doctokwus:
This your post doesn't sound right.
One thing you should note is this:some of the people that traffic d drugs only get to see this signs you want to gloat over when they arrive in Indonesia, by which time it would be too late.
Another wrong assumption and an annoying one you make for that matter,is that all of d convicts knowing trafficked in drugs.Few of these Nigerians may have been hoodwinked into trafficking in these drugs or may not have even known @all that they were even couriers for drugs till it became too late.
No one should come here passing judgement on issues as sensitive as d loss of another's life.
Besides, death penalty, for me though, for a drug trafficking offence,is way too extreme a punishment, long years of imprisonment should suffice.

I've taken note of your observations and I promise to be more sensitive next time. But some people have confirmed here that these warnings are placed even on the passport. Which means you are warned before departure, Yet there are MANY who are not "hoodwinked" , who have have succesfully pushed before and now feel invincicible.
But again, i acknowledge that there are innocent ones, and i apologise for not making that clear.

A careful look @ my post, you will see that I made mention of "deeply regretting their actions " that means we condemn in strong terms their actions. Thanks

And some people will blame the government of not doing enough to see that their citizens are made to face the music.

Like they say "If you can't do the time, then don't do the crime".
thats the problem. whenevr they are caught, they look so pathetic that you could swear they went into it ignorantly

There are several warnings on death for drugs pasted all over Indonesian airports, yet you see people engaging in drugs.
I am not here to criticize anyone, but from a honest heart, I really cant Understand why a person will see these repeated warnings of death and still engage in the path that may lead there.

I Pray that God will change the hearts of our brothers bent on self destruction. Really, Prayers is abundantly able to Change deadly destinies.

sammyzacks: My Igbo friends who are mad with Gowon should understand that:
1. The war was truely not about Biafra or the Igbos, but about Ojukwu and his ego.Ojukwu might have been many things but definitely not hero or a good leader of his people.
2. Gowon tried everything to avoid the war. Most of us if in his shoes would do everything possible to make sure Nigeria never disintegrate under our command as head of state.
3.ironsi, kaduna and even zik all believed in Nigeria.
4.Gowon is not evil, he acted as a military commander under the circumstance. His background as a child and as an adult was and is totally Christian. If you listen to his speeches during the war, you will see his good heart.even after the war he started Nigeria on a just path and never stole money for himself.Till today his morality is intact.
very good point.

I feel bad about what happened 2 your ppl and I don't believe anyone should be forced into any marriage. I am not from (Ngas) gowon's tribe and want you to know that the beroms suffer much more in the plateau killings. gowon's tribe are about the ones who enjoy the most safety and peace. Gowon was only a puppet in the hands of Hausa Fulani. so Pls find another theory for the plateau delimma.
