Take your posture, breathe deep, in and out, clear your mind...

Shut your eyes tight for like 30 seconds then open them a little... More like dimming your eyes to see something properly..

Try to see lights.. just focus, dim your eyes and try to see lights

Besides, guys, I need your help. Remember that gorgon girl? Turns out she wasn't actually sure about who she was. But one thing was clear, there was something out of the normal about her.

So I decided to help her find out. She admits that despite all her close bonded relationships all her life, she has never met someone like me who could understand her and discuss her supernatural side so deeply.

Yo.. this girl has done a lot of stuffs but she doesn't actually kniw what they are.
1. Remote viewing
2 seeing visions (not from church perspective)
3. Saying deadly things when she is mad angry and it will happen. She feels bad that she has killed and made someone got lost till date because of her outburst due to anger.
4. She mostly dreams of reptiles, half snake half human, half horse half human.
4. She showed me a god mark (looks like an injury from a fire burn to me) on her back. Says it has had some meaning since she was Born. Things came out of it and many prayers and deliverance shii

I wonder why these guys are almost white in complexion. Anyways, after talking for days or weeks I decided to teach her how to meditate.

Here's what she saw.

She saw a white light, but it was dim... Why? Was it her light?

Then she found herself sitting on what seems to be a throne but in an otherworldly location. She says the place was so beautiful that earth couldn't stand a chance to compete. Flower could talk and smile.
Inhabitants were mostly reptiles. Full reptiles, half human half snake, half human half horse.

She had dominion there and she could feel it. Every being feared her as their god or queen.. something like that. They were rejoicing and celebrating according to her. She was trying to remember the song but she could only remember two words, O (vowel sound of off, all, up) and A (like app, at, ad)

But guess what else she could feel... The entire planet and the activities of everyone there. It was as if they were walking and living on her

Now here's where it gets interesting. There was someone else. A male humanoid with two horns. Fully dressed in white and from her feelings, she knew they had a very deep intimacy. She could feel it. Maybe her husband or lover.

Things got blurry and like a flash or something, this guy had a knife and got violent... She said she felt betrayed or backstabbed and that was how she was pushed out of the meditation.

She said she has never felt so happy in her life. She was even crying because she was intoxicated by the beauty, calm and heavenliness of the place.

This was late in the night and after the meditation, her neighbor knocked and asked her to turn down the volume of the movie she was watching. The neighbor asked if she was watching a Korean movie because he could hear different people speaking in a weird language and might want to come collect the movie when day breaks. But she was surprised as she wasn't watching any movie

It gets lonely around me because I don’t think in the same way as my parents or my siblings or even my friends and I accept that and sometimes I can’t even flow with people and it’s usually tough for me when I’m trying to come up with normal people conversation topics lol.

What kind of meditation are you referring to? I practice the stillness and breathing meditation and for as long as I have been practicing, I still feel I’m not doing it right.

Also, I’ve started reading through the thread and I’m learning new things.

Same here bro.. I I feel isolated too. But here's a tip.(might not work for you tho) Just flow along with everyone even though you know who you are. Just be silent about your thoughts and perspective and blend along. But don't let them reduce your IQ. Avoid discussions or arguments with these guys.

With time you'll find like minded people who share similar Ideology with you. They will help sharpen your mind when you interact with them.

Speaking of meditation, i have done the regular posture and breathing exercises. It gets boring to me too and i feel I'm not doing it well too.

Here's the thing, there's another kind of meditation called deep or dark sighting. In a dark quiet room or space where no one will disturb you....close your eyes tightly (after taking any posture or position that suits you) for some seconds then open them slightly. 30% open 70% closed. (Like squinting your eyes) allow yourself go.. ease your mind
Now try to see lights. If you do this well, you might see things that might scare you but when you remain brave and keep meditating, you'll be in an entire realm.

For this to work faster, try visiting places of nature. Parks, gardens, trees, river, bush, forest, etc and love nature.

A lot of us here have had many inspiring experiences from this kind of meditation. Even out of body experiences. Also you might notice that you start having lucid dreams..

Okay. On the contrary your life on Earth might be not be easier with brighter lights. Imagine a dog in the midst of cows... It would be lonely and and tough since the cows might view him as mentally deranged (I'm not talking of physical features here).
Better still imagine smart and genius Albert Einstein having to school in an underdeveloped educational system like Nigeria. No proper funding and adequate tools for research and full exploitation of his potential. He'd have to leave to a different environment... But what if there were no popular better alternative? He'd have to reduce and stoop low to the level of the educational system here...

To be more conscious of your lights don't just believe everything you hear. The fact that everyone believes it doesn't make it authentic. It's a journey that requires boldness. Stemming from politics to religion and social norms.

To be conscious of your lights means you understand that you are an eternal and super intelligent being with acess to the vast knowledge of the cosmos. This is where meditation comes in as it's like a key to open up the doors to these stuffs I just mentioned.

Life's deep. Humans generally are weak, mentally and psychologically. And that's why they have to believe and hope for a higher being to do things for them. Like a job promotion, healings and stuff. But we have the power deep down to do most of these things. And you can understand better by meditating and loving nature.

We are scared of the unknown and things we can't explain we leave it to "god" (except some white guys tho). Even at that, using a scenario I explained, the cows might consider some of your innovations and high lwvwl thinking as sorcery and come for you.
Now that's why I said life might not be easier here if you build your lights.

But should you stop chasing your lights? No. Remember we are eternal beings and life here is just a mere fraction of lives you will live after death.

Spiritual science on Earth is very unexplored here. You need to understand that we need to evolve spiritually (build lights) just as you hustle to build your material progress here (wealth).

I want to ask why Earth is so full of pain and sorrow and misery at this time and how can souls transcend this Earth plane into higher states of being.

Many religious groups talk about heaven and dimensions of bliss but they never tell you how to get there and even their priests have no idea of the inner worlds.

How can one enter into these deeper dimensions of reality?

Wisdom.. when you realize that it's not about just good and bad, but wisdom and folly; it'd make more sense to you. Depending on how evolved your mind is tho.

To trascend to a higher plane you might have to die. Not just die, but die after growing your lights here while alive. That way, with bright lights in your soul (you know what I mean by lights), you can trascend to a higher plane... It's wide.

To grow lights you should meditate, love nature, use your head, hate politics and religion especially religion... It dims your light cos you yourself are a God... And why would a god stoop so low, to be a slave in the guise of religion to another being?

You can enter into deeper realms of reality by intense meditation actually.

But don't take my word for it (even though I haven't answered your questions well)... Sisterfire and other guys here will give you better answers... I suck at explaining things
