I already know that and I've already opened dispute. But AliExpress is insisting the package is already shipped and I must wait till protection period is over before I will get my refund. I chatted them up and provided the evidence and they said they will look into it. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed and praying.
I already found the same item listed for cheaper, hoping they will refund me so I can get it cheaper.
I'm putting my experience here so that others will learn.

The item may still come in the end, worst scenario it's gets delivered through Nipost or EMS(THE WORST)

In terms of Cost-effectiveness, FedEx is better than DHL for international shipment. But while it's not all goods by DHL that are liable to tax, all shipments by FedEx are subject to customs duties.

Yes Man! I think you're right because one time I bought an item from a store(Digitalising) which is a disguise AliExpress warehouse store, it came through AliExpress Selection and came in 2weeks.

In my little experience, most electronics i have seen on Aliexpress are mostly shipped through Aliexpress Selection Standard which is mostly via Nipost

Some experienced shoppers here can throw more light on this

Trust me none except Nipost is cheap, infact Nipost some times is cheaper than AliExpress Standard Shipping sometimes depending on the item, also depending on your nature of item Nipost could charge you 1k to 5k, I've seen them charge a lady at a university 20k because her item was like the size of 5 indomie carton

But this one i am talking about is NIPOST delivery that normally comes with a handling fee depending on the weight of the parcel, i have paid between #200 - #500 in the past but this is my first time of receiving a package via EMS via NIPOST & their price is a far higher than that of conventional NIPOST handling fee

Usually I skip or look for alternative stores which don't use Nipost/DHL/FEDEX/EMS who have the particular item am in need of with only AliExpress Standard Shipping.
I know all most all batteries usually comes with NIPOST on AliExpress

If you show them the tracking details and amount charged, trust me they will, I've done so before
Aliexperess Standard Shipping is home delivery as you and we all in this platform knows it doesn't involve delivery fee because it's home delivery, I've been educated a little about it by the Speedaf agent

This is what I'll do, chat up the seller if truly the logistics shipping company was changed from AliExpress Standard Shipping, they will give you a 1 or 2 dollar refund, happened to me.
THIS IS ONLY IF THEY CHANGED THE SHIPPING COMPANY.

It's a simple solution but you missed it.
Before you order anything firstly register the card like 3 to 5 days before your first ever order, that way Ali can deduct $1 or just verify it as usual with 3 days or so, if that card is valid.
THE MAIN ISSUE WITH THIS THING MANY PEOPLE DON'T KNOW IS ALWAYS REGISTERED(ALIEXPRESS) YOUR NEWLY CREATED CARD FIRST FOR VERIFICATION BEFORE ANY ORDERING WILL GO.
