Access Bank (Ghana tho) took as long as 17 days to process a refund for me one time. Sometimes, these things just take time sadly. The best you can do is send them proof that the refund has been done on PayPals end and they should release the funds to you. Fowards emails from PayPal to them, screenshots showing transaction refunds and anything really. Forwarded a failed mail from Asos to StanbicIBTC and they started peocessing the release of my funds immediately and dat was just yesterday. They just called me now to tell me that the funds would be released in the next hr. These documents /evidence helps speed up the said 'investigation'.

l already forwarded the mail from PayPal confirming the refund 2 days ago. l honestly think l have provided every document or evidence they need. They are just being daft.

CbN said contact your bank first and allow approximately 2weeks for your bank to reply before escalating to them.
Send a mail to Access bank explaining what happened, let them reply your mail as that is number 1 evidence and if after 2 weeks nothing happens then send a mail to paypal requesting to know if they actually refunded the said money as it has not reflected on your account; that is number 2 eveidence before proceeding to CBN

Thanks dear for your advice, however l have already mailed Access twice but they are not saying anything reasonable, they said they will investigate before they do anything further. let me allow this week to pass after which l will send a mail to PayPal for confirmation before escalating the matter

Good day house, can someone help me with CBN email address, l need to submit a petition against Access Bank. l had two PayPal refund last week Monday up till now they are yet to credit my account. l have called and emailed them severally all to no effect. PayPal refund takes maximum of 7 days but is already 7 working days yet no sign. pls l need the email address ASAP

please guys whats the solution to this kind of problem.... i have a dell laptop that doesnt charge more than 40% then it will put on not charging.....have tried draining the battery a little and continue charging but it doesn't work. thanks

The battery is bad, u need to replace it, l have experienced that a couple of times.

@ Chinos this is really crazy l have a laptop that was delivered to your office on the 10th March 2015 by UPS Ground and signed by Ebule but it was not included in my march 16th invoice since then l have sent emails on that 7 times without reply, l have also sent SMS 8 times not even a word. l have called your line more than a number of times l can recall no response. l find it hard to believe that you derive joy in playing with peoples emotions. How can a laptop be delivered and signed by your office not be accounted for. Does your silence mean l should forget the laptop that is gone? Do you have any idea how hard things are in this country? Do you have any slightest imagination of how much we sweat before we make a dine in this country? Do you have any idea the kind of emotional turmoil you subject your clients with the silence of yours? l have said it before that the new agent he brought is a complete slowpoke and scum bag. Apart from the Nov/Dec period we had general custom issues, the old agent was always delivering Friday or Saturday. Now this slowpoke takes 7-10 to clear just one consignment. Instead of Chinos doing something about it he always run to his defence. In biz, you always strive to get better and improve not to move backward. This gross incompetence by your agent should not be condoled.

Oga Chinos l blame you for all these ranting and quarrelling. You knew about the contra band goods yet you shipped it together with others goods. Seriously chinos you need to do something here, l understand from Ndidi that you changed ur agent after Dec Nacho palava. l must say that this is a case of jumping from frying pan to fire. l mean how can this damn agent not be able to clear goods that have been in Lagos since Wednesday, this is almost one week. if it takes this long to clear goods without customs having internal issues nobody will ever try importation. For me the guy is complete slowpoke and should be dispersed with ASAP. For heaven sake we can't continue like this. Am so pissed off now

For those of you hoping for Monday 23rd Feb. shipping, let me inform you that there will be no shipping come this Monday, next shipment date is 2nd March, airport drop off will be on Friday 27th Feb. l don't want to bust anyone's bubble but in d end no everyone will get a pin nor a refund. Lagtech said he had delivered to over 500 persons worth ova N5 million nd asked if it is because of 20 persons item worth 200k that he will now run away. How dare u insult our sensibilities and intelligence? what happened to the guy u are owing 275k? what happened to the guy you are holding his 8 laptops? so you mean the 20 guys are just ranting because of 10k. You really have no soul and l pity u, u poor man. By the end of first quarter of 2015 we will still be talking about this same thing. Some of u just walked into a street fight.

Finally a permanent cure for HBP has been found courtesy of Lagtech. U know, on 26th l was so pissed off by my lady that my face looked like someone who just wrestled with devil, instead of having serious issues with her l came straight away to this thread and in less than 5 mins l was already smiling from ear to ear. Big Ogas here pls pardon my ignorance, l am a bit confused about this custom shut down. Does it affect only goods coming from US? Why l asked this question is that China express shipping which is 24-36 hrs still works. For instance, a week today l had some goods sent via express from China and l was called to come for pick up on Thursday evening, l told them to hold on and on Friday l had another items sent via express from the same shipper and on Saturday evening l was called for pick up which l couldn't go for that day but l had them pick up and sent to me by a courier guy. so when l hear custom shut down l am honestly confused. pls can anyone enlighten me?

l honestly wish l could feel pity for any of the lamentations here, but you know what? l wouldn't when l narrated my experience here so that others can learn, l was mocked and ridiculed. Hello Lagtech. What do we do now ooo. Today makes it 5 weeks since you said my hard disk shipped. Question is, were there really any Hard Drives? Were they really shipped by Air Cargo? I have read your explanation several times as to causes of these delays but I still don't get how air cargo from the US to Nigeria will be taking 5 weeks and even up to 2 months like the cases of some. Are they smuggled in or what? People ship by air cargo every week now! Why is yours the only one that is so different and difficult? Gaskiya, I don tire. Even if you refund my money now, it's a loss na. Funds held down for 5 weeks, Lord knows how long the refund process will take again.

Happy Sunday everyone, am sorry for posting this at this time l have been very busy with work. Thanks to Mr. Chinox nd ND l received my Oct 6th package on Wednesday last week in my location Anambra. To be honest l never believed even when l was told my items are ready for pick up until l received it bearing in mind that an order l made on the 1st of August with another shipper is yet to be delivered to me. What pisses me most is that the guy will hold up your money for months, use it to trade and make lots of profit and the end of the day he just throw in one 8gb flash drive of #560 to you after month and people will be singing his praises. l feel gutted that Nigerians are that gullible.
