I received a call 15mins ago, from Vfs instructing me to submit my passport in 48hrs for sticker visa.

4th SA visa in 2023..

They don't return documents, except you submitted passport,it is only a paper they will send to that you were denied

Well ,now adays ,their system changed ,,have seen a lot of people saying their applications is up to 4 months,,but let me get my documents first or be expecting their calls before Friday,,,if they did not calls ,,,then I'll try the evisa

I can imagine,I remember the last time I had issues related to that I spoke to someone at the SA consulate,but the way they behave nowadays,it is quite funny

It is a business visitor visa and it is single entry (till Jan 31,2024)all previous visas were multiple entries

This physical submission for Visit visa has become so expensive now, After paying N29,400 for appointment, now made to pay N32,400 at the submission. Na wa oh.

Did she notarize it? And put a stamp of certify true copy? Because that's only what they accept? If she does this let her reapply and if it is visitor visa,the invitation was also be certified too at home affairs

Hello All

My sister SA visitor visa application to visit her husband who is doing a PhD in South Africa was rejected with this reason - Marriage Certificate is not authenticated.

She authenticated it tho at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before submitting it.

Any advice on how to make it better and reapply?

Which bank ? And did you go to the bank to stamp it ? Because those bank people if it is not GTbank(because all their pages are stamped) for other banks you have to go and stamp at the bank irrespective of the online stamp on it,for SA embassy to accept it.

Hello everyone. What do you think about challenging the embassy's decision if Visa isn't approved

Just reapply instead of doing that,but in your re-application you can submit the refusal letter in addition with the rectified reason for refusal(back up with a letter from your lawyer)they will release the visa with speed.

What did you do to get it out so fast.?

The Lagos embassy is open,so my documents was submitted via VFS to the Lagos SA embassy,and also I added some other letters to fast track it,also it was not a tourist visa category (because it takes time for them to always approve that one).

good day fam, pls can someone advise on how I can follow up with courier service dispatching my decision parcel..... it's being four working days now since I was notified it is being dispatched, I have not gotten anything

You can follow up using the UPS tracking code at the back of the documents VFS gave you and if you stay in Lagos,then you go to the UPS at gbagada and get your docs.

Yes I got it in 5 days,sticker visa.

I applied on 5th of may 2023
and got my sticker visa in 5 working days.
