I know many webmasters will disagree with me but nevertheless, they are entitled to their opinions In the past few years, blogging has moved from the early adopters to the mainstream in business and for good reason. When done correctly, a blog is a powerful search engine optimization tool which can be used to… …dramatically improve website rankings. Blogs allow us to reach our targeted marketing niche. They will be a key part of the new Web 2.0 strategies that will allow you to tap into the power of social media. In effect, taking word-of-mouth and transforming it into word-of-mouse. Blog marketing increases exposure, generates buzz, and creates a global message to which individual customers can respond. Blogging gives you the best value for your money. Just consider the cost for newspaper, radio, television, direct mail and magazines ads. It is estimated that in the US 27% of the population read blogs on a regular basis. Why Blogs Are Better Than Websites Blogs are active and websites are passive. Blogs broadcast their content out to the web via RSS every time there is something new. Websites on the other hand wait to be discovered by search engine spiders. It’s like the difference between fishing and hunting. You can sit and wait for fish or you can actively hunt and pursue. Blogs are faster. Posting and syndication is almost instantaneous. Technorati and other blog search engines index and list your postings within minutes after you publish. Blogs build a readership. It is easy for visitors to subscribe to a blog so they can view new postings as soon as they happen. Blogs encourage repeat visits with content being delivered to your favorite reader or delivery by email. Compare this to bookmarking a website which depends on the visitor to come back. Blogs have newer fresher content. By their nature, blogs have regular fresh content and they are more up to date. Blogs tend to deal with breaking events and technology insights. Blogs invite participation and interaction. Blog conversations are encouraged providing multiple viewpoints and discussions. source: http://naijasuya..com/2014/11/why-blogs-are-better-than-websites.html If you have reasons to disagree with me, you are free to comment ![]() |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_kzU5uHPyk Konvict Music CEO, Akon who’s one of the many acts representing Africa on the international music platform, was recently on “The Questions” for Okay Africa TV where he shared some juicy info about plans on breaking the American soil with content from the Nigerian music industry. Moreso, he revealed wanting to sign ex-Chocolate City act, Brymo who just released another studio album, Tabula Rasa amidst high expectations which he thankfully lived up to. Maybe Akon has heard some tracks off it, only time will tell. source : http://latestnaijabeats..com/2014/11/video-akon-reveals-wanting-to-sign.html |

9ice grabs his microphone again to prove he’s still got it as a legend. He dazzles on ‘Aiye’ and delivers absolutely well. Yoruba People usually Say – “Omo To Ba Fowo we, A’baGBA Jeun Which simpley means “A Child that wash his hands properly, will eat with his Elders” This is 9ice washing his hands before eating. He is basically paying homage to the Elders (Awon Iya) or u can call them diety. It's very bad spreading wrong rumours about a person . It is easy to dent a person's image but hard to repair. In a radio interview with peace fm, Adebayor denies calling her mum a witch. For the sake of clarity and for the interest of the general public, I suggest this thread be pushed to the home page. Adebayor denies evicting his mother over Juju: ‘I’m not a pastor, I cannot point out a witch’ https://www.ghanasoccernet.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/ade.jpg The culturally bewildering story of the day is that of Spurs’ striker Emmanuel Adebayor fearing witchcraft is being practiced upon him by family members. Adebayor has responded to the wild rumour, and spoke to Peace FM, denying that he kicked his mother out the house in Togo, saying she left of her own volition. He says he cannot identify who is the witch carrying out the practice on him, as he’s not a pastor, but he does firmly believe it is taking place. Adebayor believes it is a hanger-on, a woman claiming to be his sister who spends time with his mother. The striker is audibly distressed in the interview, and it’s clear that this baggage is a massive burden to both his private life and career. ‘Obviously I’m not a pastor, I am a footballer so I cannot point out a witch… “..I never sacked my mum from the house; she decided to leave the house…But how am I going to be in touch with my mum if my mum is the one telling everyone that my work will not go forward, so I will just be on my side and do my thing.’ “They should stop talking talking, they should stop doing Juju on me; they should leave me alone…The one talking there and calling herself my sister I bought a house in East Legon for $1.2m…can you imagine that sister went to rent the house without my knowledge?” Adebayor also said that the responsibility to look after his mother should be shared between all the siblings, and the burden shouldn’t be on him just because he’s a footballer: "They shared my houses, they shared my cars, they say if he dies this car is for you, this house is for you, can you imagine?” ”Right now they don’t need money…If they claim I am not looking after my mother, we are seven in the family, and so why can’t the rest do it?” Listen to the full audio of the radio interview with Peace FM Online here. |

Although he’s been M.I.A from the music scene since his last single dropped early this year and featured the stellar vocals of EME Queen, Niyola on Kowale, we’re taking a stroll down memory lane to when his inspirational pop/R&B piece Mo So Rire was the tune that ushered us into the millenium. https://live.tooxclusive.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/AQ-Tiwa-Savage.jpg?31be3b This is quite not the usual for rapper A-Q to do, as against his M.O of dissing some of the industry’s acts, rappers especially, he’s dedicated an entire record to Mavin’s first lady, Tiwa Savage and even titled it so aptly. On the heels of the upcoming iTunes version of his viral ‘Son of John (Mixtape),’ respected lyricist A-Q drops another hardhitting storytelling joint – aprtly titled and serving as an ode to the Mavin/323 singer, Tiwa Savage. A-Q sends out an ode to Tiwa Savage, expressing how he feels about the songstress, this is by all standards a beautiful song and we hope Tiwa gets to listen to this. Produced by BeeDee and co-produced by Beats by Jayy. ENJOY! download, listen or rate this song here: http://latestnaijabeats..com/2014/11/a-q-tiwa-savage.html |
