Anybody way back in history could have hit a round object with their foot, does that mean they invented football? No. Getting who invented it is almost impossible…so history has to place an origin to a define invention of the game which was in England

Bro, I just did a little research…getting the origin of football is almost impossible..some claim centuries ago BC..somewhere in China, some claim somewhere in Greece.. that was as far as history classes could go, meaning it could be further back in history.

England invented the modern football , named it, made the rules and commercialised it..So basically, there’s classical inventions, where the origin is arguable and modern invention which the origin is England

1 or 2 of us already told you they modernise /commercialise football.

To invent means it was never existing before, but in this case, it was existing before they worked on it and made it what it is today.

All the papers in England put Kane on their front page and spoke about him as if he scored both goals and assists.

I share a bit of your sentiment. It will certainly look “unfair” to some of the other players, who had been part of D’Tigress set-up for years, to be suddenly dropped at the last moment for two players who would have only joined the team two weeks/a week to the Olympics…

But Coach Hughley has the mandate of the NBBF to ensure that every eligible player is given a chance to show whether they can represent Nigeria at international tournaments. So, if the Nneka sisters are good enough and better than their peers in similar positions (which I think they are), then the coach has no other option than to choose them for the Olympics…

It won't be that easy or simple and that's because most of the politicians that represent those states you mentioned are either fulanis or their slaves ! I agree with you that to put an end to the undue advantage Fulani's north currently has over the south,middle belt holds all the aces to achieve that.

Middle Beltans must be made to understand that the idea of " one indivisible north" is a fraudulent scheme that's designed to favour only the fulanis. This is a fact that's not contestable; all verifiable evidences are there for everyone to see. If only other governors in that region (middle belt) could be so defiant,resilient, vocal and anti fulani domination like Ortom of Benue state, there would have been,at least,a ray of hope ! The sad reality is that most of these people have accepted to be willing slaves of the fulanis because of selfish political gains,e.g Lalong of Plateau state.

I sincerely hope that southern Governors will continue to forge a common front and speak with one voice as they did in Asaba,Delta and Lagos States recently. Doing so will make it impossible for the enemies of our people and agents of fulanisation to have their evil ways. It is time for a united southern peoples front that will get for our people what rightly belongs to them.
