What I got from the video:

The posture of a soldier and the way he carries his weapon tells me much of capabilities.

These dudes obviously lack basic firearm training. Your rifle is supposed to be an extension of the soldeir and not a burden.

When in obstacle firing and recon training, the soldeirs I saw, did not have the right posture and poise.

In a scene where the troops where walking in a dried up wadi, the troops did not take advantage of the low ground which is to conceal movement.

Obviously their basic training on maneuvers is non existent.

Standard issued weapons are no better than what the insurgents posses.

The discipline level is also suspect. A good golden thumb rule is that if they don't look like soldeirs then you don't expect them to fight like one.

The Nigerian military needs to overhaul their training program completely. Rather than subjecting cadet recruits to grueling physical punishments, training must focus on firearms, recon, self defense and should be done with emphasis of team work in a standard platoon.

This is utterly phucked up.

Give me a riffle and I probably will do a better job than these guys.

These are two different cases but I will still give you a logical explanation.

- Only ONE UNIQUE IP ADDRESS is allowed to vote
- Two users share SAME IP ADDRESS or in your analogy, same anatomical features e.g. finger print, looks etc (certainly one is fake but we can't determine)
- The best way is to employ FIRST COME FIRST SERVE approach
- At the end, the data/results remains valid in numerical representation. Computers deal with FACTS and not truths.

Linda makes a blog post concerning a young man who was begging Kanu Nwankwo to enroll him in his football academy through Kanu's twitter handle. See screenshot of her post and how she misinterpreted the young man's quest to know if he (the young man) has to pay a registration fee before he can be enrolled.

Not an excuse. what if am the original and the user disenfranchises me by using my IP to vote. So it means that if you are the INEC officer you will allow somebody to vote with another person's voter's card or a cloned one

Wow, I just checked the voting system of the link you sent. Quite an quite elementary voting system that can be rigged by clearing Cookies/Cache Memory after each vote. Same thing that happened to AIT.

Seriously , I couldn't see an option to vote . all I could see was the result. That's one of the defects of using IP address to monitor multiple voting . it is possible someone else has used mine to vote
