To answer your question, first this project is fake news, second most PDP projects he completed were almost at completion stage, it nice for him to have completed them but kudos should be given to the initiator of the project. How of such sustainable has he initiated none.

The railway you're talking about must be the same old ones GEJ met, there was no time it was in the news that GEJ bought new set of trains (You can prove me wrong with links/source/pictures though).

There is no greater evidence than personal experience, I had my NYSC in Niger state between 2011-2012, so I ply all the roads I mentioned. I also live in a railway neighborhood, so I would have preferred shuttling using the train which wasn't available then but was restored towards the end of 2012 and I ply it afterward to Minna several times.

The rail rehabilitation was in two-part Lagos-Jebba (CCECC) and Jebba-Kano(costain), your journey to ilorin must have taken you through the old road and not the expressway. Let me also tell you that GEJ also reconstructed the road from Bida to Mokwa.

Please for clarity sake, kindly show evidence of the completed projects of GEJ.
