I bought a Samsung smart tv 43inches from sommy around 2019 or thereabout, tv is still working and no issues. Issues can come up in different format in business. Bottom line is both parties will come to a conclusion thats favorable to them. It doesn't mean the seller is a fraud.
I have also gave him clients that he waybilled over 7 tvs to without complaint.
Sommy if u remember a particular guy in abk that has bought several tvs from u and soundbar. I gave him ur contact.

Yes, bro. We have done business before. I came with my dad to purchase a TV from you in March 2019 and I used that TV till last year April when it packed up due to screen issue. I have dropped good reviews for you 3 times: 1 on the thread i bought the TV on and the other 2 on this clearance thread.

But looking back and also reading up reviews from other customers, I think I was either plain lucky or you were still playing by the good books then because records show you were just new to the business then

I read that thread and all the hard evidences (call log, recordings and chats) that customer presented against you and it was very clear that your actions were premeditated, came with a fraudulent intent and you have applied that same template over and over again to unsuspecting customers, otherwise how do we explain your boldness in asking the customer whether he has a good lawyer despite the game you were playing, or you presenting a premium TV at half the price to hoodwink him into making payment, or you ignoring his chats and calls after he paid, or you sending him a damaged TV, or you saying you would pin the damage on him for supposedly pressuring you with calls, or you saying you will pay him in bits in 3 months.

Be grateful that customer wasnt vindictive and ego-bruised enough to still press charges even after you refunded him else, with the right connections, you would have done some time.

I dont know what your definition of being "big" is, but if the source of your "bigness" is through fraudulent means like this, then karma is patiently waiting for you. And in the event that you genuinely repent in the future, you will be required to do restitution as fruits of genuine repentance.

Bro, i dont think this is fair on the buyer at all at all.

Take the time out to search for and read the fraud thread about Sommydisaster (another seller of tokunbo TVs), also read the testimonies from other people there, you will see that there is clearly a pattern and probable intent to these issues.

Again, there are inconsistencies with the software version written of the TV and manufacturer website (49" ) and what it is sold as (50" ), strongly suggesting a rework, follow-come defect or persistent underlining issue. We all know the kind of underhanded manipulations that go on at Alaba International. This is not a coincidence.

Also, if you understand the working mechanism of an inverter, you will understand that a pure sinewave delivers a very clean electricity wave and a 3kva inverter is large enough to carry normal home appliances without having to trip off while working or being connected. I use an inverter too so I speak out of direct experience. I am more at ease using my TV on my inverter than using it on Nepa light.

If Alabaconnect is not forthcoming with refunding the buyer's money in full, then he should replace the screen at his own full cost and give warranty on the screen. It is very wrong for him to compel the buyer to contribute money to repair the screen of a TV he has gotten zero value for money from. Would you agree to same if it was you?

But here’s my pain,the tv I use in my house which I gave out at a cheap rate which was to be delivered to mr Raphael broke (now I’m left without a tv in my house & I’ve opted in on giving a screen replacement which he’s insisting for refund)

Even if I’m going to refund,I’ll do it part by part because I am already at loss…….but that’s btw

To clear the air,delivery and wall mount was inclusive in the 350k he sent

So once again, if I’m to refund it’d be done in part and the delivery + wall mount fee would be subtracted too

I’ve sha learnt my lesson and I’ll move on with it

Seller if you know his office, I’ll advise you to involve the law and don’t just leave the case with the law, charge it to court immediately. They’ll take it up from there. You’ll stress for a bit but will eventually get your money or have the seller jailed. You have all evidence there.

I was called to notice by some few persons on my WhatsApp

I was going to attend to this when I’m done with my daily activity

Regards the above claim
I’ve been posting a 65” Samsung tv I use in my home on my WhatsApp status for quick sales,so on a Friday mr Raphael reacted to a post I made on my WhatsApp on a 60” Samsung tv then after much talks he decided he was going to opt in for the one I use at home

We concluded and he asked if I could deliver same day,i told him yes
I drove home with my bro that same evening to pick up the tv and I brought it to the shop
NB : he has been calling me every 5 mins,hurrying me up that he has places to go to……

When the tv was in the shop,the driver saw the condition of the tv(still intact as twas in my house) and it was packaged

Set for delivery,the driver took the tv along other TVs
He called the driver like 100times same way he was calling me endlessly,the drivers car broke down along the road and the same mr Raphael was insisting he get the TV that same day,I told him issues associated with rush deals that this is a tv (fragile) not some sort of phones that can be moved from one place to the other

He was forcing that I get an Uber and send the tv across to him,told him that the tv could damage on transit with all this “hurry hurry manner” what he said “if it break that he’s loss” we all smiled and laughed to this

Then after the driver fixed his car,the tv was delivered the following day resulting to the damage

I told him I was going to get him a screen replacement,that what I was avoiding had already come to past

That he won’t hurry me again to another error that he won’t take part of in solving it

So I don’t see where scam or fraud comes in
