Oya tell us what the Constitution says! ezkimow: The constitution clearly states how to remove the CJN, there's nothing like suspending the CJN . What you posted have nothing to do with removal or suspension! |
Politics › Re: Femi Falana Reacts To CJN Onnoghen Suspension by somehow: 7:32pm On Jan 26, 2019 |
You need education. Chief judges are appointed by the president, senators are voted for by the citizens and cam only be removed by the court and the citizens. Senate president can only be removed by his fellow senators, citizens and court. NJC can't fire any chief court, they can only recommend, the president and the Senate are the ones that can do that. RTSC: Summoned by who? The CCT?
If the president feels he is wrong, then get the NJC to fire him.
Can buhari fire the Senate president because he is supposedly corrupt? |

His own lawyer? The man is the most senior after Onnoghen,not buhari's "lawyer". TruthinAction: Which court. The court where he has appointed his own lawyer? The lawyer will simply look for a lie to cover up the act and the derail of justice will continue. You need a bigger lie to cover up the previous one. |
Politics › Re: Femi Falana Reacts To CJN Onnoghen Suspension by somehow: 5:25pm On Jan 26, 2019 |
Why did the custodian of the law disregard summons in the first place? Is he above the law that he claim to practice? RTSC: Nobody trusts buhari to obey court orders. That is crux of the matter.
Getting the court to void the suspension is easy. No judge worth its salt would rule in buhari favour.
But buhari the mad man will not obey court orders. |

If Onnoghen respect the law, why did he refuse to honor the summon? A law holder disrespecting summons! Rubbiish: Of what use is d court when u are dealing with someone who has no regard for rule of law? |

Yes, he didn't use force on Onnoghen, a competent court suspended him! ezkimow: Was the president civil? |
Politics › Re: Femi Falana Reacts To CJN Onnoghen Suspension by somehow: 3:55pm On Jan 26, 2019 |
The wise team of the president simply suspended him and not removed him
Very smart move!
Go to court to challenge the action,he remains suspended until the court proves otherwise. |
Politics › Re: US Embassy Reacts To The Suspension And Replacement Of Chief Justice Of Nigeria by somehow: 3:23pm On Jan 26, 2019 |
If anyone is against this decision, he or she should head to the court.
Prove beyond doubt with the Constitution if you think the president broke the Constitution.
Simple.
We should be civil in disagreement. |

Your name is Nigeria abi? Speak for yourself alone and only with your PVC goaldynboy: Though it is a step in the right direction. It is already too late for him! Nigerians has rejected Buhari
Those that will not vote Buhari in February 2019 Presidential election and their reasons:
1. Shitte Muslims because of the wanton and reckless massacre and incarceration of their members by Buhari government;
2. Reasonable Nigerians who can see that Buhari is taking Nigeria to nowhere. Instead of taking the country to Canaan, Buhari (Actually the Cabal) is taking Nigeria to the deepest dungeon in the farthest part of wilderness;
3. North Central States because Buhari has been protecting and defending Fulani Killer Herdsmen that has been killing them, raping them and Snatching their ancestral lands;
4. Southeast States because Buhari called them 5% and arrogantly marginalised them by by conspicuously neglecting their region. Buhari also massacred their sons when he transformed to python;
5. Southsouth States because Buhari called them 5% and refused to site a single federal project in the region. The abandoned Ogoni clean up comes to mind;
6. Reasonable Southwest individuals who wants the good and progress of Nigeria and does not ass lick Tinubu and can clearly see that Buhari is a yoyo being teleguided by a selfish cabal!
7. Reasonable Muslims who cherish the unity of Nigeria and have seen the divisive, clanish and nepotistic government of Buhari;
9. Over 9 Million youths that lost their jobs since 2015. To add salt to injury, Buhari insulted these youths by calling them lazy;
10. Nigerian women whom Buhari dispised and stubbornly refused to integrate into his government. Buhari also demeaned Nigerian women by blabbing that they belong to the kitchen and the other room!!
11. Real Christians who can see that Buhari's government emanated from the pit of hell! |

The whole world can now see that Onnonghe was to be used by the PDP. He has always been PDP and has been giving PDP unmerited favors.
The way PDP carried this man case for head is enough to know that he's not fit to remain at that position.
Atiku think they can use him to twist the law and curry favor. |

Show us via the Constitution nameo: Not possible..... Buhari and his minions cannot be that stupid.
There are only 3 ways a serving CJN can leave office:
1. Removal by Prs5odent on the recommendation of the NJC. 2. Impeachment by the Senate. 3. Resignation by the CJN.
There are no other way.
And like I said: Buhari is not that stupid. |
