Claire diary will come from an amazing secret angel dedicated as your own anonymous mobile best friend, companion and alter ego.
Everything between you and the app is COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS. NO registration, NO signing in. NO profiles. Just unlock your Claire, write or record your full message and wait for her reply.
Claire Diary app DOES NOT need your email address, phone number, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
The app also comes with a secret code that prevents anyone else from opening it.

I like your perspective on this. I recall as a teenager a perternal aunt who was in my eyes the most beautiful woman on the planet. She never worked, travellled by private jet and my young mind lived a very enviable life. But as I got older I started to notice things. She was engaged more times than I care to remember. Marriages were always brief. This same aunt taught me something very valuable. Any woman who thinks she is using men is deluded. Age will creep up, regardless of how expensive the face cream is you will get old that is the reality women cannot run away from. Not sure what sort of "slaying" you can do as a geriatric.
