boss1310: you clearly don't understand what I mean by that.who are those who make decisions in his government am not talking about posts given to please party stalwarts even his VP is locked out of many crucial meetings dominated by northerners. for all of you who are looking up to Buhari based on tribal sentiments am sorry to tell you all that no other tribe matters to him except northeners. look beyond your tribal or partisan sentiment and tell me if buhari deserve another tenure based on his economy policies, his one sided corruption(witch hunt) fights, tribal sentiments, indifference to ordinary people's plight, his disregard of rule of law,did our democracy improve or decline under him,did you witness 2015 elections even though most of us voted for him the opposition but did you notice how the government allowed us and not having people kidnapped at dying minutes be a patriotic Nigerian and you will distance yourself from Buhari Will respond to this very soon! Name one vice president that have been given free hands to function like Osinbajo so far. Name a president that have given his ministers free hands to work since 1999 You people just write whatever ignoring facts and figures. This is a sad development. By Tuesday, the president'll be known, so wait till then. |

boss1310: from his government now its very clear he doesn't value any tribe except the north.if a Yoruba is supporting him thinking that buhari values them then they know nothing of the man.I didn't vote for PDP because Obi is there rather because Atiku is a better alternative to buhari and belongs to a party strong enough to upstage buhari This is so wrong! Akwa Ibom alone have up to 10 people in his govt. Lagos too. Ebonyi Abia Imo Anambra Etc, you people just like choosing what to see and then lie on the rest. |

worriedguy: I guess rigging didn't happen in the north Remember before 2015, Buhari contested under small parties that couldn't match PDP? You can't compare both. |

DeeMain: Because he is a an ethnic bigot; because he is grossly incompetent; because he supervises genocide and division instead of uniting us; because he has dementia and has lost the use of his senses and they don't want a corrupt cabal to rule over them. Are these the reasons you have always voted against him even as far back as 2003? An incompetent man doing in 4 years what those you tag competent couldn't do in 16 years? Please define competence and let's compare with both candidates/parties. |

phase1: Buhari is not better than Yar'dua in honesty. Yar adua was an upright man who wasn't shielding corruption only when you are closer to him just like Booharri shields Gandollar, maina, Babachir, lawal Daura, Abba kyari but the truth is that we've known Buhari since the late 1960s. He is a war monger and an extremist with unpliable clannish views. We were vindicated! Yaradua spent most of his days sick and didn't even last 2 years, didn't do much to be rated this high because he spent less time as the president. The Buhari you call names have actually done more for the SE than any president in the past 20yrs. I can debate you on this with fact and figures as long as you're able to prove otherwise with same. You call him all manners of names yet there are alot of SS and SE people in his government. 1960s? Tell us what Buhari did against the igbos in the 1960s. I'm truly eager to learn! |

phase1: Buhari picked Okadigbo an Ignorant son as VP when he contested against OBJ a Yoruba man in 2003 the Igbos voted against Buhari and their son, he picked Edwin ume-ezeoke in 2007 as VP against Yar adua, Igbos rejected Buhari again. Now you think Igbos are daft when it comes to political sentiment?
If Buhari picks Cardinal Arinze, he'll stand rejected. He is purely bad market. Meaning they hate him because he doesn't allow free money in the system or why? They hate him because he doesn't like exploitation? |

sonature1: That's commendable, bro My Igbo brothers have been doing so since 1999. We voted against Ojukwu, Okadigbo, Ume Ezuoke, and many other big names in the east in favor of Obasanjo and Yar'Adua. We did the same with Jonathan, an Ijaw man from Bayelsa State...but other Nigerians turned to call us tribalistic. Not accurate, most igbos weren't voting between 1999-2011, results were strictly written in the East and some parts of south by the then PDP. Not knowing this is an height of political ignorance. |

JoannaSedley: This is funny.....what was their gains Nothing. Just point one thing they gained from politics. They were the elites we look up to until they entered politics and got themselves soiled. They get to decide who rule Nigeria Are in key positions Those who get educated or partly educated enjoy what a fully educated southerner will struggle to get in government They're more accepted by outsiders than the rest Gains abound. Their roads are the best too. Imagine a largely educated north with the above benefits, just imagine. They also have enough reserves yet to be explored. |

That they are mostly poor bore more on how they practice their religion and how they see Western education. Truth is bitter, Igbos should learn how to play politics, how to eat from both sides. Okorocha, Ngige, Onuh, Uhmani, kalu etc are people you guys should learn politics from. |

Why do you think they're everywhere in politics? You think it's because of their numbers? No! They know how to play politics, a trait Igbos lack! |

Igbos are not going to be VP, Obi will. In the same vein Yorubas are not going to be VP but Osibanjo will.
I am ashamed to be sharing a country with you! Stop being clever by half, igbo voted PDP because of Obi (major factor) + Atiku will open up cunny channels currently being watched by Buhari. Igbos like chop I chop no matter who suffers Atiku is a chop I chop kind of man. Let's be truthful. |

Acidosis: Lmao! Usual conjectures.
Buhari is not known to travel abroad for treatment yet claimed his doctors are based in London? His doctors must be based in Osapa London
Buhari has always been a Londoner okay? His hospital is based in London. His kids schooled in the UK, and wife, all based in London. his kids schooled (tertiary) abroad (most) and so what? How does that change the fact he rarely travel abroad until the illness? Secondly, that he's got a doctor specifically for the illness that almost took his life meant he has been traveling before now for medical treatment? Can you prove that he's had these docs before becoming president or that he's been visiting London for medical treatment before becoming president? I'm waiting for proofs to your assertion |
