I have noticed that the few times Chelle has coached our team against Rwanda, Zimbabwe and today Ghana, our second half's have been poor. Our defense and midfield none existent. Players get tired during second half. Why? |

BankyGee: My preferred Starting XI 🆚 Ghana 🇬🇭
I would've loved for Tolu Arokodare to start, but he came late, and Dessers scored against Ghana the last time we met, so... Tolu can come in the second half 🔥🇳🇬
🔄 Subs: Tella for Chukwueze - halftime Tolu for Dessers - 60th minute-ish Uche for Ndidi (if Ndidi isn't at the top of his game) Felix Agu for Sodiq Ismail - halftime
🇳🇬🇬🇭 Let Amas Obasogie come in for Stanley Nwabali please. I wan check something |

I guess we just wish them well. I think NFF is trying to forcefully retire some of our professional players. The introduction of home based players is very ok but why not make it gradually |

TheSuperNerd: You are right in your brief assessment. We had chances in the final third that would have seen us win without the penalty lottery but our finishing let us down. Hopefully, we get better. Senegal were never going to be easy from a physical standpoint.
Oliseh, that I saw running like a mad man to go carry Harcourt. 😂😂😂 Anyway, I hope we havent seen the last of him at this Afcon because the commentator did mention such also with respect to the player Oliseh clashed with. Nerdie, this Divine Oliseh of Forster Academy who played with the No 13 shirt ehhh. As much I appreciate his talent and skill, I think the guy plays to the gallery, holds the ball for too long, falls down at the slightest touch. poor shot at goal...Ahhhhhh. His game tire me today. I hope he improves. |

Gentlemen and Ladies Our Flying Eagles will be facing Senegal U20 in the first quarter final game of the U20 AFCON in Egypt. This match will determine if we qualify for the world cup in Chile or not.
Senegal beat DR Congo 2-0 to qualify as runners up in Group C. Ghana beat CAR 1-0 to top their group.
Can the Flying Eagles deliver on 12th May? Senegal has always been a thorn in the skin of our age grade teams. We keep our fingers crossed and see what Aliyu Zubairu and his lads can do. |

TheSuperNerd: I confessed on X that if Bameyi had the height then he could metamorphose into a monster CB based on jis U20 Afcon showings. But then he could still look up to Lisandro Martinez or perhaps the legendary Baresi.
Also, years of studying and following the growth curve of football's young talents can give one foresight and analytical insights to make certain projections. Osimhen is one big example of how much a few of us analysed how big he could become. There are several other examples and the latest is now Vince Osuji at Club Brugge. I read somewhere that Chellechukwu was in the stadium yesterday watching the Flying Eagles. Is that true? |

TheSuperNerd: I see your point. We had 1 major moment in that half where the Tunisians almost took advantage of our "ball clinging" but Harcourt came to our rescue. We grew into a more assured passing game after that lapse. If Harcourt is good, it's best we catch him young for Super Eagles |
