Some of the home remedies that I use are warm water mixed with ginger or ginger tea, med-lemon or lemon tea, keep warm, and take enough bed rest... My immune system has adapted to the sickness, so it doesn't bother me that much.

But iliadin nasal spray can also help with blocked nose.
